  Helped make our day run so smoothly!

  Michele was great to work with and did much more than day of coordinating. She was quick to respond and communicated with all vendors to make sure everybody was on the same page and the day ran smoothly. Would highly recommend!

  Arrowsmith Events is Fabulous

  Michele made the entire process manageable. Her expertise was on display every step of the way, especially on the day of the wedding. Her vendor recommendation were top-notch. Michele was outstanding to work with and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have done it without her.

  The one to make your wedding dreams come true....

  Michele made our destination wedding in San Diego one of the most memorable events in our lives. She was friendly, professional and made us feel taken care of from the first video call through the entire process. She brought the highest level of skill from her many years of experience in the wedding and events industry. She listened carefully to our ideas and thoughts and filled the gaps to make everything perfect. She joined us for all of our meetings and tastings with the vendors and made sure that all of the details were planned without us having to think about it. She made the day of so special and ensured that all of the planning stress and operations of the day stayed with her and the vendors. She did an amazing job and we highly recommend her to make your day a dream come true.

  Day of coordination that felt full service!

  Michele coordinated our wedding and was always making herself available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire planning process (~7 months). She also referred us to our photographer and florist who were both amazing to work with leading up to our wedding and day of. I really wanted a coordinator I could trust not just day of to make sure everything went seamlessly, but also someone who was both comfortable telling me if she thought something wasn’t a good idea and receptive if I wanted something done differently as I planned and selected vendors. Michele was all of this and then some! Our wedding day felt like it was flawless because Michele and her assistant were so on top of every detail, even ones I didn’t think of. From creating a timeline all the way down to the minute, to having drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony before family photos, to bustling my dress while I ate the cocktail hour food she set aside for us, to keeping me calm during some nerve wracking moments when our outdoor ceremony was almost rained out, Michele went above and beyond. I was so impressed with her organization and could not recommend her enough!

  More than just "day of" coordination

  Michele was great to work with. She was recommended to us by our venue, and we had an initial intake meeting to kick things off. There, she learned what we were all about and the kind of wedding feel we sought to create. I remember her telling me (bride) that even though we needed her help for day of coordination, she does much more than just help with the day of and we found that to be very true! Throughout the 9 or so months we worked with Michele, she was always very detail oriented, responsive, and professional. She helped us nail down our day of timeline and worked closely with our other vendors to make sure everyone was in sync. Even with a couple of unforeseen events thrown our way the morning of our wedding (family with COVID, etc) she was able to help work with us and make our wedding a success!   There aren’t enough stars for her! Michele is AMAZING! We hired her for a day of coordinator for our 10 year vow renewal & she made my dreams come to life! She is the most organized, thoughtful & dedicated coordinator. She made the whole event seamless & everyone had such great things to say about the evening. Her communication and experience really made me feel so at ease. The best part was her handing my husband & i a drink after walking down the aisle after the ceremony!   Michele was incredibly detail-oriented and organized. She walked us thru the process of getting all our vendors ready for the big day and ensured everything was just perfect!   Arrowsmith Events helped us bring our dream wedding to life!

  Working with Arrowsmith Events was the best decision ever! My husband and I didn’t know where to begin with wedding planning. We knew we wanted our wedding in October and Michele made it possible to plan everything in 7 months. She was quick to respond anytime we had questions and reminded us frequently about any deadlines. I appreciated how she was very hands-on with all of our vendors and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything during the day of our wedding. It’s been a week since our wedding and our family/friends are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was.

  Amazing Wedding with Michele

  I’ve done all the venue and vendor bookings before we start looking for a coordinator. We hired Michele as our Day-of coordinator cuz she was the only one responded my request and available for the day. She has done more and beyond our expectations, extremely professional. She picked up all I have done already and quickly put it together as a big picture so we can clearly see which detail has been missed and fill it up. The day was perfect, everything was gorgeous and exactly like I expected. I was able to focus on myself and enjoy the day as Michele and her team handling all the hard works. I have received lots of compliments of the wedding from my guests, some even said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. They also did a really good job packing up the decor stuffs after the wedding, make it super easy for us to load up and go. The day couldn’t be better without Michele and we really appreciated all she has done for us. Highly recommended ❤️

  We are not planners. Not even close. We came to Michele with a vision for our wedding but no time or energy to execute it and she took over with complete competence and grace. I can say that our wedding would not have come together without her guidance and expertise. She has an extensive list of professional and affordable vendors which made the process go smoothly. She's also incredibly kind and calm and handled everything like a cool cucumber. She's the best. Hire her. Don't think twice. You won't regret it.

  Best coordinator we could have asked for!

  Michele is fantastic! We hired her six months before our wedding, and after our first consultation she took care of everything! She dealt with all of the vendors (catering, rentals, photographer/videographer, DJ, etc.), which made our lives so much easier. She would send us reminders of things on our to-do-list, and was very quick to answer any questions/ requests we had. She even found us ways to save $1000s by splitting the catering/rentals between two different companies! If you want a coordinator who will take care of everything, update you on everything, make sure you have the best wedding day with little stress, Michele is the one!

  She made everything easy.

  Michele was, to put it lightly, our greatest asset in the 2 year long process of planning our wedding. Christina and I were to be married before Covid. A year and a half, and 5 wedding dates later, we were finally married with Michele's amazing talents. It may seem weird to hear this from a groom, but is was the most amazing day. When I showed up to say my "i do's," I was blown away with everything she did to plan and set up for the day. For over 2 years Michele helped Christina plan her dream wedding. Every question was met with a quick answer, every request made into a reality. Christina would stress about something for a moment, and there would be Michele with a solution. I cannot stress enough how good this woman is at her job!! Your time would be well spent having her assist you in your day; take the stress away.

You are treated as though you are her only client and she treats you as though you are a family member. I enjoy the process of planning my events with Michele every step of the way. She knows a lot of people in the hospitably business so she is able to get great deals for you. She only works with reputable vendors which means the events are seamless.   Super Responsive and detailed!

  Recently, I was able to work with Michele and her team on a beautiful wedding. Michele was very quick to respond and she kept in constant communication throughout the process, before, during and after the wedding. She had all of her bases covered and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her and her team for your celebration!

  I cannot say enough good things about Michele!! Not only was she just an absolute dream to work with, but she was so on top of everything, organized and communicative. I did a lot of DIY for my wedding and there was a lot to set up and organize on the day of, and I absolutely trusted her to do an amazing job and she did! Ahead of schedule all day as well! She goes above and beyond, and is truly an expert in the industry! Thank you Michele!
