  From the moment I tasted Julie's cake I knew after countless cake tasting experiences that I finally found my baker. She was very detailed and made choosing a cake or cakes in my case... SUPER easy. Thank you for a delicious cake!

  A Night AND CAKE to Remember 💜🖤💜

  Planning and coordinating my wedding took a great deal of time and effort. Every single detail was mulled over because I wanted everything to be perfect. And that certainly included finding the perfect cake designer. We scheduled a few tastings and meetings with different cake chef/designers. We sat, we tasted but one clearly stood out from the rest. Artful Cakery by Julie was everything I was looking and hoped for. I wanted a designer who would be able to conjure up magic from the vague descriptions we gave of what we wanted. We had a theme, a color pallet, and that was about it. Julie listened, asked all the right questions, drew up some examples, and voila, created the cake of my dreams! It was absolutely perfect and incredibly delicious! Even my Gluten-free tier was scrumptious! Julie completely exceeded our expectations. I STILL get comments on how delicious our cake was. Not only are her designs artful and cakes bursting with flavor, but Julie is an incredible human to boot. I could tell that she genuinely cared about us, our journey together, and ensuring that our special night was as magical as we had hoped for. Her care, communication, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and all out professionalism allowed me the freedom to take this oh so important task off my proverbial plate. I walked away from our meeting feeling really good about letting go and that in and of itself, is priceless. Julie is now our forever go to for all of our event desserts. I might even make up some events in between the real ones ;) Thank you so much Julie!

  50th Anniversary - WOW Factor Catering

  Our cupcakes and cake was amazing! Everyone commented that everything was too beautiful to eat. Once they did eat them, they got a double wow effect! Will not be able to use another caterer after using Julie for our event.

  Gluten free Carrot Cake and Wedding Cookies!

  Artful Cakery was recommended by a friend and they created beautiful gluten free decorated wedding cookies for my daughter's wedding, and an incredible gluten free cake for the Bride and guests. They were both a hit!

  Outstanding service and delicious desserts!

  Julie has gone above and beyond to help make both the wedding and shower desserts a top notch experience! She worked with bride and groom to design custom cakes for each, she arranged a tasting for both to try a variety of flavors, she is delivering to a private event (not at a venue) in the mountains, and we couldn’t be more pleased.
  We also reached out to Julie to do desserts for a wedding shower, and she designed cookies, mini cupcakes, cake pops, and brownies to fit with our theme and design. They tasted as good as they were beautiful. Great experience all around.

  10/10 Amazing Vendor and Cake!

  Julie with Artful Cakery has been our baker for years now. She has made my wedding cakes, baby shower cake, and now my son's birthday cakes. Her communication is timely and professional, and she can make anything I ask for. Her cakes and treats are not only well priced but absolutely delicious!! Any time she supplies for my events everyone raves about her pastries and ask for her information. I will never use another vendor again. If you are looking for a beautiful, delicious cake for a wedding (or any event) I recommend Artful Cakery! 10/10 experience, taste, and pricing! You can't beat it.

  Truly helped make my wedding day special

  I was recommended by my mother to try Julie’s cakes and cupcakes for my wedding back in June. To say I was blown away by her cakes is an understatement. Her cakes are the perfect consistency and the flavoring is to die for (both the cake crumb and icing). She takes careful consideration of how she decorates each cake. I should know, I got the same cake again with a different design for my birthday! I definitely recommend Julie for any occasion.

  Cake baking

  Julie has been doing cakes for me for years. She has done birthday, graduation, and other events. Her cakes taste fabulous and there is no decoration she cannot do. She is very creative and gives you several examples if you don’t have your own idea.
  I would highly recommend her for any cake, cupcakes etc you may need.

  Grooms cake

  The groom only likes to do one thing… hunt wild hogs. So his cake had to fit. It was a perfect three dimensional hog, so life like but cute! Every detail about it was perfect, true art work.

Her cakes never taste bad and you can tell they are fresh EVERYTIME! Oh and she can do just about anything you want! She's an incredible person and her love for baking will shine through her. You won't be disappointed.
