    Eccentric, Artsy, Unique Venue!

    Jessica and Anthony are the most dynamic Wife/Husband team ever! Jessica helped us all the way leading up to our big day and Anthony was our event coordinator the day of. When COVID-19 happened, we weren't sure if our wedding was even going to happen, but, with the help of ArtisanWORKS and turning our originally 100 person event into a 30 person micro-wedding, our wedding day dreams came true!

    Perfect Party Venue!

    We held a Welcome Party for our wedding here, as most of our guests were traveling from out of town. We couldn't have picked a better spot. We had about 100 people and used the Elizabeth Gallery and adjoining Tap Room. Our guests had never seen anything like Artisanworks before and LOVED it! So much interesting art, funky art and everything in between.

    From a party perspective, they are great. Planning was easy, with prompt email responses to our many questions. At the party, the bartender (beer & wine for us) kept it moving. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious!

    I will note we did bring in our own speaker system so we could have the same music in both the Elizabeth Gallery and the Tap Room, although I believe they are working on a solution there.

    All in all, would 100% recommend a party at the Artisanworks. Definitely visit to make sure the vibe is "you", but if so, book it!

    Artisan Works is the best place to have a wedding or large event! They made sure everything was perfect for our wedding on 9/22. We got so many compliments on the venues beauty/uniqueness, the courteous and efficient staff, and the food! Victoria is an absolute pleasure to work with (event planner there). I would highly recommend booking here if you want a completely fun and stress free wedding or event!!

    I just got married at ArtisanWorks this past Friday and it was my favorite day ever! For reference, I'm a professional wedding planner and coordinator in Maryland so I'm very familiar with events and how they run. I was BEYOND thrilled at how our event turned out and was so relaxed the whole time, I was so glad I could turn off my coordinator brain and just be a bride!

    The venue was easy for us to pick because it's gorgeous and eclectic and fun and just so very us! Victoria was amazing from the get-go, giving us an accurate price quote and making planning long distance a breeze! She was so upfront about information that I didn't need to email too much and she always got back to me in a timely fashion. Our day-of coordinator April was an absolute wedding ninja and set up and ran everything SO beautifully! When my little brother, who is severely autistic, arrived and became overwhelmed by all of the guests and noise, April personally offered to give him a private tour of the space whenever he was free. So sweet and wonderful!

    We have heard nothing but rave reviews from guests who loved the space, the in-house catering (yaaaas taco and pasta bars, so delicious!) and the professional and courteous staff. Honestly, I recommend Victoria, April, and Artisanworks for any and every event! My husband (YAY) and I would choose them again and again!

    Victoria is wonderful to work with! The venue speaks for itself and is absolutely beautiful!! The caterer is onsite which means the food is really fresh.

    ARTISANworks was the perfect venue for us. From the beginning, Victoria was happy to answer any questions we had, and was accommodating to our every need throughout the process. April did a wonderful job coordinating the day of the wedding. We have gotten many, many, compliments on how cool and unique the venue was, and how much fun everyone had!

    We are so glad that we chose Artisan Works for our wedding venue. Victoria was so easy to work with and handled any fears I had. We are getting nonstop compliments about the venue and have gorgeous pictures from the beautiful backdrop.

    Victoria and Meghan are a dynamite team! Aside from being the most awesome, unique venue we looked at, they are extremely reasonably priced and were super helpful and flexible when we decided to move our ceremony to them from outdoors due to the threat of inclement weather. They also painted a wonderful picture for us to commemorate our day! I also had a ton of compliments on the food from Madeleine's Catering, the in-house caterer. Those roast potatoes were amazing, to say nothing of our chicken french, pasta bar and roast sirloin. The space was amazing, the service phenomenal from all the staff who tended bar and helped to cater, and they allowed me to bring in ice cream from a local dairy for an ice cream bar at no extra cost. Everything was beyond my expectations, and it was just the best day ever. Thank you so so so so much! Members for life!

    ARTISANworks was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. It is a unique and beautiful place, with floor to ceiling art, not an inch of wasted space. Victoria and April were both so helpful and made the process of planning and executing our reception so easy, my new husband and I were able to have a relaxing evening. We are forever thankful for everything April had to offer, as she was in charge that evening and she took very good care of us and our guests. Over three weeks have passed since our reception, and our guests are still complimenting us! We would definitely recommend ARTISANworks to anyone.

    The entire event staff at ARTISANworks was amazing! From our first meeting, all the way through the end of our reception we could not have asked for more professional service. Victoria was great to work with for all of our planning, and always responded quickly to any question I had. April was our point person the day of the wedding and she could not have been better. All of our servers and bartender were great as well. Any time we asked for anything it was taken care of immediately. Everyone that came to the ceremony and reception had nothing but great things to say about all of them.

    The best choice we made for the day, other than getting married, was to have our wedding here. It's an eclectic art gallery/museum that provides incredible opportunities for guests to engage in wall-to-ceiling art. The entire team is absolutely fantastic at Artisanworks, and our day was amazing because of it. We chose to have both the ceremony and reception on location, and had the joy of working with Victoria. She was so responsive and flexible throughout the planning process and was such an asset to both our planning and day-of experience. She's clearly a pro who has done this many times, and we felt totally safe in her hands. The whole day was seamless and well-coordinated, and if there were ever any issues with the day, we never knew - she's just that good. The food was fantastic, and provided by their catering team, Madeline's. This unique location is an incredible value - highly recommend!

    Working with Artisanworks to host our wedding and reception was a breeze. Their seasoned staff was able to accommodate our unique theme and wishes. We had some special food allergies in our family, and they accommodated those needs easily. Everyone loved the venue and thought the wedding was wonderful.

    Everything was amazing. Period. Victoria, the event coordinator, was so easygoing, available, and creative. The food was delicious. And the space is peerless - it was such fun to watch our guests walk in and ooh and ahh over the installations and paintings.

    I can't say enough wonderful things about AW and Victoria, their event director. The planning process was very detailed from the beginning. Victoria was a pleasure to work with, and thinks of just about everything. Her advice was always good; in fact, the advice I didn't take from her, I regretted not listening. She helped me with the order of the ceremony and the rehearsal was so easy. The day of, she handled everything. The centerpieces and table set-up were done perfectly. She kept me on track with the order and timing of the reception. The food from Madeline's was delicious!! I can't think of anything bad to say!! The price seemed expensive at first but we got so much for the "per person" amount that we really didn't mind. Overall, we spent less than we anticipated on food/venue.

    Artisan Works in Rochester, NY is THE place to hold any kind of function. For our wedding, it turned out to be the most awesome experience for ourselves and our guests. When we told people our wedding and reception was going to be at an art gallery, a lot of them assumed white walls, hardwood floors and some traditional art work. This is definitely not the case at Artisan Works. There is so much to see there, that it would literally take many weeks to see everything. Victoria the manager and event coordinator was so great to work with. She made the whole evening stress free and everything flowed spectacularly. The staff did an awesome job all around. I would highly recommended anyone who is looking for a great venue to consider Artisan Works- and they are nonprofit as well!

    Artisan Works is a top notch venue! We fell in love with it from the moment we walked in. We could just envision our wedding there and couldn't be happier with the result. Victoria who is their event planner was the best I have ever worked with. She is professional, calm, and just a true pleasure to work with. While we could have brought in an outside caterer we went with Madeline's Catering which is in house and got nothing but rave reviews. While Artisan Works may be a bit more than other venues, they are all-service and well worth the money! Our pictures turned out exquisite as well!

    We had our reception at ArtisanWorks, and LOVED it!!! We keep getting comments that our wedding was the most unique, most fun, most memorable, and most entertaining! It really was a great experience. The staff was wonderful, courteous, professional and on top of everything. The food (Madeline's) was excellent. We got a bunch of comments from guests that the food was great. I actually ate some food that night, and I thought it was great as well! Victoria was just fabulous! She was so good with all the preparations, and all my questions and changes. I was really calm going into it all (well, the reception part), because I knew Victoria was going to be there. During the event Victoria, kept everything flowing, and running on schedule. She made sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend any event...not just a wedding there. It was just perfect!

    ARTISANworks was the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner. Victoria Benz arranged every detail with us and accommodated changes in both our event and our guest count graciously and professionally. Her staff were available throughout the evening to tailor the details to our changing needs and treated us with tremendous respect and kindness. Be aware, however, that the facility maintains minimum staff outside of the event. This was only a problem when I delivered alcohol for our event. I unloaded the cases of wine, beer, and liquor with only Victoria to help. Since we had an appointment just for this delivery, help from appropriately dressed and muscled staff would have been appreciated. Hopefully, Victoria will be supported to arrange such help for future patrons. Our guests had a fabulous time and raved about both the fascinating site and the wonderful staff. What a fantastic venue for any party!
