  The perfect backdrop for a Dulles Regional Chamber event

  Arts Herndon was the perfect space for our Vision Board workshop. This is such a fun & creative place for any event. Jo and her staff arranged the room and even shared some of their art supplies with us. Our attendees loved seeing the exhibits and it was a great opportunity to showcase this little gem in the heart of Herndon. Thank you, we had a blast!

  Delightful celebration, beautiful venue!

  I had a milestone birthday celebration at this facility, and it was terrific! The staff were pleasant and flexible to deal with, the gallery setting was lovely and we could personalize the decor to our taste, and the space is warm and inviting. Although I'm sure it would easily work for anything from 15 to 100 guests, we were quite comfortable with about 40. Bring in personal decor, your own caterer, and your event planner if you're using one.

  Holiday Homes Tour Reception Smash

  The Holiday Homes Tour of Herndon is an annual attraction drawing approximately 600 people during the 6 hours of operation during the December holiday season. We’ve worked with Arts Herndon to be a rest stop and online ticket location for our guests for at least ten years. Arts Herndon provides a space with An Art gallery, a room to setup and manage refreshments and even a desk to greet and handle ticket operations with guests. In recent years, they’ve worked with us on ways to enhance the visitor experience, bringing in local artisans to display and sell crafts for the holidays, allowing our partner civic organizations to setup booths for communication about their missions, dressing the venue festively and engaging a choir for holiday music, and setting up a reception desk. The team is friendly, professional and supportive, and provide great suggestions on how to engage making the most appropriate use of their space while creating a memorable guest experience.

  Wonderful service

  Joe and the Arts Herndon staff were wonderful coordinating with our caterers and made everyone feel comfortable at our memorial service for our son. It is a wonderful space in Herndon for any activity you might anticipate. They have up-to-date technology and a great sound system.

  Intimate, Comfprtable, Perfect

  We wanted to do our way. We didn't want a church wedding, or a formal affair. We wanted our wedding to match our style. The venue was awesome. As a gallery, they have exhibitions that often stay for weeks, but they offered to have us help pick the exhibition for our special day. As it turned out, that wasn't necessary. The exhibit was flowing fabrics, and it provided a wonderful backdrop; not distracting, but a soft display of color and texture.
  
  Venue size was good, and we were very comfortable with our 60-ish guests. We were allowed to provide our own catering and got an ABC license for the day. Even with 2 bartenders, over 60 people. catered heavy hors d'ouvres, carving stations and desserts, there was room for the ceremony platform and the jazz quartet we hired. Setup changes from cocktail party to ceremony to sit-down diner was quick and efficient. All in all a fabulous evening. Do yourself a favor and check out this gem in Herndon.
