  Amazing Planners

  Charlotte and Luiz was fantastic the entire time. There were so many curveballs trying to plan a destination wedding during COVID but they brought it all together. Thank you so much for everything!

  Wonderful experience with ARW

  ARW Weddings and Events were truly amazing, helped me from start to finish. Even with the last-minute changes, more bridesmaids with all of the add ons that came with and late-night party request. Charlotte has a great deal of patience and relaxed me many times during the build-up! Nothing I asked for or changed was too much trouble, especially on the day itself.

  Our hero's

  We originally thought we could plan our destination wedding with the help of blogs and groups.
  Over time and lots of Supplier chasing we realised that we needed a wedding planner in Portugal. Charlotte came to our rescue and immediately put our minds at ease. She ensured we had agreements in place and helped with the new suppliers we hadn't yet found. We could finally focus on our work life and enjoy the planning process.
  On the day the team were fantastic, especially helping me settle my nerves in the morning over coffee and breakfast!
  Everything went to plan even with the weather change.

  I would absolutely recommend hiring ARW Wedding and Events as your wedding planner in Portugal.
  
  Charlotte was professional, kind and supportive from our first phone call right until the day of my wedding.
  
  We were struggling at the very beginning in finding a venue and understanding our budget. Charlotte listened to all of our dreams, discussed our budget and found our perfect venue, even negotiated the price for us.
  
  Throughout the build up to my wedding day I drove Charlotte mad with all of my questions and she was so patient and full of great ideas.
  
  ARW Weddings has an online portal where they manage the planning of the wedding, which made it super easy for me to keep track of where we were and what we needed to do next, especially as there was a few hours time difference between us.

  Our Fairytale Planned Wedding

  There are no words for how amazing ARW Weddings and Events were in the lead up and execution of our wedding weekend in Italy. Both Amanda and Charlotte went above and beyond. From initial meetings landscaping ideas, understanding what was important to us and organising for us to visit the venue and go for tastings etc, contacting suppliers and negotiating prices to ensure we stayed within our budget, to creating personalised signs and bespoke invites and gifting.
  
  We would discuss and give them a mixture of random visions/ ideas and through inspirational mood boards and mock up settings, they worked their magic and brought it all to life. Thanks to them our wedding was seamless- it was everything we wished for and so much more.
  
  We put our trust into Amanda and Charlotte and they made us feel as though they always had everything under control. They would send regular updates so we never needed to worry and dealt efficiently with last minute changes to guests and hotel bookings. They also reached out and connected with their industry wide contacts to ensure we had the best of everything but within our price range.

  Monchique Wedding 2019

  From start too finish always felt comfortable with Charlotte our ARW wedding planner. Easy to communicate with and too bounce ideas off. Helpful finding alternatives and getting around problems that occurred. Very persistent with vendors in making our vision come to light! Super friendly too!!
