Dream Photos!
Looking at my wedding photos makes me feel like I'm reliving the day again! Is there anything better than that?! I looked for months to decide on a wedding photographer.. via the internet. It can be overwhelming. I stalked her Insta page and all the recommendations were glowing.. but I wasn't sure yet.. so I reached out to Ashley and her team and wanted to see some full wedding shots. Honestly.. her responsiveness and attitude was the icing on the cake ( on top of the AMAZING photography)!
A month or so ahead of or wedding, she sent a questionnaire asking some questions and requested photos; from family members, couple portraits, anything specific we wanted... and that really impressed me! I'm a sucker for organization, and you need it on this day! Its like herding cats to get a mass of people together for photos. Listen.. she got them in shape and in quick fashion! I LOVED it! It really made things seamless. Honestly, she felt like she was part of our party! She is extremely professional, but down to earth! Our wedding crew is very laid back and she got along with everyone wonderfully! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Ash and her team! -

Mikayla Sent on 10/10/2018Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made my boyfriend and I feel so comfortable. There’s barely any pictures of us not laughing our butts off, which isn’t a bad thing! She really captured our relationship and even accommodated us wanting our dog in some! We really love Ashley and would absolutely recommend her to anyone! I’ve already told her she’s photographing our wedding, lol.

Ash was our engagement and wedding photographer! I know making decisions on wedding vendors can be stressful, but I’m here to tell you, you CANNOT go wrong with Ash!
Her photos are stunning and her work can speak for itself. (We are over the moon with all of the images she has given us!) However, having someone that cares about your vision, takes time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond is equally important in a photographer. Ashley did all of those things and more. She was fun to work with and worked seamlessly with our family, friends and other vendors.
I would absolutely recommend Ash to anyone looking for gorgeous lifestyle images, especially for the big day! -

Ash was one of the best decisions we made for our day! We had originally planned to use the photography included in our wedding package, but I just wasn't impressed with what they had to offer. I'm a designer by trade, and my photography was very important to me. Ash's work is modern, airy, classy, and most importantly genuine. My biggest pet peeve is overly staged cookie cutter photography, so I was thrilled to see her work. What a breath of fresh air!
Ash was extremely responsive to all of my questions, comments, and concerns. She even worked with me on pricing so that we could afford to have her capture the day. To me, this was a testament of someone who does what they love for a living and genuinely cares for her clients.
She could not have been more sweet to our guests and family, but also managed to get us all together effectively to be sure we got the shots we needed. She was very personable and actually got to know us over the course of the day, which made the whole process much more comfortable and allowed her photos to reflect us as people. We are not lovey dovey folks, and I didn't want my photos to look like we were trying to be something we aren't. She captured us perfectly.
When we had to move the time of our wedding, I had expressed to her how upset we were that we wouldn't be able to get the sunset photos we had hoped for. Ash sacrificed her personal time, to take a second round of couples photos on the beach at sunset so that we were able to have the photos we had originally hoped for, just out of the kindness of her heart. What an incredible person and the photos turned out great!
The pictures were sent to me via portal within a few weeks and were AMAZING! I wasn't expecting to receive them so fast! To add even more to a positive experience, I received an email from Ash a few weeks later asking permission to feature our photos IN A MAGAZINE! Her photography was so incredible that it was featured in the first issue of "I Do Y'all "
I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. If you're on the fence DO IT, she wont let you down. Thank you so much Ash! and sorry this took so long!!

Best Decision
Ash was the absolute best wedding related decision I made. She is super sweet, calming and professional. She gave us a sneak peek of our gallery within two days and our entire wedding within a couple of weeks. Her pictures are honestly works of art and I am so grateful to have them forever. She perfectly captured the color and aesthetic of our wedding. -

Ash Simmons is creative, TALENTED, professional and down to earth, making her the best wedding photographer I could have ever asked for.
I was determined to have a certain style photography to capture the exact moments I wanted from my big day. I searched through TONS of photographers locally, and none could make the cut. After a little bit of outreach online, I found Ash. She was SO responsive, and our first conversation honestly was calming my pre-wedding nerves. I immediately felt support from her before I even completed booking! Ash had decided to travel to SC from FL to shoot our wedding, which was AWESOME. She had everything planned out and made her travel plans to perfectly coordinate with our schedule.
Through the chaos (... or what I would call it based on my experience... :p) of wedding planning, Ash had a way of breaking down timelines, suggesting great shots that I would have forgotten to request, and organizing more than just her duty as the photographer.
And let me tell you about the photos! They are phenomenal. She captured our family in photos that I will cherish looking at over and over again, forever. If I could rate her 6 stars out of 5 I would, because she is a step ahead of the best. -

Mechelle Sent on 09/06/2018working with Ashley was an experience I'll never forget. she is so passionate! she was more in live with out live story than we are lol well, it seemed that way anyway. I highly recommend her for your next photo session. she's so funny and easy going. We were so comfortable with her and look... our pictures look like a couple of super models! Thanks Ashley! I'll be coming back to you for my wedding day pics.

She was very non-intrusive and we were able to enjoy our wedding day as well. We received the most amazing and beautiful pictures, everything that she did was top notch and we could not have asked for a better person to work with!

Carla Sent on 09/18/2018I had Ashley as a photographer at my wedding and she did a wonderful job! She actually helped in my engagement photos and then did great photos of the wedding day as well! She was a wonderful addition and even made me feel comfortable with her in the bridal dressing room most of the prep time. (She even suggested an extra hour to ensure We got all shots after our personal delays!!) Her team was on time, actually early and offered assistance in any way she could to complete our day! We have a ton of beautiful, edited digital images and have printed tons of different prints/photos and all look lovely!! I would highly recommend!! Wonderful!!
