Ashley was the perfect day of coordinator! I don't even feel right calling her JUST my day of coordinator. Months before leading up to my wedding we would have check-in calls and she made sure I was on the right track for planning and would remind me of things I might have missed. The month of the wedding she had weekly calls with me assuring me everything was all set-in place and would be perfect. Ashley was so professional and always available for even the silliest of questions or concerns.
On the day of my wedding - Ashley was the calm I needed at times and my Hype girl when I needed one. Thanks to Ashley, not ONE thing was wrong on my wedding day. She made sure everyone, and everything was in the correct place at the correct time.
I don't think it happens much when your guests compliment your day of coordinator, but I had many people come up to me and tell me how wonderful she was, and how they wish they had known her when they were getting married (Ashley even helped stitch a guest's dress that popped!)
I cannot say enough great things about Ashley, she is truly AMAZING, and my day would not have been as perfect as it was without her!

Ashley was everything I needed her to be and more! I hired Ashley for her "Day-of" planning services and she was so attentive, organized, and always available when needed. We had weekly calls the month leading up to the special day but even prior to that she was willing to address any questions I had whenever they came up.
She made it very clear that she was there for me and my day wouldn't have been as much of a success without her. I would highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed. -

Ashley was absolutely incredible. We initially didn’t think we needed a coordinator - boy were we wrong! We absolutely could not have done it without her. Every stressful moment, Ashley found me and made sure I had what I needed or took care of any hiccups for me. She helped us through the entire planning process and just brings the calming & fun energy you need on your big day. We adore her!! -

I was referred to Ashley by a friend who used her for her wedding. She told me that she couldn't have done her wedding day without Ashley- truer words couldn't be spoken! I worked with Ashley the month of the wedding who made sure every i was dotted and t was crossed. She was very easy to work with and just the sweetest person. On my wedding day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly which I know was thanks to all of her behind the scenes efforts. She is your right hand woman the day of the wedding and I am so happy that I hired her! -

My husband hired AG events for our engagement and I liked the work she had done so much that I hired her for my wedding! Ashley was there every step of the way. She recommended vendors, joined us in meetings and had monthly calls with us. On my wedding day I was so relieved because I truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Honestly, my wedding was what it was with the help of Ashley and her team. She was so present every step of the way and accommodated all of my crazy requests such as planning an entire wedding in 4 weeks. She made all my visions come to light and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I am so happy she helped make my wedding so special. I highly recommend her to any bride getting married. Ashley was responsive, helped us pick vendors, had great suggestions, was very organized, is a ray of sunshine, and was all that we could ask for in a wedding planner. We were grateful for her especially the day of the wedding, she made everybody feel like things would go perfectly. She definitely put us all at ease. Ashley is truly incredible and I would recommend her to everyone. She was available whenever I needed (even if I just needed to vent about the wedding planning process). She also provided so much insight and industry knowledge to make our day perfect. Our wedding day went so smoothly and it was all because of her. I feel like so many brides can list all of the things that went wrong on the day of and I have nothing to say because Ashley took care of everything. She was obviously so busy, but every time I needed her she was there to fix anything that arised. She is also just the sweetest human and has the most calming personality and positive energy. AGEvents…where do I start?! There is too much to write in a review that I am going to keep it short and sweet as the amazing things about Ashley and her team can go on and on and on.
From the time I picked my wedding date, I knew not only did I want a coordinator but needed one to help with the my wedding planning. My family originally thought that it was unnecessary and that we could all pitch in to pull off an 170 person wedding without the help of a coordinator. I took it upon myself to hire Ashley and her team and by the end of the wedding weekend my family said this wedding couldn’t have gone off the way it did without AGEvents.
Prior to my wedding, Ashley reached out to all of the vendors, coordinated the timeline with the appropriate people, and made sure that everything was going to run as smooth as possible. The week of the wedding, I realized I needed more assistance with my rehearsal dinner including table arrangements and such, and Ashley made the most beautiful arrangements and signs etc for the rehearsal dinner. I gave Ashley full reign to do whatever she wanted for the rehearsal dinner and I walked in and started shedding tears…I was so happy with the end result and the decor. The rehearsal dinner was beyond gorgeous.
The wedding day was so smooth thanks to her and the team. Everything was ahead of schedule, done before I could even ask or think something needed to be done, and coordinated beyond expectations.
All of my wedding guests were ranting and raving about the amazing day and how smooth the entire day went and I cannot say anything less than, thank you AGEvents… it’s because of all of you.
Lastly, I cannot wait to have more events to be able to work with the team in the future.
Ps. Ashley and her team are the sweetest and most detail oriented group you can hire for your events. You need them even when you don’t think you do. They are a MUST. We love you guys!!! -
