Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding was this weekend 1/28/24. The first thing I want to say is the wedding planners Dominique and Merritt were the so professional, loving, kind and enjoyable! They did everything to meet our needs and this allowed me as the mother of the bride to focus on the fleeting moments and enjoy everything I could with my husband and daughter. Dominique and Merritt ensured everything that had to be done was done, and they were always just an arms length away asking what we needed or how they could help us. They didn't act like we were a bother - they embraced our ideas and needs and were so helpful! They took care of every detail and I felt that their focus was just allowing us to savor every moment with no stress. Oh, that everyone could have the experience we had!

The venue was gorgeous! We were served brunch and the food was so delicious. The plans were so detailed that I thought it would be hard to appreciate every moment, but every plan from the photographer, to the reception, to the DJ to the grand exit was timed so well. Everything was perfect and we were sad to leave that day! There wasn't a single thing that did not go as planned, smoothly and without any issues. Thanks to our Ashton Gardens staff and especially our wedding planners - our daughter had the wedding, photos and experience of her dreams with the love of her life and I couldn't be more thankful or moved. The Ashton Gardens Atlanta tour was absolutely fantastic. The venue is beautifully laid out and spacious. The package deal are designed to fit most budgets. Thank you, Megan for a wonderful experience. I'm looking forward to my daughter's special day next year.

Shenilla was very professional and personable with assisting and answering questions in the process of booking the venue for my daughter’s wedding. She played a pivotal role in our decision.

My fiancé and I fell in love with the venue during our venue tour. The chapel is stunning, and all the services provided were unmatched.

Shenilla Mentore is our wedding specialist and she is absolutely amazing! She is very organized and detailed. You can email or text her and she is sure to get back to you in a timely manner.

We are honestly a very picky couple and on top of that, there was a certain budget that we wanted to stay in for our wedding. Thay is why i have to give so much praises to Shenilla from Ashton Gardens. When we toured the place, Shenilla was very thorough, informative, and humorous, which only made our experience better. When we sat down to discuss the packages and what we would want on our special night, Shenilla was very open and honest about the pricing. She helped us play around with the numbers so that we can stay within budget and did her very best to help us compare when trying to determine among the various amount of venues on our list. Although there was a bit of a hiccup throughout the process due to multiple bidders for the same date, Shenilla was very communicative and tried to offer us better incentives, which I believe is above and beyond any services we've gotten when we were venue shopping. We couldn't ask for someone better to work. If you are reading this, THANK YOU for being patient with us and helping us book our wedding date at your venue. :)

Shenilla is amazing! I wasn’t able to do a tour in person, so she accommodated with a virtual tour. She is super responsive! I could literally email or text her at any time of day and she would reply quickly. We love the venue on its own but the experience with her is what made us actually choose it. She gave us so many ideas and even helped us pick the perfect date, one of we wouldn’t have thought of without her. We are so excited to start planning because we know we are in good hands!

Ashton Gardens is a beautiful venue and the pictures we got of us being married in the chapel are STUNNING. All of the vendors from the DJ, food personnel, wedding planner and Bartender were kind and professional. I definitely recommend Ashton Gardens for your wedding, and if you're lucky enough to be assigned Dominque as your wedding planner I hope you love her as much as we did!

We had our dream wedding at Ashton Gardens. It was everything I dreamed it would be! I knew from the first visit that this would be the venue for the wedding. The glass chapel was beautiful, intimate and cozy. The reception area was stunning! We enjoyed working with our coordinator, Ciera Wilson. Ciera was very professional and attentive to all the details. The food was great and the staff helped make our BIG day a huge success!

Though our wedding was ceremony only but the place is beautiful in late May! All the trees are back and the view is just amazing! Our coordinator Dominique is fanatic! Helped us with every question we had along the process and even during the wedding day she’s willing to go out of her way to help! My god, my wedding is able to start on time because of her! Wouldn’t have a successful wedding without her help! Highly recommend!!

The BEST experience! I could not ask for anything better! We had Brittany as our coordinator and she is so thorough, so organized and just went above and beyond for our wedding. The whole Ashton Gardens team insured a smooth wedding, with absolutely no issues. I recommend them for a wedding, not just for the beautiful chapel and reception hall, but for their packages and their one stop shop experience. Highly recommend Ashton Gardens for a wedding/reception venue. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Minimal decoration is needed for chapel. Dominique was our wedding coordinator and she is simply the best! From planning sessions to day of event, Dominique was personally vested in ensuring the day was just perfect.

Words cannot describe or express how happy my husband and I were when choosing Ashton Gardens as our wedding venue. From the initial walk through, we were very impressed by how beautiful the site is. The packages they offer were explained thoroughly and to our surprise included so much more compared to other venues, including a stationary voucher that we used and were SO impressed, they also provide a DJ, wide variety of food/full bar. We chose the Exceptional package, with all it came with. We also chose the preferred photographer vendor. Our wedding planner was Merritt and y’all… she is the BEST! From our first video call she not only heard and fulfilled everything we asked for but also was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our wedding. She also provided lists for rehearsal dinner venues and limousine rentals. She was always a quick text/email/call away. We described to her that our wedding wanted be effortless and boy did she deliver!

My sister got married at this venue. The food and drinks were soooo good and we had such a great experience. Shenillaa coordinated the wedding and when I get married I’m using her!!

Ashton Gardens Sugar Hill is a beautiful venue offering the fairytale wedding experience with the beautiful chapel and the amazing ballroom that will guarantee the most amazing lifetime wedding memories. However, the wedding planners, and specifically, Brittany Sayers who was our event coordinator are the ones that make the difference. Brittany made us feel she was vested in our event as much as we were from the beginning doing as many zoom calls as needed, guiding us with every single detail, ensuring all of our questions were answered thoroughly in a prompt manner with her calm, professional demeanor taking care of every single detail and even ensuring we had a Spanish-speaking DJ to entertain the needs of our culturally diverse guests.
We are forever grateful to her for guiding us through the process by providing ideas and making us think outside the box and still keeping us focused during a very stressful time planning my only daughter's Sabrina & Eduard's wedding. We had an amazing wedding day and memory. Brittany did not miss a beat even on the day of the wedding she was very attentive with every detail up until the very end. Ciera was my coordinator and she made my experience and wedding day THE BEST. From the planning process to the day of, I cannot rave enough about how she truly catered to us and made our day so special. The whole AG team went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend Ciara as your venue coordinator. I cannot say enough great things and I would absolutely recommend other couples I know to choose AG because of the great service she and the team provided.

I had my dream wedding last week with Shayla as our main coordinator and I can not thank her enough. Shayla made our day BEAUTIFUL, stress free, and genuinely was perfect. I could not have had a more perfect coordinator. She was always there guiding us, making sure we had water, food, etc. She even steamed my dress! I am forever grateful for her. Our wedding would not have been the same without her helping us. My family could not stop talking about how great she was to us. Ashton gardens venue was stunning and the employees were so sweet to our family and friends. My wedding was a dream come true.

Our experience at Ashton Gardens was amazing! The venue was beautiful. Food was perfect. Especially the salmon! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The staff was professional and attentive at every turn. How was an amazing DJ, having our guests on the dance floor all night. She showed up to every meeting ready to listen, and answer any questions we had. Going above and beyond to facilitate certain things to help our vision. When we arrived at the venue, everything was perfect! She checked on us all morning up to the ceremony. After the wedding started, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If there were any hiccups, my wife and I would’ve had no idea because of how greatly it was handled. I would recommend everyone ask to have Brittany coordinate their wedding! My now wife and I fell in love with the Ashton Gardens Atlanta as soon as we walked in. It. checked all of our boxes and more! From the floor to ceiling windows in the chapel to the beautiful crystal chandeliers in the ballroom. This venue is absolutely stunning and the provided decor is enough to make any event feel elegant! In January, my wife and I were assigned our wedding coordinator, Brittany Sayers. She was very attentive, thorough, accommodating and extremely patient with our never ending list of questions after all, we were first timers. lol She eased all of our concerns prior to our big day, March 14th, and continued to reassure us that everything would be just perfect! Honey!!! She did not lie! If there were any issues, I had no idea there were any. She stayed calm and collected when our ceremony started late. She was just as excited for our wedding as we were and it was so genuine! She was the perfect wedding coordinating hype women and I don’t know if our day would have been the same if we had anyone else. So truly happy and blessed to have crossed path with Brittany and that she was a huge part of our wedding day being so successful. Venue 9/10 recommend *wish they offered floral at this location Food 10/10 salmon was so bomb! Coordinator 11/10 BRITTANY SAYERS WAS PHENOMENAL!
