Let me first say this venue is absolutely stunning! My fiance' and I were looking for a place that needed minimal decor and we stunted across Ashton Gardens will looking through The Knot. The chapel is gorgeous and the windows really do set the tone for an elegant wedding! The reception hall which is just a few steps away is equally beautiful, not needing really anything at all to enhance the look. My wedding planner is Sheila and she has been fabulous along the way. With the being my FIRST and ONLY marriage, I have so many questions and believe me I had emailed Sheila probably more than I text my fiance, but she is super sweet and has answered every question I had without any hesitation. The service is amazing and I really could have not prayed for a better venue; mind you I looked at 30 locations across the Texas area.

Ashton Gardens West Houston is the place to select for your wedding. It holds sentimental value in that it was the last place where my mother attended a wedding when she was alive. There was no question that I wouldn't use this place because of that. Sheilah Wright is my venue wedding planner and his been nothing short of amazing. I truly believe that God placed her in my life at this very important and emotional time. I would recommend her and Ashton Gardens West Houston to anyone a million times over.

It was very organized. The hall was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Sheilah our wedding planner was a good communicator and very good at following up.

My experience with this venue was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were not high maintenance or detail oriented for our wedding. We wanted the a simple nice wedding that we did not have to put a lot of work in and this place was the perfect place! The venue itself was so beautiful, you barely have to decorate it. The vendors are all with the venue, and our amazing planner Sheilah W was amazing. She gets everything prepared and deals with contacting all the vendors and putting everyone on the same page. I was so shocked the packages even included stationeries (save the dates & invites) ! I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here! When I tell people I barely did anything to plan this wedding.. I mean it. In a good way! Stress free. It was such a great day. Simple and beautiful

We exchanged vows at Ashton Gardens West on June 12, 2023, marking a truly magical day in our lives. Madison, our planner, was absolutely fantastic, guiding us every step of the way to bring our vision to life flawlessly.

The decision to choose Ashton Gardens West as our venue was an easy one. The stunning chapel fulfilled our dream of a church-like setting, and having everything on-site meant our guests could seamlessly transition from ceremony to reception without the hassle of commuting. Their wedding packages exceeded our expectations.

From selecting invitations to choosing beverages, every aspect of planning our wedding was effortless thanks to Ashton Gardens West. The tastings they offered at various locations not only allowed us to sample their delicious cuisine but also explore exciting additions to our special day, such as a live painter. These tastings became cherished moments amidst the whirlwind of wedding preparations.

In the end, our wedding day unfolded perfectly, a testament to the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by Ashton Gardens West.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with this venue and their staff. Natalie Keating helped us with the tour and with finalizing the date / contract. Literally every question we had, the answer was yes! She was not pushy to get us to sign, and was very responsive when I text her questions. Once we chose a date and submitted the contract, some of the vendors started to reach out to collect info. We loved working with Cortnie at the Design Haus for floral. We then got assigned to Sheilah W. as our planner, and it kept getting more and more perfect, and we knew we made the right choice! Cortnie and Sheilah were both flexible with days/times for our meetings, contacted us way in advance to get those meetings scheduled, and overall just had the best personality and patience with us. Sheilah was even more amazing on the day of, and with helping guide us during the rehearsal. There were a couple of last minute changes on our wedding day, and she made sure they went off without a hitch. My husband and I were on cloud 9 for weeks after our wedding. We couldn't thank them enough. We got many compliments on the food and cake / dessert table as well. The desserts went FAST! The only compliant I had (and from others) was the DJ playing the music too loud, he mixed rap and country songs together so it was hard to two-step to, and there was about maybe 5 people under the age of 30 in the room. It was more of an older crowd, and I just wish he would have recognized that. We had multiple people ask him to turn it down a bit during cocktail and dinner, and he would keep it down for about 2 minutes and proceed to turn it back up. I was clear with him during our intro call that we are more of a country bunch, and would want to two-step dance. I guess that wasn't clear. Tristyn was our photographer, and he was so much fun and inventive. It was easy to be comfortable around him. We haven't received our photos yet from editing, but we did see some after he took them and were pleased! Overall, everyone had a great time!

I had a great experience with the team from Ashton Garden’s West Houston! Ms. Sheilah W and Jackie tooo great care of me the day of. Ms. Sheila was easy to get in contact with and was available for my mother and I every step of the way for any question throughout the year of planning. The food was amazing and I’m big on food. We did a tasting and all of our wishes and more were met the wedding day, especially the seafood gumbo! The venue was more than spacious for our many many guest. I can go on and in about how perfect things were. Thank you to Ms. Sheilah and the team at Ashton Gardens West Houston!

I got married at Ashton Gardens West in January 2024. From the moment I arrived to check out the venue I knew that was where I'd be getting married. They were extremely professional and accommodating to all our needs. Special shout out to Madison our wedding planner...she was AMAZING!!! Highly recommended.

I believe lowest tiers is 9k. We decided we wanted premium food, extend bar time, and add photo booth with lights so it ended up being 11.5k. Beautiful space and really nice for my color palette which is earthly. Great space for a bride or groom that doesn't want too many eyes as the photobooth and large space and moving from room to room will help with that. We went 6k out of budget for this place. Does not provide photography or cake. Has a preschool before wedding which is pretty cool and unique.

BEAUTIFUL venue!! We wanted a simple yet elegant ceremony and that is just what we got! I would highly recommend! They are currently associated with Walters Wedding Estates and they do a wonderful job!! They do it all for you!! Flowers, food, music, even a luxury car ride home!! I would highly recommend Walters and Ashton Gardens West

My wedding at Ashton Gardens West was an absolute dream! My Day of Coordinator Sheilah W. made sure my big day was completely stress free and ran smoothly! Having our wedding at Ashton Gardens West Houston was the very best! Laura did an incredible job helping plan our special day. She was always available to answer our questions, above and beyond the planning and the detail meetings. I loved having a venue that included catering, stationary, DJ services, and planning services all in one package. It made the whole process so easy. Our food was incredible and was complimented by all our guests! Even the guests who requested special dietary plates said the food was great, and appreciated the extra effort that went into providing for their needs. There were no surprises or hidden fees and the deposit was promptly refunded the next day. On top of all this, the venue was beautiful!!! Highly recommend!

We chose this venue for its architecture and décor, as well as for having one contact for venue, catering, and bar. To be honest, shortly after I booked with them, I started finding some pretty bad reviews, but once I voiced my concerns about the seemingly scarce communication, they adjusted to ease my mind. As the date neared and we really leaned on the gas, it was clear this group knows what they're doing. Phoebe, Keeton, and the day-of coordinator Emily were such a treat to work with and I couldn't have asked for more.

We had the most memorable wedding at this venue. Everything was perfect and couldn't have gone more smoothly. Keeton was wonderful to work with prior to the wedding she was very responsive to all our questions. Day of the wedding she was on top of it and very calm. I was scrambling being nervous and she had a calmness that everything was taken care of. It was such a great feeling to let go knowing that and I could enjoy our wedding day. DJ Alexander was so helpful with the song list prior too and had everyone out on the dance floor. His energy and ability to read the crowd was so good. We really enjoyed seeing everyone out there having a good time. The catering was delicious! We did not go to any tastings since the timing was so quick for us but they did not disappoint. We had plated dinner and the food was perfect temperature. They served us first and made sure we ate which is unheard of at weddings. Most Bride and Groom I hear don't get a chance to eat. Also, the bar was well stocked. We paid the extra hour and cut it off an hour before everyone left. It was the perfect amount of time. Thank you Keeton for all you did and Ashton Gardens for an over the top beautiful venue. It really was the best day we will remember forever. Can't thank you enough.

I would definitely recommend using Ashton Gardens West for your wedding! My day went off without a hitch and I was left with no worries on the day of. It looked and went exactly how I wanted it to!
