    Shelley was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable when it came to booking our honeymoon. She put together a package in our price range and planned our trip better than what we were looking at/ could have done. She handled our visas and all air and hotel bookings with special arrangements for our honeymoon, which turned out amazingly perfect! Highly recommend if you are traveling to Australia or New Zealand.

    Joanne at Aspire Down Under did an amazing job planning our honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand. When my husband called her to start the planning process, he gave her the list of things we considered "must do" and she was able to spontaneously rattle off an entire 3-week itinerary that incorporated all of our requests. We saved a ton of money by booking our trip with Aspire and it was a better planned vacation than we could ever have done on our own. Anyone looking to plan a trip to Australia, New Zealand, or Fiji should absolutely contact Aspire.

    Aspire Down Under did a great job planning our honeymoon. Shelley had great recommendations for our 2 week stay and we were very happy with our entire trip! My husband planned everything and she helped him choose great locations that I absolutely loved.

    Shelly at Aspire Down Under did a fantastic job for us for our honeymoon to Australia and Fiji. She always responded to my e-mails promptly and the entire honeymoon went off without a hitch. Every accommodation exceeded our expectations and the tours were wonderful. I highly recommend her if you are planning a honeymoon to Australia, Fiji, or New Zealand.

    After working with Aspire Down Under to plan our honeymoon, I would not recommend their services. While a few hiccups are to be expected on any trip, our problems with Aspire ranged from minor inconveniences to significant ones. Even after several months of corresponding with their staff, they were unable to help us correct some issues. The most significant problem included an unstaffed "emergency" number, where no one reached out or responded to us via phone or email regarding a severe landslide that affected several days of our trip. Other issues included a unconfirmed reservation, incorrect address for a hotel, flight problems, and a general lack of attention to detail – for example, not a single vendor in NZ was told that we were on our honeymoon. On Aspire's website, it says "bona fide honeymooners...benefit from added bonuses such as room upgrades or wine in your room on arrival." We did not experience this at all with Aspire. Our honeymoon was an incredible life experience that we spent a long time planning, saving for, and looking forward to – I genuinely regret working with Aspire and would not recommend this agency to anyone planning a major trip to New Zealand.

    Thank you for taking the time to post your review and I am dismayed you do not feel your experience working with Aspire Down Under was a positive one. We always strive to ensure our clients have an amazing trip and apologize for the issues you encountered.

    On the weekend of the landslide in NZ our affiliate office was experiencing communication issues, quite possibly as a result of the landslide, and as soon as they were alerted by us of the issues they reached out to make contact.

    We had passed on at the time of booking your services that you were on honeymoon. We cannot guarantee that the suppliers will always provide complimentary amenities and I am sorry to hear you did not always receive. I understand you did receive a bottle of champagne at one of the hotels and I trust that was enjoyable.

    I hope you have wonderful memories of your time in New Zealand.
