Steve and his staff are AMAZING. We had them cater our daughter's wedding on May 20th and they seamlessly served a meal that was complimented over and over by our guests. Their prices are reasonable and they were very accommodating to all of needs. If you ever get the chance try their barbacoa street tacos - they are the bomb!! We would use them again and again. -

Steven was super helpful and responsive throughout our entire wedding planning process. He helped us so much when we had to change our plans due covid-19. The food and service for our wedding was amazing! -
User2381282 Sent on 10/21/2015Atrios was highly recommended by our venue Hacienda Vargas and after researching caterers we decided to go with Atrios. I'm glad we did. L was so easy to work with, we went with a traditional New Mexican buffet- southwestern salad, black beans, calabacitas, green chile chicken enchiladas and red chile cheese enchiladas. I changed my mind so many times but L was very flexible and patient with me. The food was fantastic and we got many compliments on it! Thanks Atrios! -

They accommodated every crazy request (including making 100 mojitos from scratch with fresh mint), were super responsive by email and phone, and even managed to get everything together on time when the electricity went out for an hour at our backyard venue during setup! Our guests loved the green chile enchiladas, which were the best we tasted when trying out different caterers. Their prices were reasonable and the menu super flexible to fit what we wanted. We would definitely recommend this caterer!

Sarah Sent on 06/14/2014Their marketing coordinator always kept in touch with me and since I had no idea what I was doing she offered several suggestions which was great! Their menu options were plentiful and they had options to have buffets with so many choices! They were incredibly fast and very considerate and everybody was asking where they could get recipes! They put a lot of hard work and effort into making sure they were set up on time they cleaned up without much notice. I HIGHLY recommended Atrios Catering services in Albuquerque NM. -

Steve, owner of Atrios catering, is so wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed meeting him when we did our food tasting prior to our wedding. Steve was also very easy to work with and responsive to any of my emails or calls. His staff on the day-of our wedding were superb; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciated that he worked so well with us to provide menu options that worked well for the type of food we wanted to serve (Mexican / New Mexican) while also working with our budget. For example, he recommended some great options for our appetizer table which included an assortment of cheeses, fruits, and roasted veggies (plenty of food, and very reasonably priced). Our biggest selling point with Atrios was the green chile meatballs – and so many of our guests raved about these as well! The green and red enchiladas were also delicious (green chicken being my favorite). Here’s my biggest negative critique: I know Steve told us that he does a “New Mexican inspired” cuisine, but we did feel that the rice and beans could have been better. We were left with tons of food leftovers (no buying groceries for us for at least one week after the wedding!), but no one in the house wanted to finish off the beans.
