  Great wedding food and service!

  How many weddings have you been to where you actually remember the meal? Any? Most of the time you're standing in either a self-serve or buffet line to get bland, tasteless, mediocre food that's likely been frozen and then re-heated. If you want to be different and have your reception meal actually be good, tasty, and memorable for your guests, then you HAVE to hire Awesome Catering DFW. They worked with us from the day we hired them, helping us choose our menu (we had a plated meal) and offering a tasting even though we had already made our choices. The food tasted amazing! On the day of the wedding, they made sure all the place settings were perfect and that salads were already on the tables when the reception started. The food at the wedding was at least as good as it was on the day of our tasting! And the portion sizes were more than we could eat! Your guests will compliment you and be talking about the meal they had at your wedding for years to come. When you have the word "Awesome" in your name, you'd better actually be awesome. Awesome Catering DFW really is awesome!

  Amazing experience!

  AMAZING experience using Awesome for our recent wedding. Staff was great from start to finish. Our guests raved about the food (especially the Mac & Cheese bar- do it!) Would absolutely recommend Awesome Catering for anyone planning events in DFW.

  Awesome Catering provided a variety of options and worked with me to determine the best choice for my event.

  The Taco bar was DELICIOUS! Awesome Catering worked with me to ensure all attendees were thought about-allergies, food specifics, etc. The staff is courteous and professional, adding a lovely element to my event.

  Amazing Food, Amazing Service

  Working with Awesome DFW for our first event was such a pleasure! They did everything they could to make it easy for me, but above that, their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond my expectations, was impressive. When our volunteers unexpectedly didn't show up due to an ice storm the day before, the crew jumped in and went to work bussing tables and helping us keep the event running smoothly. I have recommended them over and over to other groups I work with locally, and I am presently working with them on our next event in a couple of months. I'll never use anyone else. They have completely earned my loyalty!

  Cannot recommend them enough!

  Awesome catering catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding - and the food was not only delicious, but the service was top notch! Guests can't stop talking about how delicious the food was both nights. Jorge and team are super responsive, and let you get creative with food options. #1 item on the menu: Mac and Cheese!!

  Simply the BEST

  I work in the wedding industry and met Jorge and Daniela 2 years ago. Their personalities and professionalism is what made me just adore them. But their food definitely kept me around!! The Awesome Catering DFW team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wedding. They made sure every person was taken care of. I could not have imagined a different crew or meal at our wedding. It has been nearly 4 months since our day and people are still raving about the food and always tell me it was the “best food I’ve ever had at a wedding”. Jorge and Daniela can do it all. We are so appreciative for all they did for us!!!

  Awesome Catering DFW catered our wedding in May 2021. Jorge and his team were so professional and the food was delicious. People still compliment us on all the food from our wedding. I still crave the Gourmet Chicken and the Mac and Cheese bar. They were so attentive and everything from the tasting to the clean up process was seamless. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends!

  Best Catering Option For Your Wedding!

  I'm so glad that I hired Awesome Catering for my wedding! They check all of the boxes of what to look for in a caterer: great price, variety of food options, exceptional service, and you can get all of your dinnerware, barware, and bartenders from them as well. So many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was too. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

  Great food and affordable!

  Awesome Catering did a wonderful job catering our plated dinner wedding. We also had passed appetizers, a late night snack, and they even cut the wedding cake for us. The serving staff was very professional, and even helped with flipping the room from the ceremony to the reception floorplan! Could not have asked for a better catering team!

  Deeelicious!

  I have worked with Jorge at many events in my career, so finding a carter for my wedding was a breeze. His food is by far the best catering I've had! Jorge has a detailed menu that you are sure to find something that will satisfy you! If there is something specific that you want, he is happy to accommodate you in anyway he can. The Awesome Catering staff is very professional. For my wedding they did my catering, bartending, and even cut my cake. We had fajitas and they were to die for! My husband LOVES salsa and he wanted to take some on our honeymoon. He still asks about the salsa too. They also served a creamy green sauce that was amazing. I think it was a guacamole/sour cream mix, but it was so good! They were very quick to set up all of their stuff and took over icing down the beer and wine which was a relief to my dad. I highly recommend Jorge!!

  Our daughter and her fiance chose Awesome Catering DFW for their January 2019 wedding. What a great choice! The food was delicious! Sonia and Jorge were fantastic to work with. They were flexible when we had late additions, and are a great value. The Awesome Catering DFW team were wonderful on the wedding day. Along with the food, etc. they coordinated all our beverages with that vendor, and made very helpful recommendations. Weather complications caused a last-minute change of location for our cocktail hour, and their team adapted seamlessly. Such nice people, very reassuring and professional to work with.   Simply the best. We had an outdoor wedding and in the middle of it all we had a severe thunderstorm pass through and they made it seem as if nothing was going on. Truly the best.

  Jorge and his team catered my wedding this past Saturday. Everything was Awesome and Sonia went above and beyond taking care of us! I’ve heard so many people say they never got to eat at their wedding but they made sure we got to enjoy every bit of it. We both highly recommend Awesome for any event!!

  Awesome catering is awesome! At our scheduled tasting Jorge (George) greeted us with a warm smile, as we greeted him with hungry bellies! While his wife prepared the dishes, Jorge ran us through the catering process and provided us with all the details. The food was so incredibly good. The presentation was beautiful. We hired Awesome Catering on the spot! Jorge was flexible with us and patient when we switched a few items on the menu. He was very professional and accommodating, which is exactly what you need as you're getting prepared for a wedding. On the day of, the set up was just as we discussed - elegant, professional and uniformed. It's been two weeks since we were married and I STILL have people talking about the food, which I NEVER got the chance to enjoy, thanks to the hustle and bustle of the day.
  I'll always have the tasting I guess...lol.

Jorge and the team do it all and work so hard at making their clients happy. Their flavors, service, and pricing are unmatched in the DFW area. We love to cook and are “foodies” so finding a caterer with bold flavors and unique food was really important to us. We did chicken and steak for our entrees but had a twist with the side dishes and hor d'oeuvres (the ceviche and empanada bites were a hit!). For example, we love spice so Jorge made sure to add that in for us. This was a huge success because my family loves spice. The only mishap we had was a miscommunication about what all is included with the bar package. I would tell future couples to be very specific on what each line item entails. Overall, it wasn't a huge capital expense but something that was unnecessary to deal with so close to our wedding.
