We tried Azuarte cake at a friends wedding and were convinced - not only are his cakes extremely tasty but also gorgeous!
I wanted to give my husband a surprise in the back of the cake and he was able to achieve exactly what I wanted! Would 100% recommend! -

Dream Wedding Cake!

Glaelis Sent on 04/15/2018Working with Juan Carlos from Azuarte was great. He was very accommodating and understanding of my likes/dislikes when it came to designing our cake. I met with him very early in the wedding planning process and three days before the wedding decided to change the cake design. He was very understanding and gave me feedback on what I was looking for. Not only was the cake and amazing piece of art, it was delicious too! Guests were raving about the taste. I’m looking forward to our one year anniversary, so I can dig into the top tier saved in my freezer. I hope I can work with Azuarte again for my next life events.

Not to mention, it was a work of art. Juan Carlos was a pleasure to work with and such a creative and kind person. Azuarte is definitely the way to go for your wedding in Puerto Rico. Gracias Juan Carlos por todo! El bizcocho estuvo bello y suuuuper rico!!! -

Our wedding cake was beautiful and even more delicious. However, when I walked into the ballroom and went up to the table I noticed the cake was slanted. I don't know if it arrived that way or began slanting after it was decorated on site. It looks like the leaning tower of Pisa in most of the photos. My suggestion would be to ensure the baker inserts supports before setting-it up. Nevertheless, it was lovely and, oh so delicious!Azuarte's reply:

El bizcocho cuando se entrego estaba completamente derecho, tengo fotos del momento de la entrega donde se ve derecho se las voy a enviar. El bizcocho tenia soportes (separadores) de no tenerlos se hunde o se cae. Las flores tampoco ayudan mucho porque el girasol natural es muy grande y pesado y en las foto da la impresión que esta virado del lado que se coloco el ramo de flores. Me da mucha alegría saber que les gusto y que estaba rico. Feliz Navidad y feliz año nuevo. -
