As far as planning a wedding goes, hiring Bobbi was by far the best decision we made. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Our wedding was scheduled during the height of the COVID-19 mess and Bobbi was in constant communication with us. She was pretty much as flexible and understanding as one can be while still being a successful business owner. We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID and Bobbi wanted to do whatever she could to make sure we didn't lose our deposit. We even ended up doing a quick, simple ceremony in the park and she was able to accommodate that as well and work it into our current package! Working with Bobbi is such a delight and makes posing for pictures so easy. Beyond that, she's willing to offer help in other way possible. She gave us so many recommendations for other vendors. We originally weren't even going to hire a photographer and I am so glad we changed our mind and found Bobbi. She is the best there is. -

Phenomenal!!
Absolutely unbelievable experiences with Bobbi! She shot our engagement, boudoir, and our wedding and each experience was phenomenal. I felt completely comfortable during boudoir and left feeling empowered and confident! We had 8 children in our wedding ages 18 months-9 years old and she was amazing with them! Some of our favorite shots are the candids of the kids! Her team was amazing also, they helped out when we had party bus issues as well as issues with the MC calling tables during reception. We booked Bobbi somewhat last minute when we had an issue with another photographer and she helped us so much by putting us at ease and go the extra mile to make sure our day was stress free! I can honestly say anyone would be making a mistake to not book Bobbi, we look forward to her capturing other life milestones in the future! -

Bobbi and her team are THE BEST photographers and team ever! We are so happy we went with her and you will not be disappointed. Bobbi is kind, professional, FUN, has attention to detail, is so talented and artistic. She is the entire package and helped us with everything from engagement sessions, consulted with us on locations, our vision, day of plans and more! We have been planning for a year and a half and she was there every step of the way. We need more things to photograph bc we love her! Her and her team did a 14 hour day for our wedding and were still going strong at 10pm! She knows what looks the best and is able to capture the perfect lighting in any shot. Our wedding photos are everything we dreamed of and couldn’t be happier. All of our friends and family are in awe of them too and we keep saying-oh ya, it’s because of our photographer!!!! She is outstanding! -

I have worked with Bobbi and her team in a family mini-session, a boudoir session, and started looking into her services for our wedding. Words don't do justice when it comes to Bobbi's professionalism, creativity, and warm, comforting personality. She's flexible and accommodating with her time and packages, and she truly makes sure that her client is always satisfied. Bobbi is upfront with her prices, and I appreciate that there are no surprises.
Bobbi is a natural; my child was a crying mess the day of our mini-session, and Bobbi's finesse ensured that we got some really great family photos out of the day. In my boudoir session, Bobbi and Tracey were such a huge source of confidence and knowledge; it turned out amazing. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or uneasy, in fact, I was laughing far more than I expected! I have not gotten married yet, but my very close friends used Bobbi as the photographer at their wedding, and their shots were so creative and whimsical, and the photos of the guests captured emotion and electricity. I would not hesitate to recommend Bobbi to anyone, for any reason! -

Ryan Sent on 12/13/2015Bobbi and her team are phenomenal! I had worked with Bobbi for a boudoir shoot previously and knew that I wanted her to be my wedding photographer after seeing those pictures! As soon as my fiance and I set a date, we signed our contract with Bobbi for both our engagement photos and our wedding and we cannot wait to work with Bobbi on our special day! Her work is outstanding and I cannot wait to see the pictures that she will get of our wedding day! -
User2555791 Sent on 03/17/2016When a variety of photography services were needed to capture the Links Fore Education golf event at Quail Hollow Country Club, B. Frohman Imaging was the only photographer that came to mind. Based on Bobbi’s reputation for artistic skill, professionalism, and quality of service, we placed the job completely in her hands. She both established comfortable connections with the teams for poses yet rove about two courses in a golf cart without breaking the players concentration and mental focus. Her timing was always perfect!
Immediately following the all-day event, which raises scholarship monies through corporate sponsorship, we also needed a looping DVD to play in the clubhouse during dinner. Once again, B. Frohman Imaging produced a speclacular recap which was not only thoroughly enjoyed by everyone but specifically requested as a cherished momento and utilized on thank you cards to the golf teams. She excels in all photography needs.

User2515842 Sent on 01/23/2016Poor editing on our photos with much residual shadowing left, entire session with only 2 backgrounds, 1 of which was a plain cream color. For the quality and service, I would easily pay more anytime for another photographer.B. Frohman Imaging + Design's reply:
I'm sorry to see that after our discussions regarding your son's two-year session that you felt the need to leave a bad review. I still maintain that I did everything within my means to ensure that you had a great turnout from your session, even though your son cried for most of it. I spent a great deal of time editing out the tear and mucus stains, red cheeks and eyes, and did what I could to still give you great images to choose from. I asked you numerous times where you were seeing shadows and got no feedback to resolve the issue. We had 6 different backgrounds set up for your session and were only able to use 3 of them due to the meltdowns. I do not believe that placing a screaming child in front of each background would have gotten you the results you were hoping for- it would have only upset and confused him further. From the print order you placed for 6 different prints and 12 digital files, I had no indication that you were unhappy with the images. As was stated in the package you chose as well as the contract you signed, a digital file release is not included although it was available as an add-on option. It was only after that was reiterated that you started mentioning your dissatisfaction with the editing and overall outcome- which confused me since I didn’t understand if the images were terrible, why you wanted so many of them. I did everything that I could to ensure your son felt safe and comfortable during his session, encouraged you to stay and let me work with him when you kept asking if we should give up, heavily edited the images so there were no signs of how hard he was crying, and mailed your prints for free to save you a trip back to our studio. I’m sorry if you felt that your session didn’t render the amazing results that so many other clients have talked about in their reviews on our WeddingWire site. I do hope that your reshoot went well and that you got the variety you were hoping for.
