The only regret I have from my wedding is not hiring Kelly from Day 1. I started working with Kelly 3 months before my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I thought I had everything pretty much done and booked and I didn't need a wedding planner. I was wrong. Kelly is hands down the best. She has so much experience in this industry and it shows through her events. Anything I needed she was responsive and even though she had events book every weekend before my wedding she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She exceeded all my exceptions and made sure my day was PERFECT. Kelly will be the glue of your wedding day and make sure your vision comes to life and you can truly live in the moment!

Totally worth it

Before we got married, we were advised to get a wedding planner. After meeting Kelly, my wife, who requested nothing for the wedding, said she needed to have Kelly's services. She was right. Kelly was friendly and worked very hard to make sure every detail was captured. Want to know how good she was? The day of the wedding my wife and I did not hear about a single complication the whole day. If anything did happen, Kelly handled it without us every knowing. It gave us the chance to enjoy our special day while she handled everything. If you want the perfect day, get the perfect wedding planner. Get Kelly.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Kelly's passion and dedication to the wedding profession as a guest of my good friend Shannon's wedding. If you've been in and/or apart of a wedding, you know NOTHING goes 100% as planned, especially when it comes to weather. Despite this significant factor for an outdoor wedding, it was delightful to observe Kelly's agility and professionalism that allowed the bride to continue living her dream wedding. While it's expected the Wedding Planner devotes a majority (if not all) their time and energy to the wedding party, it was gratifying to witness how much effort Kelly devoted to accommodate all guests, particularly someone that 'misplaces' his suit jacket because he had too much fun. In fact, Kelly literally drove around town looking for my suit jacket, found it at a random casino and mailed it back to me. While it wasn't an expensive jacket, it demonstrated her dedication to ensure everything went smoothly pre and post wedding. My experiences with Kelly was brief but it wasn't difficult to see Kelly's passion for the bride and profession. For those reasons, I highly recommend Kelly's services to any future weddings. Thanks again for being awesome!

When planning a wedding there are so many costs associated with it and the hiring of a wedding planner was not something that we intended to do. I would consider myself very organized, creative and full of ideas. However, after a couple of our friends recommended Kelly I gave her a call. Working with Kelly was an awesome experience. Her knowledge of vendors, creativity, cost saving ideas and attention to detail is unsurpassed. A lot of time and effort goes into planning a wedding and when the day finally rolls around there are so many, many last minute details to attend to. Kelly communicates with all vendors involved and makes sure everyone is on the same page and that the bride and groom's wishes are carried through. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience with Kelly was and how she indeed does deliver the Best Day Ever. Most importantly though, Kelly gave us (the parents of the bride) the greatest gift of all because on our daughter's wedding day we were given the opportunity to just sit back and enjoy every single minute of the day and evening. A mere thank you could never be enough for all she did and there is simply not time or space enough to describe the amazing person she is both inside and out.

DO IT!!!!!! Worth every penny! Wow! So many choices and so many things you don't know!!! Kelly has so much experience as she has helped so many brides have "The Best Day Ever"!!!! You realize.......you don't know what you don't know, but Kelly does know what you don't know!!!!! Her suggestions on photographers, florists, videographers, etc.....are tried and true. We were blown away by all of the vendors that were recommended!!!!!! Such great people to work with!!!! Kelly promises "The Best Day Ever" and she delivers! I don't think you can afford not to hire her!!!! One million times......YES!!!!!!! DO IT!!!!

Kelly truly gave my husband and I the best day we could have dreamed of. From the very beginning she was there every step of the way. I was never the girl who already had her whole wedding day planned out but I did know the feeling I wanted the day to have. Kelly helped me narrow down my scattered thoughts into exactly what I wanted and the day felt true to my husband and I. She is full of beautiful and original ideas.

She has so many connections with all the vendors and was able to explain exactly what the different vendors had to offer, their strengths and weaknesses, etc. which made it so much easier to decide on who to move forward with for our day. She will do most of the communicating with the vendors which took a lot off of my plate. Since the vendors have all worked with Kelly so often in other events and weddings they know the level of excellence she expects for her clients and it definitely shows in their work. I honestly can't imagine doing any of it without her and her guidance, ideas, and expertise. Being an out of town bride can make it hard in the planning process but Kelly made sure everything was taken care of and I knew I didn't have to worry.

Through the whole process Kelly shines, but where she shines brightest is the day of. She takes on all of it - I honestly didn't have to worry about a thing other than getting ready and enjoying my time with my nearest and dearest. She does all the coordinating with vendors and wedding party and everything and anything you could ever think of - my phone did not ring once that day with a question or issue. She took care of it ALL. She puts such a high priority on making your wedding day flow and stress free. I could not be more thankful for that. I could go on and on with the many reasons you should hire Kelly to plan your wedding. But trust me, she is worth it and you will be so thankful to have her by your side.

Kelly was simply amazing!! I was a bride with high anxiety and wanted EVERY little detail everywhere completed. Not only did Kelly make sure that happened she kept my anxiety WAY down! Kelly provided me with an excellent timeline and she FOLLOWED it. I am ALWAYS late but not on my wedding day, believe it or not I was early!! Kelly was on top of it running around, checking things off, and making sure we were all smiling! Never let me get worked up and most importantly the day of the wedding I was able to enjoy the ENTIRE day with my bridesmaids and groom with ZERO stress. Kelly is FANTASTIC!! If you do not have Kelly for your wedding day then you will definitely be missing out on some amazing opportunities!!! Thank you Kelly for assisting us with our wedding!! xoxoxo

By the time I met with Kelly, I thought I had “done almost everything” for the wedding, and I didn’t think I could afford a planner, but I was wrong. Kelly was flexible and understanding about our budget restrictions.
I’ll tell you why she’s amazing with five reasons. First of all, Kelly knows everyone. She looked at the people I had hired and was thinking about hiring and gave me some very valuable and money-saving ideas (hair/makeup/cake/transportation/video). Second, she makes the most amazing wedding timelines. She put things on the timeline that would have NEVER crossed my mind, but were things so vital to ensuring we had “the best day ever.” Third, she has boundless energy. There was never an email that she did not reply to quickly. She was always there to answer my millions of questions and/or quash some of my stresses (what if it rains?! Ah!). Fourth, she’s on your side. I’m a pretty passive person and will usually just say “yes” but that doesn’t always bode well as many people want input on your special day. Kelly will learn what YOU want and will make it happen. And fifth, the stress level on the day of my wedding was non-existent because of Kelly. I woke up, showered, and the rest of the day was fun! I know if I hadn’t hired Kelly, I would have been coordinating with all of the vendors, directing guests, decorating, and dealing with the millions of little things that can come up. Kelly took care of all of that, and let me and my husband have the best day ever. I’m sure you can have a wedding without Kelly- but trust me

You made our wedding a truly unforgettable experience. I can honestly say that I never ever want to do that again.

First, due to the mental exhaustion and second, because I do not know how a better time could have been had. The wedding was an honest dream for both of us.

When she promised us that the day would be worry free and that all of our guests would leave saying, “THAT WAS THE BEST WEDDING EVER!” – we believed her…but, Boy! Did she deliver!

Kelly was a true JOY to work with. The level of attention and care that she brings to the experience is very hard to find!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Kelly enough for all of her hard work and dedication throughout the entire planning process. I contacted Kelly as soon as we had chosen a date that worked for both the church and reception venue we wanted. I knew with our busy schedules over the next year and a half, that I wanted to bring a planner in to help from the beginning. I was well aware that inquiries to vendors, arranging meetings, and everything else would be timely and difficult to do on my own with work and my schedule. After meeting with Kelly for the first time, I knew she was the perfect person for the job and could take our vision of our big day and make it a reality. Kelly helped alleviate any of the initial stress I had about contacting vendors, obtaining quotes, coordinating meetings and anything else I would be concerned with during the planning process. She truly takes the time to learn about the bride and groom and what your needs and wants are. After taking the time to get to know you, she offers a variety of suggestions for vendors to meet with that she thinks will best fit you. She will also take the time to research other options and ideas you may be looking for. She is excellent at thinking outside of the box. You know you are in good hands when someone is that thorough to make your special day everything you wanted it to be. The bride and groom are her number one priority and she never lets you or any vendor you are working with forget that. She always worked her hardest to best accommodate my schedule when arranging meetings and her communication not only with myself, but the vendors, as well, was above and beyond. Everyone involved was always aware of what was happening and updated immediately if anything changed. I cannot explain how much of a relief it was and how thankful I am to have had her in place to coordinate everything. She held everyone involved to a timeline up until the day of!
