Ball Event Center Reviews

The Ball Conference Center is not only very beautiful, but also very reasonable, spacious, new, clean and flexible. Our whole experience was wonderful!! The Ball Conference Center was very organized and they worked well with everyone from the DJ to the drink providers. Their staff was awesome! Our wedding was 300 guests big and the Ball Conference Center accommodated everyone with no problem. You cannot beat their rental price! I priced so many venues and this was the best priced for the size we needed. We used a BBQ caterer and a drink package, but if you wanted to save even more money, they allow you to use whoever you like for food or you can bring in your own alcohol. We used the huge entry area for buffet tables and had plenty of room in the main area to seat 300 guests with plenty of space for dancing! There are also many close hotels. Our reception was amazing, with tons of fun for all. It was a night we will always remember!

Having our wedding at Ball made things so easy! We had a big guest list and needed an affordable venue. We were able to bring in our own catering and alcohol (money saver!!) and Michael was very easy to work with. Parking was easy for our elderly guests, and everyone commented on how nice the facility was. Highly recommend!

I loved having my reception at the ball conference center. Michael was so awesome to work with. I live in California and every time I can into town, Michael was always easy to get ahold of and more than happy to let me into the venue again. It was also nice to know that we were the only reception going on in the building. The last awesome thing about the BCC is that after they have paid for the utilities and their employees, they donate the rest of the money to a charity. So amazing!

We didn't get good response from them. Management is very bad not responded to our questions. On the day of the event they didn't set up the way it was talked on our walk through.

In my personal opinion:
I am so unhappy with this vendor. When my husband arrived the morning of our wedding we feel the venue was a mess. We were told the venue would be clean and everything would be set up. We feel the lighting was so bright and the lights didn't dim and so it looked like we were having our wedding in a high school gym. In my opinion the staff was rude and hard to work with. I wish we would have picked another venue.
