    I love love love Frank and his staff. They are absolutely amazing and we have been using them for all of our parties for over 20 years so it was a no brainer when I got engaged where I was getting the invitations from. We told him our budget and he showed us exactly what was affordable. We had the most beautiful invitations for a wedding. Frank is so kind and his staff is so attentive. If you need anything whether it be invitations, balloons or favors. Go see Frank. He added such a classy and elegant touch with our beautiful invitations. My husband and I were beyond happy

    Balloons n More did the decorations and table centerpieces for my daughter's baby shower and it was all fabulous ... a real first-class place to deal with!

    Instead of flowers for centerpieces we used balloons. It was everything we wanted. They were helpful with suggestions for colors and materials. Would highly recommended them for any event.

    Was a birthday. Not a wedding. But still, I couldn't believe how expensive they were just to blow up a few Elmo balloons. I feel like I got completely taken advantage of because it was short notice. I'll never go back there.

    Thank you for your review, I don't mind stating your feelings but you left out some facts: a few balloons? We blew up 32, 18 latex 4 oversized mylars 4 regular mylars and a 4ft airwalker 6 more balloons to crate the walker that is more than a few. You said you went to 2 other stores and they wouldnt even offer the service since you didnt purchase the balloons from them. I pulled 3 staff members off jobs as you were in a rush and your words had a balloon emergency and needed to get to your party in 20 minutes. I even attempted to repair your airwalker as it was defective. After all of this was done you couldnt thank us enough for acting so quickly, but now the next day your upset about the fees we charged, I'm sorry you feel this way but you are certainly entitled to your opinion. We thank you for your business and we are sorry that you will not be using us in the future as we always do our best to accommodate our customers needs.
