    We love Payge!

    Payge was recommended to me as a day of coordinator by a friend. We started working with her in 2019 for our March 2020 wedding. Like everyone, our world changed in March and we had to postpone our wedding 8 days before the date. We would not have survived that without Payge. She handled all the vendor coordination and helped us figure out the details for rescheduling. We rescheduled for October of this year and Payge was there the whole time via email keeping us posted on what she was seeing for other weddings to help ease my COVID bride anxiety. Our wedding day finally came...and a hurricane hit! We had to move the ceremony inside 15 minutes before the start time. Payge saved us once again and everything was perfect. I cannot imagine having gotten married without her. And our whole wedding party loved the day-of schedule! It made things so much easier for everyone. Thank you again!

    Best Decision!

    Hiring Payge was hands down the best decision we made in planning our wedding. She was very professional and organized, but not uptight, and easily calmed my nerves on wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. She had previously worked with our florist, venue, and caterer, so it made coordinating a breeze! I can't thank her enough!!

    Hiring Payge as our day-of coordinator was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! She was accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful - and not to mention kind and so pleasant to work with. She helped make sure our wedding day ran smoothly and it was such a relief to have her there to handle all of the logistics on and leading up to the big day. Highly, highly recommend.

    Payge was an amazing coordinator! She took care of everything I needed from her (and the things I didn't even think of), kept me on track leading up to the wedding, and was so on top of everything on the big day. My parents loved her too. I highly recommend her!

    Payge is the BEST. We hired her as "Day of" coordinator for my daughter's wedding, but she made herself available to answer our questions during our wedding planning process. She is really knowledgeable of the industry, but not a know-it-all. She is super organized but not inflexible. She is fun but not flighty. We never had to remind her to complete a task. Payge knew what do, when to do it and got it done. We had an issue with one of our vendors and she happily negotiated on our behalf to correct their mistake and got a credit on our invoice. The reception venue had a very tight set up time, but Payge managed all the vendors and ensured the venue was ready on time and was cleared out on time. My daughter and her husband were beyond THRILLED with their wedding and reception and Payge was a big reason for their exceptionally successful wedding day.

    Payge was my day of wedding coordinator and she was amazing. We had 2 meetings prior to the wedding as well as the final walk through at the venue. She was super responsive and always had an answer to my wedding questions. My wedding day was perfect. Highly recommend her.

    Since I am an event planner, finding the perfect day of coordinator was top of my list. I have trouble letting go of projects so I needed someone I could trust for my wedding day! After much research, I went with Payge Kikly with Bash Atlanta and it was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process! Payge was an amazing asset to have throughout the whole process! Not matter how many emails I sent or how small of a question I had, Payge answered it without hesitation! If I was unsure of a logistics and if it would work out, Payge would talk it out with me until it either made sense or we found another solution.

    On the day of our wedding, Payge handled everything flawlessly! There were a couple hiccups from other vendors and Payge sprung into action to solve them before I even had a chance to worry about them or without my knowledge at all! She was great at thinking on her feet and going with the flow when needed. She did a great job of making sure we stayed on schedule throughout the entire evening! She also did the impossible and wrangled all my husband’s groomsmen and made sure they were where they needed to be! We would not have been able to survive our wedding day without her!

    Payge Kikly is officially one of my favorite people in Atlanta. She was assigned to us after we booked BASH just 2 months before our wedding. Since I had done most of the planning already (and because our first wedding planner--completely unrelated to BASH or Payge--took our deposit and skipped town!), I was nervous to hand over control to someone else. But WOW were we blown away. We met with Payge 3 times leading up to the wedding, and each time she put us more at ease. She didn't simply ask for our trust, she earned it; proved it. I went from wanting to do most things myself and hiring BASH only out of necessity of having day-of help, to desperately wishing I’d booked 7 months earlier and had Payge plan the whole thing. I don't know how the heck you'd classify the skills it takes to be a wedding planner, but I'm pretty sure Payge wrote the book on it. She just HANDLED things. EVERYthing.

    I had a lot of vendors, and she seamlessly coordinated with them all without even involving me. That equates to a LOT of emails and phone calls! She found, hired, and planned for a videographer a few weeks before the wedding. She suggested special stand-out details that I hadn’t even heard of or considered, and they all were completely perfect. I had a ton of DIY stuff to set up on the day of, and Payge just told me to leave it in boxes and she would handle it--and she did. Flawlessly. Importantly, no wedding is without mishaps, so 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony my fiancé spilled tomato soup on the front of his suit jacket, and it almost got on me! But Payge literally pushed me out of the way, saving my dress, and immediately got the soup off his jacket. There wasn’t even a water mark! I still don’t know how. Payge kept me blissfully in the dark about other mishaps, too! And I'm sure there are many more I'll never know about. My words don’t do justice to describe what an incredible job Payge did. And if BASH hired her, I’m sure the rest of their crew is the same.

    We used Payge Kikly for our October 2015 wedding at The Foundry at Puritan Mill. Anyone who knows that venue knows that it's a blank slate - you rent the room, and you have to figure out how to fill it! I was overwhelmed...and am so glad we hired Payge to be our wedding planner. We communicated mostly via email in the 12+ months before the wedding, and she was incredibly helpful with ideas, best practices and sound advice throughout the entire process. We met a few times in person where she did a download on where we were, what we needed and where she could help. She took good notes and followed up with me often - which I needed!!! And the day of...we literally could not have done it without her. Not one single thing went wrong (at least in our eyes!) and I know we have Payge to thank for that. Thank you for your excellent work & partnership - you eased so much stress of mine and I am endlessly grateful for that! We would gladly recommend Payge to anyone navigating the wedding planning process :)

    Bailey is an amazing planner, coordinator, and florist all in one! She helped me from beginning to end, answering every little question I had about the wedding. She is very detailed and meticulous. In advance of the wedding day, she provided me with a very detailed, 2-page timeline of everything that would happen that day. She confirmed and re-confirmed all the little details with each vendor, so that I had nothing to worry about that day except to smile and enjoy myself. You definitely want her by your side on your wedding day.

    On top of all that, she does amazing flowers and decor. I'm no decorator myself, so I told her my color theme and idea (purple and rustic, go!), and she came up with all the flowers and decorations around the venue. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and just what I wanted. Her prices are very reasonable and competitive, but more than that, it was awesome not to have to even think about it because she has every little detail taken care of.

    My planner from BASH was absolutely wonderful. She always had an open line of communication and was very organized. She helped me with vendors, etc. and all of her recommendations were equally as wonderful as well. She never left me feeling in the dark or waiting for an answer. It was smooth sailing. When we hit some HUGE roadblocks and changes the day of my wedding, she pulled an amazing "Plan B" that still came across elegant and beautiful. If you are looking for someone to work with you on any level to decrease stress throughout the planning process, I would use anyone from Bash without question!

    We used Payge for our wedding planner at Callanwolde. My husband was hesitant to pay someone to help on the day but realized how great she was meeting with us before, coordinating the rehearsal and taking care of absolutely everything that day. We couldn't have enjoyed our day without her. She was awesome and I would recommend Bash to anyone!

    Living out of town, I knew that I was going to need help in organizing the wedding the best I could before arriving and pulling my hair out. Payge made the process smooth and easy for me and calmed my nerves from the beginning.

    We communicated mainly via e-mail, I knew I would always get a quick response from her when I was in a crunch. She led me to almost every vendor I chose and also provided quotes and suggestions for ones I didn't. When I was able to come into town, she always made time to meet with me and make sure we were on schedule. Her meticulous notes, organization and memory were incredibly impressive.

    The day of, she was irreplaceable. She handles schedules, vendors, family, decorations and more. She worked as a middle man in the midst of what became a disaster. (Rain) The back-up plan was even more beautiful than I had imagined. I was able to relax and know that she knew my vision and would make it work.

    Bash provided me with service that was vital in my wedding planning process. If you need to feel confident and relaxed in the wedding process, this is the way to go!

    The DJ was just amazing and perfect for my event. They were on time and created a great fun atmosphere for the kids. Very personable. I will use them again!

    Bailey did an AMAZING job! I literally could not have pulled it off without her. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of, and she remained calm, collected and professional the entire time. She also did my flowers and even though I felt like I had no idea what I wanted, she did an amazing job of turning my dreams into a reality. THANK YOU BASH FOR A FANTASTIC WEDDING DAY!

    Okay, first off, I thought I would NEVER get a wedding planner. Like ever. Even though it's one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies. However, even planning our small wedding started giving me stress dreams, and I didn't want my parents to have to deal with everything the day of when they were supposed to be having a good time. Enter Payge at BASH. First, Payge is so sweet. She met with us a few months out from the wedding to get a good idea of what we were looking for, and then kept checking up on us and setting up meetings (necessary, because we are scatterbrains and basically needed to be reminded that we were having a wedding at all). Even though she was just a "day of" coordinator, she did so much more, including communicating with vendors, suggesting cute touches for the reception, and creating an epic timeline. We were operating on a tight-ish budget (which seemed astronomically high to me, but apparently was low for the wedding industry), and Payge was so good about helping with that and respecting that line. She saved us a good chunk of change with her help, which was awesome! We also weren't totally traditional in everything, and Payge didn't bat an eyelash about that.
    On the actual day, it was so great to have her there helping with everything. I didn't talk to a single vendor other than the photographer and officiant the entire night, which was absolutely incredible. She even picked several flowers to choose from for my hairstyle when I decided last minute that it needed one. She set up all our eleventh-hour DIY stuff and helped with the seating charts. She helped with my awkward middle of the wedding gratuity questions and distributed those. I deeply implore any brides with weddings coming up to consider hiring a day of coordinator, because I don't know how we would have done it without one. I highly recommend Payge at BASH for your wedding.

    Payge did an amazing job coordinating my wedding! She was extremely helpful during the planning stage and she executed everything perfectly on the day of the wedding. She was very quick to respond to emails and her very calm and super organized manner helped me to be stress-free! I would definitely recommend BASH for any wedding planning needs.

    Choosing to work with Bailey and BASH was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Bailey was very responsive to all of our questions during the planning process, and she always asked us the right questions to ensure that we had worked out even the smallest of details. From the beginning, her organization and knowledge of the industry was evident, so when the big day arrived, I was 100% confident that everything would run smoothly. With Bailey's help, the wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not only were my husband and I free to enjoy our big day, but our parents were as well. I would recommend Bailey and BASH to anyone getting married in the area!

    I contacted BASH about helping me on my wedding day. I was having a small, intimate wedding, but I still wanted to have someone that could help me get vendors organized and help direct things the day of the wedding. I couldn't be more happy with the service I got from Bailey at Bash Atlanta. She contacted all the vendors before the event and got everyone organized with the timeline, and she handled everything so beautifully the day of the wedding. I don't know what I would have done without Bailey at BASH! I highly recommend BASH for your wedding planning needs!!!

    Bailey and Jackie were an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only were they a huge help with the planning, but they took away any concern about everything running smoothly on the wedding day from my parents and I. They coordinated the ceremony, dealt with all the vendors the day of and nipped any problems in the bud without me knowing about it (for instance, my now husband left all the sparklers at home in the garage!) Bailey was very responsive to phone calls, emails and texts...especially during the hectic week leading up to our big day. I would recommend BASH to ANYONE that wants to enjoy their wedding and not worry about any of the details -- these talented ladies take care of it all!

    BASH assisted in helping my wedding vision come to life with full service coordination and day off services. I can't even begin to put into words how helpful BASH was to me from available resources provided, phone calls to reassure and give me direction, to corresponding with vendors all the way thru this process! Every step of the way was so much easier with the support and services offered by BASH. The ideas and suggestions ended up being exactly what I needed for the missing pieces or the know-how to make my day exactly like I dreamed. I will look back on my wedding day with complete satisfaction and happiness because of what BASH brought to it. I can honestly say every single detail I wanted was done, no mistakes, nothing skipped or forgotten.     Payge took complete control for the walk through, rehearsal and the full day of the wedding allowing me to enjoy my daughter's wedding. She checked with all the vendors the week before and had everything organized and lined up. From the beginning she was flexible with us on meeting times which could be difficult with my daughter's work schedule. She helped us stay on track with guidelines and suggestions. I would not hesitate to call her again if I am planning an event. She is a blessing.
