    Rhegan and Maria were fantastic to work with and I would strongly recommend them! My wife and I were planning 2 weddings and to have them help us with one was such a nice difference to doing it on our own for the other mainland one. I am a very picky person and wanted to be involved in the planning process so we hired them as 'day-of-coordinators' and despite not being our full wedding planners they were still very giving and helpful providing direction and options for that process (which was incredibly appreciated). Being a DIY person, I'm SO glad I hired them for the day of! We had our wedding outside and had about 6 vendors to coordinate and it was SO nice to get these people hired, and let Rhegan and Maria handle the rest! That fully allowed us to enjoy our day as we should and to only deal with 1/2 people for game time decisions instead of 15, well worth their pricing!

    I hired Bash Events as my wedding day coordinator and I am beyond satisfied with their service! I should have hired them to plan my whole wedding!

    Rhegan, Maria, and Heather were all very sweet, organized, friendly, and professional! They have so many creative ideas and thoroughly informative about the whole process. Bash created my wedding day timeline which is one of the reasons YOU MUST HIRE THEM!! They are so detailed and organized! Also, my reception decor was amazing! The table setups turned out better than I imagined!

    I don't know what I would have done without them and don't even want to think about it. I know a few unexpected things happened during the night but I was able to enjoy my day stress free thanks to Bash Events! We also had an unexpected sweet surprise at the end of the night from our lovely coordinators which I will leave a mystery here but it goes to show how much they care for their clients and their passion in making a bride's day a magical one!

    When I first made the decision to have a destination wedding in Hawaii, I knew I would have my work cut out for me. Although I was familiar with Oahu (that's where my husband and I met), I wasn't familiar with the wedding scene. Maria from BASH was my link (and honestly, my secret weapon) to the islands and all the wedding options available from the possible venues, to caterers, photographers, flowers, dresses, hotels, wedding favors, etc!
    We talked online via Skype or phone (plus lots of emails) discussing my vision for my wedding - low key, elegant, fun, and beautiful (and of course on budget!) and Maria provided me lots of options and ideas. I was able to ask lots of questions about absolutely everything, and she always had wonderful advice. She created my timeline with reminders (for the day before, day of, and day after). I didn't realize there were so many important details I hadn't even considered. She truly is a professional with lots of experience.
    Maria picked up on that I'm a perfectionist and a worrier (not the type of person who should be tackling a destination wedding) and Maria made me feel confident in my decisions and if I wasn't sure, she would do more research for me.
    All I can say is that without Maria's assistance guiding me towards my perfect day, I would have been a mess and not enjoyed my wedding as much as I did. Everything was in place and taken care of, from the centerpieces to the timing of the scheduled events. I don't know how she did it because she was with me every step of the way. Did I mention she is just so darn nice, down-to-earth, and friendly too? It's like have a best friend helping you along the way who respects and understands your vision and makes it come true.
    I whole heartedly recommend the services provided by BASH. My destination wedding was more of a success than I could have ever dreamed of...and I have the memories to prove it.

    I hired BASH for Day-of-Coordination for my wedding at the Halekulani and WOULD NOT recommend them to other brides. I picked BASH because Rhegan (one of the co-founders) was so friendly and sounded so eager/earnest among all of the coordinators I spoke to. In hindsight, I probably should’ve picked someone less friendly on the phone and more down-to-business. She was 30 minutes late to the Rehearsal and super flaky on the day-of. Most of the time we had no idea where our coordinators were or what was going on. People kept asking me what to do next because Rhegan and Anne (her assistant) were not communicating. At key points, our wedding party got split up (before the ceremony, before entrance to the reception, etc) and went to different places because they were told different things or nothing at all. In the morning I asked if all of the vendors had been paid and Anne said yes; I asked her to check and see if the florist received his check in the mail or if I needed to write him a new one (this was 9am). Not until 6pm (during my cocktail reception) does Anne come back and say I need to run back to my room to write a new check for the florist. Grrrr. I also had to worry about the small details which was stressful. For instance, there was a tea ceremony and they didn't bother to see if there was actually tea in the pot--my sister had to prod them before the ceremony. Luckily, all of my other vendors were stellar and at different times "took over" coordination and expressed exasperation regarding our coordinator. What was completely unforgivable to me was that she actually left the event without telling me she was going home! Her partner, Marie (whom I did not meet until 30 minutes before the end of the wedding), closed the event and seemed more competent.

    Given how stressed out I was on the day-of and how much I had to micro-manage, I'd warn other brides to stay away!
