  Delicious wedding cake and great service

  Emily and her team at Batch were wonderful. From the tasting to wedding day, Emily was very responsive and made everything a breeze. She asked a lot of questions during the tasting to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The day of our wedding was also a day when roads were closed off due to a nearby football game. Emily was familiar with the alternate route and got the cake there without a problem. She decorated it with flowers set aside by the florist, and it tasted fabulous.

  Emily and her team at Batch were wonderful. From the tasting to wedding day, Emily was very responsive and made everything a breeze.   I booked Emily to cater my wedding after finding her online. She welcomed us into her kitchen for a private tasting and served us some amazing pastries! We ended up ordering 2 types of cookies, lemon bars, chocolate brownies, French macarons, and a delicious red velvet cake for us and our guests. Emily was wonderful to work with throughout, very prompt in answering my many emails and adjusting order quantities. She plated everything beautifully on dessert trays that we provided and even diagrammed the table for the venue. It was truly stunning and everyone loved the treats!

  Delicious!!!!! Thank you, Emily and Batch Pastries for our delectable mini cupcakes and wedding cake!!! Everyone LOVED the cupcakes and my husband and I very much enjoyed our cake! Emily is a pleasure to work with and the ordering process was easy and seamless. I already ordered another cake for my brother-in-law's engagement party.
  
  My favorite flavors are the lemon cake with lemon curd and strawberry shortcake. We recently were able to try a variety of Batch Pastries desserts at a wedding and the lemon bars and cookies were incredible!! Each dessert is so beautiful and the best part is that they taste amazing and delicious! Enjoy and I would highly recommend Batch Pastries for your wedding or any upcoming occasion!

  Emily Buysse of Batch Pastries was a dream to work with. She met us before our event to give us a yummy sampling of her delicious treats. Every one of our guests enjoyed the macaroons and pies. I have also had her cookies and they are scrumptious! She is professional and friendly and I will definitely hire her again for future events.
