Beautiful Invitations and Paper Goods
Bay View Printing designed and printed incredibly beautiful invitations for our July wedding. They were gorgeous and incorporated personal details, like a photo of our dog Rusty. THey were a pleasure to work with! -

I heard about Bay View Printing from another bride local to me in NJ, and while I was hesitant to not be able to see any products in person, I loved Ashley and her team's creative, untraditional work. I knew I wanted letterpress as it brings an elegant, formal touch to invitations without being gaudy or over-the-top, and we also had a fun color palette to bring to life in all our details so I knew Bay View was going to be the perfect company to deliver that. Ashley and Daniela worked with me on finding the perfect colors for our invite suite (and day-of paper goods), on choosing the right fonts and keeping our design minimalist yet impactful at the same time—all while having everything in both English and Catalan. All our guests loved how thick the card stock was and said they were the most beautiful invitations they've ever seen (and we couldn't agree more!). Bay View also did our day-of paper goods from menus and signage to matchbooks and beer labels. Everything was cohesive and perfectly in our citrus color palette. They even sent us the cutest thank you note in Catalan, which was just the cherry on top! They were so easy to work with, everything was delivered on time and in very neat, organized packaging. Cannot recommend them enough!!! -

I don't even know where to start with my love and admiration for Bayview Printing Co. We asked Ashley to tackle all of our wedding stationary from Save the Dates to "Day Of" Stationary to thank you notes and we were blown away at every turn. We weren't always the easiest clients, keeping her on her toes and evolving the style and feel that we wanted throughout the process and Ashley was gracious and totally receptive and completely captured our vision throughout the process. She is an amazing artist who perfectly captured our vision even when we had a hard time clearly expressing what we wanted/my husband and I have different tastes and so would very helpfully like different options that were presented to us. Our final product was just fantastic, incorporating our pup (who couldn't be at the wedding) in a really special way, and a drawing of the barn at the venue that was so gorgeous that our planner had to keep a copy of it for herself. And our planner does the vast majority of the weddings at our venue. Ashley is truly a boss lady, incorporating fun, creativity, and beauty into everything she produces on a unique 100 year old press. If all of this wasn't fantastic enough, she was also by far the most affordable of the stationers we were considering. As we have told her, we are clients for life, and will turn to her for any and all of our future stationary needs (she will be making our holiday cards this year). Whether you live in Milwaukee or not, I would highly encourage anyone to hire Bayview Printing Company for their wedding stationary needs! -

At the beginning of our wedding planning process, paper goods were kind of an after thought. However, Ashley at BVPC did such an amazing job, we are so happy that we splurged a little to have her truly beautiful artwork be a part of our day. We showed her some inspiration photos of suites that we liked, and she handled the rest. The proofing process is quick and easy. She can match every aspect of the day from the escort cards, to the programs, welcome signs, invitations, change the dates (if you planned mid-pandemic wedding like us) and more. You can not go wrong with these guys. -

I designed my wedding invitation suite myself but wanted letterpress and a very specific output to complete my vision. I was recommended this place by a friend who had heard great things about it. OMG - these invitations came out so much better than expected. The whole process was amazing - the staff worked with me and my work hours, allowing me to arrive later to look at proofs and even pick them up when they were finished. They were so funny, kind, and caring - ensuring every detail was exactly as expected. Highly, highly recommend. -

One of our favorite processes from wedding planning - all because the team at Bay View Print Co was so fun, helpful, and willingness to create something special for us. We HIGHLY recommend them. The amount of phone calls, texts, and comments we received about "how cool", "coolest invites ever", "where did you get these!" when our invites were mailed was amazing!
Want something traditional? They've got you. Want something funky? They've got you. Want something in between? They've got you.
We had some different events occurring during our wedding weekend that we weren't sure how to word or how to add into our invite suite - they came up with the most amazing "ticket" idea, complete with a tear-off ticket stub to be mailed as an RSVP. They will troubleshoot and brainstorm with you to make your dream a reality.

Bay View Printing Co. is the BEST! My sister used them for her wedding invitations the year prior to my wedding so I was already aware of their raw talent. At first, I was hesitant to use them because I did not want to copy my older sister. However, when I got to meet Ashley & Danielle at a wedding vendor fair in Chicago I knew I did not have a choice! Every single invite they design is unique and very specific to their client. We worked with Danielle and we were so impressed. She seemed to really understand our style and what we wanted even though my husband and I were not even sure what we wanted in the beginning. We went through 3 or 4 drafts and she did it with no complaints because Bay View really wants you to love the design. We received so many compliments on our wedding invitations as well as our custom thank you notes we had made afterwards! It also helps that both Danielle and Ashley are kick-ass businesswomen who own their own shop and are slaying at it. Thanks so much, Danielle! We had a blast working with you. -

Hannah Sent on 11/11/2017So grateful to have collaborated with Ashley Town & Bay View Printing Co. for the design and printing of our invitation suite! We didn't have a clear sense of what we wanted when we started the process, but Ashley worked with us every step of the way, taking our ideas (and a picture of a plate I loved!) into account and refining the design with her artful eye. The finished product was so much better than I could have imagined; it was whimsical yet sophisticated and captured the feeling of our day so well with an impeccable print quality.
Our invitation suite is a work of art in itself—and we've already had it framed so that we can enjoy it in our home as a lasting memory of the day! Also, if you're able to visit the studio in Milwaukee, do so—it's an incredible operation. Proud to support an independent, woman-owned business that is making such an *impression*! Pun intended. :) -

A totally personalized experience!
Working with Ashley and her team at Bay View Printing Co. was such a unique experience! We got all of our paper goods for our wedding from them and couldn’t have asked for more.
In their bio, they say, “No one knows your relationship, your love, your vision for your big day, like you do. It’s our job to sit down, listen to your story and bring that story to life on paper.” That is *exactly* what they do. From the beginning, Ashley listened to exactly what we wanted and the kind of vibe we wanted to go with for our wedding. We didn’t go the traditional ‘wedding suite’ route for our invitations and Ashley was more than accommodating to recommend the best way around that. She worked to make sure that we were comfortable and happy with every single detail on every single piece that we got from them and we ultimately couldn’t have been happier with the final outcomes of our products.
From the ceremony programs, to the favor tags, to the laser-engraved wooden sign we had gifted to us, Ashley and her team had their hard-working hands on every inch of our wedding from start to finish. We got so many compliments from the first save the date to the final thank-you card and couldn’t have asked for a vendor to give us a more personalized stationary experience. They really do listen to every request and will work as hard as possible to make sure that the final product is exactly your relationship and your vision for the big day. -
