    Beautiful linen!

    I was recommended BBJ linen by multiple of my other vendors and I was not disappointed. I met with Doug first and had the chance to browse the catalog and see and feel each fabric. He really helped me put together a look that blended with the colors I had chosen for the wedding. The linen is very unique! Forget about the standard boring linen at usual parties! These were super stylish and really backed by an amazing team. They emailed me all details about the pricing and were very Accommodating about last minute changes!

    I worked with BBJ through my caterer, Endive. BBJ is fantastic! They took the time to help me visualize and decide what would look best and they even helped me stay within budget. I had 2 appointments with them and they even let me bring some of my décor to help see what my tablescape would look like put together with the linen colors. I received swatches of my linen textures and colors too. BBJ really made what I thought was going to be complicated super easy!

    I hired BBJ to rent the majority of the linen for my wedding on May 28th, 2017. I went to showroom initially to pick out the colors and textures that I wanted. I was emailed a proposal the same day. I made two changes to my order prior to the wedding day and both were very easy to make. First changes were made via email, the second and final changes were made via telephone. In both cases, updated proposals were sent immediately. Everything arrived as described a few days before the event, and they made it easy to return to them. Their prices were also very reasonable in comparison to other companies in the area. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding linen needs.

    Loved being able to physically see the products before renting and the staff was beyond helpful. Would definitely recommend.

    Doug was fantastic--he stayed late one day to meet with me and my mother, he had fantastic ideas and suggestions, he wasn't pushy at ALL, he even came back into town early to set up my wedding. And when I saw it, it looked the the venue had been designed for the linens! It was amazingly beautiful, and quite sophisticated, and I couldn't be happier! I recommend BBJ and Doug to everyone!

    Nikki at BBJ Linen was very patient and pleasant to work with. The company even let me change my order after I put it in. The table clothes came a day before they were promised and with the easy return duffel bags returning them was a breeze!

    BBJ sales team of Mollie and Doug were phenomenal people to work with! I actually knew I just had to use BBJ when Doug took the time to drive all the way to my venue with full linens just so I could see them in the space and make sure they were what I wanted!! They were super flexible with any changes (count or linen type) and the linen quality is unmatched. They even shipped them to my planner a day early so we could make sure everything was accounted for - and returning them was a breeze! I've been especially getting compliments on the sequin toppers!

    Stunning Linens

    I thought finding the perfect linens for my wedding was going to be difficult, but BBJ Linen made it so easy! We got the most beautiful, stunning linens that really made the décor very elegant. I’ve heard it many times, and I can say with confidence they have the best linens in town!!! I don’t have an “eye” for design, so I needed a consultant approach. Ken and Doug in Atlanta were so great to work with because they are so knowledgeable with so many great ideas. I was amazed at how they were able to bring my blurry vision to life. The linens are a little pricey, but you pay for the best and you won’t be disappointed.

    Costly, but worth the money. The quality of the linens were amazing and they really went above and beyond to give us options. I was super pleased, just a little over my budget. The linens really completed the look I was going for and I though the prices were high, if you have a certain look in mind, I would definitely use them.

    Exactly what we needed

    Having a partnership with our venue manager, our experience with BBJ Linens was great. We were able to pivot last-minute on a few design changes and quantities that BBJ graciously accommodated. Final counts were 55 gold twill napkins and two 120RD white table cloths. Linens were delivered clean to the venue and mailed back by the venue. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

    Beautiful linens!

    We had a great experience renting napkins and a table cloth for our cake table from BBJ Linens. The shipping process was easy and seamless. The product was a little more expensive than other vendors we reached out to, but the quality was amazing!! Highly recommend! Great customer service as well!

    Great company!! Love the linens. I don’t know where the mix up came from, but on my wedding day I didn’t have the linens that were expected (which those cost more) not sure if I was charged for the texture linens. Love the company just showed double check the order before sending them out.

    Hmmm, this one is a toss up for me. I viewed various linens via web searches, recommendations, etc. My wedding colors were orange and hot pink/fuschia. I knew I wanted orange linens for the reception. I found EXACTLY what I wanted on the BBJ Linens website and they sent me various swatches (even some they thought would blend in with what I requested).

    Due to the cost and ease of shipping (receive and return), I chose BBJ. I placed my order 6 months ahead of time to ensure that I would get the linens I chose in the numbers that I needed (reception for 400 people).

    Well, everything was on schedule until 3 days before my wedding. I received a call from the sales person that I was working with to tell me that number of chair ties I needed and table covers could not be accommodated due to the late return of the previous renter. In addition, the linens were in no condition to be rented out with a 1 day turnaround. My heart sunk on the phone. I placed my order WELL in advance and paid the deposit WELL before it was due. I asked could they get the needed linens from another office location and I was told no (they have 5+ offices in the US). I was told that they had SOME of what I needed, but not the total number (it was less than half of what I needed). That wasn't going to do if for me. I wanted what I ordered in the numbers I ordered. Not half. They attempted to make up for the lower numbers by giving us a "comparable" colored linen. I didn't want that. I wanted the original linen I ordered.

    I ended up accepting the other linen because they couldn't make up for the "lost" numbers of the original linen I ordered and they said, as a concession, they would discount our final bill by 50% because I had ordered my linens in more than enough time and 3 days before my event, they couldn't fully perform. The sales person who offered this spoke to her manager and got it approved.

    I really hate to do this, but because my experience, I cannot give them a recommendation at this time.
