Kelleen is the best! Being in the event industry and not wanting to worry about my own wedding, I was worried I would find someone I could trust. The minute I met Kellen, I knew I would have nothing to worry about. She was on top of everything so I didn't have to worry at all. She made our special day even better. Kelleen is absolutely wonderful! Planning a wedding during the pandemic, rescheduling multiple times and trying to plan everything from out of state made it all so difficult but thankfully I had Kelleen! She was so incredibly helpful not only did she keep everything organized but she contacted all of my vendors, planned our wedding day schedule, had ideas and suggestions for décor and most importantly of all made sure everything on our wedding day went as planned among a million other things she did for us! She really made everything come together beautifully! Our décor and tables looked stunning! She was so sweet she even took our rentals from the bakery we chose for our cake back for us and met with my parents a few days after our wedding to give them some décor we left at the venue! I cannot say enough positive things about Kelleen she really was such a pleasure to work with and so sincerely sweet, thoughtful and considerate! She works so hard to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of! She really takes care of her brides and grooms too! She made sure we had time to sit down and enjoy dinner and was so attentive to us all night while making sure everything went as planned! You will be so happy to have Kelleen as your coordinator! From the beginning I was so impressed with how professional and attentive Kelleen was from the moment I first talked to her. Fast forward to our wedding day and everything was a breeze. Anytime I felt stressed out or anxious she was there to calm me down and reassure me everything was how I wanted it to be. I trusted her with seriously every part of my wedding day and am so grateful for all the work and support she provided for myself and my husband. From getting me a glass of champagne when I desperately needed it, to telling the DJ to play better music (lol), to making our entire reception flow smoothly and for putting extra pizza in our Jeep before we left the reception, she truly went above and beyond for us and is the BEST wedding planner a girl could ask for. Looking back I am so blessed she was apart of our wedding day and will always recommend her to everyone bride I know.Be Your Own Guest's reply:

In the morning while getting ready, on top of the normal nervousness of speaking in front of everyone, and just worried how the day will go, I was anxious and feeling like a chicken with my head cut off. then Kelly and Kelleen came. They gave a sweet personalized gift to us and essentially took over the logistics and everything went perfectly. They made everything so seemless and it helped my husband and I really enjoy the night and not worry about a thing. The planning process was also very thorough and helped me with the details immensely. Would 963/10 recommend. -

User1523178 Sent on 01/30/2014Be Your Own Guest was absolutely a great help in planning my son's birthday party. They were professional and paid attention to my wishes. At the party, they were behind the scenes making sure every detail was perfect and took away some of the stresses of being a hostess. I will definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to others.

User1783417 Sent on 08/27/2014Rude, Unorganized, made me question whether staff lead had ever set up a buffet (then she set it up wrong), didn't even put sternos under chafers and argued about how to do that, (add water to bottom pan), wasted so much time setting up vases for center pieces, (should have filled with water, candles flowers before taking to table and making multiple trips to each table spilling water on all the tables), put back up food on the ground next to the buffet! (disgusting open boxes of chips on the floor, really?) didn't want to pre-make coffee or set up deserts before she went to her three other weddings? (I feel bad for those people too!) Luckily I was there to help direct, how to set buffet, I had to set all the wedding chairs as she was so busy putting the vases on the tables), then I had to ask her to move the wedding chairs to the tables and got a hard time asking her to put the extras away after the ceremony. The guy that was with the "lead" was very nice and accommodating though...Crazy....!!!
