Joanna Sent on 07/31/2018I really wanted to let everyone getting married know how important it is to have a hair & beauty expert you can trust. Not just with making you look amazing, but also following through on what you ask for, being patient kind, responsive and understanding on the day. Kathleen and her colleague Caitlin were all of these things. From a few minutes in to the trial run I knew I was in safe hands and the final result was everything I had imagined. I didn't know the exact 'look' I wanted - just a vision and an idea of what suited me, Kathleen listened and thought about what I had said I wanted. On the day I walked down the aisle feeling like an absolute princess!
I highly recommend paying a little extra to have her stay through the ceremony into the photographs, it was really nice to have her there doing touch ups and making sure the hair and veil were just right.
On a side note she did a great job with different skin colors too. I am white but one of my bridesmaids is black with dark skin. She had expressed concern using a makeup artist to do makeup on her, as in the past as they hadn't done a good job color matching. My friend was over the moon with the result! :)

My reoccurring dream was that no one showed up on my wedding day to do my hair and make-up, and I walked down the aisle with a messy bun and nothing on but chapstick! Kathleen came highly recommended by every one of my other vendors. After my consultation, I knew I was in good hands. On my wedding day she came to our hotel and did hair and make-up for one of my bridesmaids, the "fix-finish" for another, my hair & make-up, and did touch-ups for the groom. She made us all feel beautiful and special. It was hot on our wedding day, and even though as the night progressed, I slightly melted, I still felt beautiful. Her rate is very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received, and I loved she didn't have a minimum on the number of people required to have services in her packages. She also provided me with a touch-up kit, which I really didn't even need to use. You really can't go wrong with Kathleen. Thank you! -
User991447 Sent on 10/26/2012Kathleen is fantastic! She did my hair and make-up for my wedding and she did make-up for my bridesmaids too. I could not have been happier. She is really good at playing up your best features, making you look your best and not overdone. We did a trial run a few months before. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and was so patient when I made some changes. On the day of our wedding, she kept us on schedule, and ensured everyone was happy. She is professional and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend her to any bride! -

Patricia Sent on 10/02/2012Kathleen made my wedding day even more perfect!! She came to the hotel room with an assistant who was also very professional. Kathleen is fun, professional and really understands what I wanted to make me look perfect for my wedding day!! My entire bridal party looked and felt fabulous. She was able to replicate photos of hair and make-up just as the girls' wanted. I paid the additional money to have her stay throughout the ceremony and photo session. It is sooo worth it!! She was able to do on-the-spot touch ups and reduced my worry about tan lines and making sure my make up was perfect for every shot! I would definitely recommend Kathleen for any event where you want to look and feel your best! Thank you Kathleen for being a part of my special day and making me feel and look like a real princess!!! -

She assigned Kristin and Amber to do my makeup and hair for my wedding. They were exceptionally talented and I was very happy with my final look. They made me feel so beautiful! -

Caffeine is very talented and I have always had very positive experiences with her hair and make up services! She and her team did my bridal parties make up/hair. I’ve also have had her do my hair and make up for professional headshots! She’s truly amazing! -

My wedding happened during (what I was told) the biggest storm LA has seen in two years and she was able to keep my curls going for the entire night. I'd love to know what she used! The pictures turned out amazing despite all the wind and I really can't believe my hair stayed curled. The makeup was perfect, I wish I knew how to replicate it! The only issue I have is having to go to her salon and pay for the trial. I think that should be an either/or option. Truthfully she is coming to you on the day of so it would be reassuring to know she can provide the service you're looking for in the location where you'll be getting ready on your wedding day. I highly recommend her services, she did an amazing job!
