    Ravinnnnnn, OMG!!! Thanks again! Everything was sooooo beautiful 😍, and everyone is still talking about it. Every picture and video I get I see a new detail!! I absolutely loved everything. Thanks so much for going above and beyond. I appreciate all the personal touches, and ensuring that you really grasp my style! Ravin made my special day exceed anything I could ever imagine, and she became like family throughout the planning process! Oh, and let me mention that this was done through phone calls, text, and google duo due to me being located 10 hours from wedding destination. I can't say enough about Ravin and Beau Soleil!

    Beutiful and personalized

    The flowers received so many sincere compliments. Perfect for the venue and as imagined by the bride. They were fresh, artistic and captured the moment. Ravin was flexible to work with. Our cake vendor said she is the only florist she trusts to do he buttercream cakes and they looked exquisite with her floral additions. She worked with our budget and respected our limits. Thank you for your contributions to a beautiful event!

    The worst ever!!!!

    I had the worst experience with Beau Soleil. My wedding had to be cancelled twice due to Hurricane Doran and Covid-19(natural disasters). My fiance and I asked for a refund and were told there were no refunds. So I am out of nearly $3,000 with nothing to show for it. So if there is a Hurricane, state of emergency, another Covid-19 pandemic or any other natural disasters that are out of yours and Beau Soleil Weddings(Ravin Session) control that happens during your special event, look to not be reimbursed and get the runaround. Just a warning so no one else has to go through this.

    Yes, your wedding was cancelled twice by your own cancellation as the venue did not cancel your original date in September because the forecasted hurricane did not directly affect us. The cancellation was made two days prior to delivery of contract. Contract was explicit with policy. However understandable we offered a free reschedule date to which you took advantage of and rescheduled. Unfortunately due to the pandemic your new wedding date in April 2020 was offered to be rescheduled by the venue to which “you” declined. We offered once more to reschedule again free of charge. While a very unfortunate and truly rare circumstance We even offered to travel to your home state whether that be Virginia or North Carolina to fulfill your wedding order at no additional cost. Again referencing the specific language in our contract. As explained on many occasions unlike other vendors floral decor and linen providers have to prep well in advance of the actual event date unlike photographers who doesnt take pictures until the day of, caterers that don’t prepare food until the day of, the venue that isnt used until the day of, a the dj that doesnt play music until the day of, our costs incur the day a deposit is made due to the preparation required to bring your vision to life. You failed to mention all of the custom wedding items that we ordered, purchased, designed, and made to your specifications. And because all of the items you ordered were rental items and made with silk florals and linens decor etc. they could have very well been used on a third reschedule date at no cost.. Not to mention our company incurring a greater expense than the value of your contract (due to most items being used on a rental basis). This cost consumed in preparing your items to include labor, design, and materials. Even after explaining all above your response was we want a full refund and “cant you just return the items”. We do not outsource any of our items all of our items are hand created and prepared in house to what our clients want. Because this was such a unique circumstance and against a better advisement we proceeded to offer you a refund of half of your contract value and we would absorb the overage. To that offer we got no response instead we received a full merchant refund claim through our merchant service provider in which they withdrew the full amount of the contract while I waited 45 days for them to dispute this claim review ALL evidence as presented and find partially in our favor as per our contract. We tried to accommodate you in every aspect to eliminate the financial burden on both sides. We received no cooperation on your part except for filing a preemptive merchant claim to which they credited us both a portion of the contract value as we did not receive the disputed amount in its entirety. We provide an exceptional service and product to our clients and because our contract did not adhere to your preferred outcome we bare further injury with an unwarranted negative review. There was never any runaround and I have a complete paper trail of communication since our first conversation. Our standpoint was always made apparent it was just not accepted. Contracts are put in place to both protect the client and the vendor. The client has the obligation to perform due diligence when signing any type of contract to ensure a full and complete understanding of the terms and conditions. Again this was an unfortunate situation for all involved and despite all of this we wish you and your fiance the utmost happiness in your future union and endeavors.
