  Not short of amazing!

  Mariel is the absolute best. She is a true professional- very punctuational and does the makeup the way you want it. She made me look absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who is getting married in the area! She offers trials , takes your feedback, is always on time, and her prices are reasonable. Make sure to book this pro!!!

  Perfect service for my wedding

  Mariel and her team were absolutely amazing. I can not stress enough how perfect everything was, to the cleanliness of products and brushes to professionalism and timeliness with services never mind the finished product! I will use Mariel for any event I have in future. She made my day amazing and I could not thank her enough.

  Mariel was unbelievably talented. She was current with new techniques and knew just how to work with different eye shapes. She also came prepared with top quality make up products consisting of an array of colors. The bridal party looked absolutely flawless! Mariel considered my personal preferences when requests were made. She has a great personality and is an amazing artist. Would definitely recommend her service.

  Stop the search and hire Mariel...

  I had fallen in love with Mariel’s work on this site and on instagram, but had for some reason thought that she would be out of my price range. I booked a trial with a different makeup artist, but I just wasn’t completely happy. After reaching out to Mariel about pricing and doing the math, I realized I would be getting amazing quality work that was right within my budget anyway, so I booked a trial which was FABULOUS. Honestly, she’s so worth it no matter the price. My wedding was just yesterday and she did myself, my mom, my MOH, and three flower girls. Everyone looked like the most amazing versions of themselves...our skin was flawless and lasted all through the night, the pictures were amazing, and the flower girls were all age-appropriate and SO excited for their pink lip gloss hahaha. If you want to get the best possible pictures and look like the best version of yourself...not like yourself with pounds and pounds of makeup on...hire Mariel. AND, if you’re an eyebrow-freak like me who doesn’t trust anyone else on the planet with your eyebrows...hire Mariel. Look no further, she is honestly the best.

  Equally as Sweet as Talented!

  Mariel is one of the most talented makeup artists in the Jersey area. Before coming across her, I looked through countless websites and social media pages for a makeup artist. When I found her professional Instagram I was instantly struck by how flawless her work was and reached out immediately. Due to my super oily skin, I had not one, but two trials with her to find the best combination of products for my skin type. She was patient and we even texted back and forth with check ins throughout the day to see how the makeup was lasting. On my wedding day my makeup not only looked perfect, but it lasted the entire day until I took it off around 2am (side note that my face literally EATS makeup from how oily I am). The makeup she did on my bridesmaids, who all had different skin types and tones, was just as flawless as my own turned out. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day thanks to her. Mariel is so talented and equally as sweet. I highly recommend her and will use her in the future if I am ever in need.

  I have done my research well and decided to get my make up done by Mariel especially after a referral from the Think Magazine’s fashion director Anthony Tamburrino. I knew that I was in good hands so I wasn’t nervous. Even though I didn’t sleep much the previous night, and had baggy eyes, Mariel did her magic and my skin looked flawless. Mariel also made me feel welcomed, relaxed and calm by her warm welcome and hospitality. She is absolutely professional! The result was even better than I had expected and I felt like a true princess. She even helped me find a haristylist and they worked together for hours.   Mariel and her stepdaughter were amazing! They were on time (early even!) and did the makeup of 9 different women flawlessly and ahead of schedule. Mariel is extremely responsive and very patient; her skills and knowledge of makeup is incredible for all ages. I would recommend Mariel to any bride or person seeking a very professional, talented and friendly makeup artist! I'll definitely be using Mariel for future events.

  MARIEL is EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend using her for ANY event you may have. In addition to the bridal party she also did all the AUNTS & cousins too. She was very pleasant & accommodating to everyone. We were all glowing that day BEAUTIFUL JOB!!!

Her attention to my skin type as well as my preferences (as well as her knowledge on current beauty trends) helped her pick the best products to use for me. She was EXTREMELY professional and detailed in her work, she made the experience feel like I was a celebrity. My makeup, as well as the other bridesmaids, and the brides, was done within her set time slots, perfectly, and lasted ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT (my makeup was applied at 7am and we partied until 1 am). I have never received more compliments on my makeup before. 5 stars for Mariel!! I can't wait to use her for my own wedding one day!
