  The best night

  Bridgette and her team did an amazing job on everyone's hair and makeup. Working with Bridgette and her team was so easy. If I had any questions, Taryn was quick to respond to emails. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend them!

  Absolutely Amazing!

  We chose Bespoken for our hair and make-up on our wedding day and my goodness, we made the best choice! Bridgette and her team made our day so much better! The energy they bring to the table remains unmatched as well as their skills. My wife also chose to get extensions for our big day and Bridgette was able to install the extensions with the utmost care and made the whole process fun and easy! We are so grateful we found a team as dedicated and professional as Bespoken. Thank you so much!!!

  Beautiful & Natural Hair/Makeup

  Bridgette is AMAZING. We had a trial run for my hair & makeup, and I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, but she was the best sounding board. I was leaning toward an updo because I felt like my hair was too thick/unruly to wear down, but expressed to her that in a perfect world I would really love my hair down. She encouraged me to try it down if it’s what I really wanted, and assured me that we could always pivot the day of if I decided I didn’t like it. She curled and styled it down for me on our wedding day and I am SO glad I listened to her and went with what I really wanted. I absolutely loved it! I am also not one to wear much makeup, and she made me feel completely natural and beautiful. My entire bridal party couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved their hair/makeup! Bespoken Beauty was incredible and they are perfect if you are looking for someone to make you feel beautiful in the most natural way! They are the best!!

  Fantastic, Beautiful, Stress-free

  I was just married on 6-27-20 and had hair and make up services by Bridgette and Shannon for myself, my 3 bridesmaids, and my mom and mother-in-law. Bridgette was quick with communication during the planning process and stayed positive for me during the stress of planning a wedding during the pandemic! She was right on time on Saturday and both employees wore a mask and used all clean products, which made us feel safe working with them. She stayed exactly on schedule and we finished a little ahead of time. She also listened to each of us and personalized the looks that each of us wanted, which we all appreciated. I felt beautiful but not cakey, heavy, or unnatural. I cried some and sweated a lot and none of my make up changed through out the night! Shannon was fantastic with our up-dos, as well! We each showed Shannon a quick picture of what we liked and she recreated it perfectly! It was a fun morning of being pampered and these women helped us feel relaxed, comfortable, and stress-free. I'd highly recommend their services for any event, but especially for your wedding day! Thank you, Bespoken Beauty!!!

  Wonderful People and Beautiful Makeup!

  These women are absolutely incredible! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I did my HAMU trial with Bridgette about a month before my wedding, and she was so sweet & helpful in figuring out exactly what I wanted everything to look like. I have sensitive skin and was looking for a very natural look, and she graciously worked to ensure that my makeup felt comfortable and still looked amazing. It lasted the entire day (12+ hrs) and looked flawless even at the end of the night! Shannon and Taryn helped with my attendants’ HAMU, and they all looked gorgeous. Everyone’s makeup looked so natural and elegant and withstood Houston’s humidity during our outdoor ceremony/pictures! So many of my guests commented on how lovely everyone in the wedding party looked. Bridgette is truly one of the kindest & friendliest people, and she made me feel so relaxed on my wedding day. Also, they even finished early so we didn’t have to stress about timing! I loved working with these ladies and would recommend them to anyone.

  Bridgette is AMAZING! I hired her for my hair (bride), bridesmaids and MIL hair. Her and her assistant did an amazing job! Everyone looked beautiful! I let my girls have their hair done however they wanted and Bridgette knocked it out of the park with each one of them! Everyone's hair stayed in place from AM to PM! Even for my trial/bridal photo session, I had to travel to another city to get my photos done, the hair stayed up for hours and even in 104 degree weather! She must have magic hands cause the photos turned out beautiful and so was my hair!

  Bridgette was great from the moment I spoke with her. She made everything easy - which is what I wanted. I showed her my engagement photos, done by another artist, what I hated about the makeup, and she totally agreed and was able to completely understand what I wanted. I'm not the best at explaining girly stuff.
  
  Bridgette was punctual, professional, and very sweet and patient. I really enjoyed working with her, and I loved how she made me look for my bridals and wedding. And it LASTED. I have very fine hair, and especially in heat and humidity it can't hold a curl to save it's life. My hair stayed curled, not frizzy, and perfect for the whole day when I was in the hill country shooting photos, and the whole wedding day - even though it was a rainy July day in Houston. My makeup stayed flawless the whole time too.
  
  Bridgette with Beauty Call Hair and Makeup was not my first choice. I did my engagement photos with my regular hair person and a makeup artist with my salon. It was horrible so I knew I needed a hair and makeup artist that specialized in weddings for my bridals and wedding day, so I tried a larger wedding makeup, but they were unprofessional - they wanted you to fill out your own contract and you also didn't know whom you were going to get, so I backed out and went with Bridgette. It was the best decision and I'm so happy I made it. If I learned anything from this whole wedding thing, it's that the second a vendor gives you a bad feel, before you've even given them money, RUN. I would totally recommend her to any of my friends in fact one of my bridesmaids may be using her for her wedding (she was also amazed at Bridgette's ability to tame her fine, frizzy, flyaway hair).

  Bridgette did a fabulous job! She did my hair and makeup for my bridals and day of the wedding. She and 2 other girls did a total of 15 services on my wedding day. They rocked!! I was so worried that we wouldn't get done in time with all the services. They finished with plenty of time and all of the girls looked absolutely fabulous. Bridgette is so sweet and very accommodating. You can tell she cares a lot about how her brides look! My hair and makeup looked fabulous all night.

  Bridgette did an awesome job on my makeup for my bridals and on my wedding day! She listened to what I wanted and even went out if her way to buy a color she didn't normally use. She is sweet and reliable and will make you feel like you've known each other. She was early both times she did my makeup, even though we got started late on makeup because of checking in to our hotel gave us a delay and still finished on time! She specializes in bridal hair and makeup and knows how to make you feel beautiful on your big day! Thank you again Bridgette!

  I can't say enough good things about Bridgette! She did mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding this past weekend, and not only is she extremely talented.. but she is so much fun to work with and she helped to calm my pre wedding nerves. My hair and makeup lasted perfectly all night.

  Bridgette was AWESOME! My hair and make up looked perfect even though my photog showed up 1.5 hours late for my bridals. She listened to what I wanted and I loved the way I looked on my wedding day and in my bridals. We made a few adjustments between the two, but everything turned out perfect.

  Bridgette did my hair and makeup for my wedding. My makeup was beautiful and lasted all night with no retouching! My hair was also done to perfection. She was very professional and patiently kind as I was very nervous on my big day. I would highly recommend her and will also be calling her for all future beauty needs.

  Looked great but did not hold

  In all honesty, I just can’t recommend Bespoken Beauty. I booked them for myself, my mom and MOG, and bridesmaids for my wedding. I also did a trial run and had them do my engagement photos. I really liked my hair and makeup for my engagement photos, but the eyeliner creased on to my top lid and is visible in many pictures. When I asked Bridgette about this, she said I have very hooded eyes and should not have ever had eyeliner done (…then why was it done?).
  
  I really loved my trial run and had high hopes for my wedding hair and makeup. However, I noticed the day of that my wedding hair was not actually styled the same as the trial run (it wasn’t pulled back as much). The biggest issue is that despite literally testing out my veil at the trial run, it looked like Bridgette forgot to tease my hair for the veil whatsoever. This made pictures extremely stressful because my veil constantly fell out. Finally, my coordinator’s assistant had to redo my hair and tease the back portion in order to keep the veil on for the ceremony. This is NOT something you pay a professional stylist for.
  
  Beyond that, my makeup looked so greasy and I found myself blotting for oil frequently, which I’ve never had to do before with professionally done makeup. Two of my bridesmaids’ hair completely fell within an hour and honestly look terrible in the pictures. I understand that Houston is extremely humid, but these girls were outside for maybe 30 minutes max, and it was like no one had been styled with any inclication of the weather. My MIL’s hair held spectacularly, and she later admitted to privately spraying her hair with her own hairspray after the stylist had done so.
  
  Overall, lovely girls and a great personal style of hair/makeup- but simply not heavy duty enough to withstand 8-9 hours of an all day wedding.

I really did love the quality of her work and wanted to book her for my wedding. That is were things went south, I expressed my interest to her in booking and she confirmed she was available for my date, she just needed to know how many bridesmaids to add to the contract. Once I was ready with the number of services I needed, she went MIA. I texted her, emailed, left a voicemail throughout the next couple days and never heard back from her. To this day, she never responded back to me. If she wasn't available or willing to provide services anymore, I feel she should have let me know just out of common courtesy. I was really excited and counting on her. I don't see how I could have done anything wrong to offend her. I don't know what went wrong. She might be great for a wedding once you have her booked and under contract, but I just wanted to share this experience with future brides.
