Nichole Sent on 10/18/2015We are so happy that we chose Beaux Champ Events to help with our wedding coordinating. Tamara & Lauren are absolutely amazing! They were very supportive & I didn't have to worry about anything on the wedding day because I was confident that they had it under control. We hired them for day of (which is really month of) coordinating, however Tamara spoke to me many times through out the year of planning & met with us at the venue on multiple occasions as well. Everything turned out beautifully & they helped bring my design ideas and wedding day vision to life. I highly recommend hiring these wonderful ladies! The one sad part of being done with wedding planning is not being able to work with amazing vendors like Tamara & Lauren anymore. -

Tamara and Lauren helped and supported us throughout the month prior to the wedding and were amazing on the day. They can see around corners, and knew exactly when to just make a decision as opposed to when to involve us.
We were able to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that they were our eyes and ears on the ground, that they had our backs at every turn.
100% recommend them. Amazing. -

Living on the East Coast and not having the time with busy work life schedules Tamara really a concerted effort to make wedding planning as easy as possible. Despite having guests come from all parts of the world, Tamara facilitated all the transportation and logistics with ease. Tamara invested the time in getting to know us, getting to know what we liked and what we don't like and delivered on a consistent theme, assembling a cast of trusted vendors that work well together to make an amazing experience. Tamara's & Lauren"s attention to detail and calmness on the wedding day allowed us to relax and focus our attention on family, friends and each other on our wedding day. We love that our guests said we looked so relaxed and happy--this is in part because of the confidence we had in Beaux Champ Events to be behind the scenes. Having Tamara as a wedding planner with her strong local knowledge made a tremendous difference to the both of us and to our guests. We can't thank Tamara & Lauren enough for all her efforts.

User1834611 Sent on 09/28/2014My wife and I used Beaux Champ Events as our 'day of planner' and it was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. During our first meeting they went over our wedding schedule as it was set up at that time, asked us what else we were looking for, provided us with ideas, and gave us lists of vendors. They provided us with contact information for cigar rollers, stationery studios, etc. Anytime we considered adding something, they provided us with ideas and showed how it would fit into our schedule. Most importantly, they dealt with all of the vendors on our wedding day. It was great to have someone handle the schedule and make sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, and to act as a buffer between us and vendors; you don't want to have deal with any problems that arise on your wedding day. Tamara & Lauren were with us through the end of the reception and kept us on schedule and advised us of what was happening next. Tamara & Lauren were so easy to work with and did an amazing job. We would recommend Beaux Champ Events to all brides and Grooms looking to hire a wedding planner.

User1861065 Sent on 10/13/2014Words cannot express my gratitude for Tamara and her daughter. Every detail was executed perfectly. I really did not think I could enjoy my own wedding without needing to be involved in some aspects of coordination that day. I was able to focus on my husband and family 100% .... Nothing else..... No other bride I know has been able to say that!
