  Wedding Savior

  We used Becca as our month of coordinator and she saved our wedding day. When storms rolled in 30 minutes before the ceremony, she orchestrated a hasty move of all of our chairs, flowers, and chuppah to an alternate space under an awning where we could still have the outdoor ceremony we really wanted despite the rain. Everything went so smoothly because of her, and we were able to just enjoy our day. Becca did a great job both recommending vendors and making sure that every detail of our wedding was exactly how we wanted it.

  Hire Becca!! We hired Becca as our Day-Of Wedding Coordinator. She is so friendly and pleasant to work with and made our wedding planning and wedding day so easy! She worked with us to create our wedding timeline as well as managed our wedding vendors in the month leading up to the wedding and the day of the ceremony. We loved her ideas and as well as her calming presence! As a few issues arose during our reception, she worked to quickly address them behind the scenes so that we didn't have to worry about them at all. It was so wonderful that on our wedding neither my husband or I had to worry about any of the little details - she worked to ensure everything came together perfectly!

  I hired Becca Beasley for her day-of coordination services. This is a great way to get some help organizing all the vendors/guests while not paying for full on planning services. My favorite thing was the day-of timeline that she created. It included all the vendors (when they were coming, leaving, etc), the order of the ceremony, reception, and basically where I was supposed to be every 15 minutes of the day. She was very organized, professional, and fun. She ran the ceremony rehearsal and I honestly can't imagine if I'd had to have done that by myself. These tasks traditionally fall to the mother of the bride, but I liked that my mother actually got to enjoy the weekend while Becca handled all the details perfectly.

  Becca is simply amazing! We loved working with her and always felt like our wedding was in the best hands. We found her online whilst searching for wedding planners near Fredericksburg VA as we live in London and needed help closer to the venue. Becca was so friendly and responsive from the first email and call. We especially appreciated how honest she was in terms of guiding us in the right direction, understanding our 'vision' for the wedding, and advising us on how to go about planning everything. She helped us with everything from budget to decor and involved my family to make everyone feel part of the experience. She went above and beyond for us and we consider her a dear friend. We would highly recommend Becca to anyone looking for full wedding planning services (as well as the on-the-day services). Thanks Becca!

  Some of the incidents that support my 1-star review:
  1. Becca showed up 45 minutes late on wedding day.
  2. Becca's excuse for being late was that she went to pick up some decorative lanterns that the caterer offered to me (and offered for Becca to keep after). If Becca had read the Questionnaire that she asked me to complete, I clearly wrote that I did not want to use the lanterns.
  3. Becca did not coordinate the cake cutting with vendors or with me. She did not ensure I was even in the building before cuing the DJ to begin the Cake Cutting music. Instead, she looked for me after allowing the cake cutting music to start (music that was deliberately chosen for this special moment) - I was outside visiting with guests. On top of the timing issue, Becca had never discussed with us the cake cutting instructions.
  4. Post wedding, Becca left my family heirloom silver cake knife and server sitting loose on the curb outside my venue overnight. Part of Becca's job was to coordinate the use of items like this. Her level of irresponsibility here is heartbreaking. I only found the silver on the road the next morning when my husband and I went to our venue's loading dock to take home some flowers.
  5. Becca failed to coordinate my transition from cocktail hour to reception. At this time, I distinctly remember seeing her because I asked her if we could find a waiter to help me get more appetizers, and she shrugged and moved on. Just at that point, 3 bridesmaids grabbed me and said, "It's 7:25, we need to bustle your dress!" I am grateful I typed up timelines for the bridesmaids because Becca was not on top of this.
  6. Becca was supposed to coordinate for me to have a loose rose with my bouquet for me to place on a chair in memory of my late grandfather as I walked down the aisle. The florist dutifully provided such rose. Instead of following my clear, written request, Becca placed the rose on the chair in advance . I awkwardly ripped a rose from m
