  Beatmix music bko - absolutely loved

  We used BKO for our wedding in May 2023 and couldn't say more great things about them. Becca is an outstanding band leader and really listened to our music tastes and requests. She even incorporated a surprise song that made our night. All our guests were on the dance floor and were raving about BKO! They did a great job of reading the room and they really understood the key elements we wanted and executed them with excellent. We highly recommend 10/10!

  We loved working with Time Chicago!

  We cannot recommend Time Chicago through Beatmix enough. The band was the most important part of the wedding for us, and from the beginning we knew we were in good hands after our initial conversation with Mike, who completely understood our vision and made us feel comfortable. We then met with Emanuel, the band leader for Time Chicago, and the conversation couldn’t have been easier. He understood our vision, listened to our suggestions, and helped us create a plan for the night that we were happy with. We had an idea for our first dance that required customization and they immediately were excited about making it happen. Even with all of those wonderful conversations, we had never actually heard the band before and were anxious to hear them on the night of the wedding. It took us about 30 seconds into their first song to realize that all of our stress was alleviated. The band was nothing short of stellar, which was confirmed by so many of our guests coming up to us and telling us it was the best wedding band they’d ever heard. One of our guests pulled the groom aside and offered to take up a collection to extend the band later into the night because they were so good, which we had already done ourselves. We would recommend Emanuel and Time Chicago for any wedding style or vision, but we can confirm that if you want a wedding where music and dancing are a priority, then Time Chicago is well worth the investment.

  Best Band / Better Person

  The best wedding band any of us have ever seen or heard! Our guests are still talking about how amazing Becca and the entire band was. She's a leader and an absolute delight to work with. I would recommend her for any event because when the lights turn back on, everyone will be walking out talking about how amazing BKO was (and how happy the couple looked of course!) Thank you!

  BeatMix Music is the BEST!

  Deciding on the band was one of the harder decisions we made but after working with Tammy to work out the best plan for our wedding, I am SO happy we decided to use BeatMix. We had MixTape at our wedding, a 9 piece band that was absolutely incredible! We are still getting compliments on how amazing the band was. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The variety of instruments and vocals was what we really enjoyed as we were making our decision and I am so happy we chose MixTape because the dance floor was packed the entire evening. Working with Mike on all our music selections was amazing, as well. He was so helpful in planning out the evening and everything was perfectly executed. And although our first dance song wasn't on their song list, they played it and it was perfect. Brad was the manager on site and he was so kind and accommodating. I cannot recommend the whole BeatMix team enough and especially MixTape - truly one of the highlights and best memories of our wedding! Thank you Tammy, Mike, Brad, and MixTape for an unforgettable night!

  BKO: Most FUN band ever!!!

  We have 2 requirements when it came to music at our wedding: we wanted everyone on the dance floor and we wanted everyone to have fun. BKO exceeded all expectations. Everyone was on the dance floor all night, including parents and flower girls! BKO honestly made our wedding what it was. To this day we still receive compliments about how incredible and professional our band was. BKO even went as far to learn a new song for our first dance, and a few more new songs just because they were songs my Husband and I love to dance to.
  
  Becca and Tammy were such a pleasure to work with and thanks to them, the music for our day was one less thing to stress about. BKO made our wedding beyond perfect, I cannot recommend BKO or BeatMix enough!!

  The Number One Wedding Band in Chicago

  You cannot go wrong hiring Becca and her team. From start to finish you will feel special, heard and very well taken care of. We had a few family members and friends plan surprises without us knowing and Becca helped make each one happen so we could truly have the best day ever! The dance floor was full from the moment we walked into the reception to the very last minute - people truly danced their asses off!! I couldn't recommend working with BKO enough - you will LOVE it!

  Look no further! BKO is the absolute BEST—there is not much more we can say to sum it all up! My husband and I hired Becca and team for our February 2019 wedding and could not be happier with our decision. From our first Skype meeting with Becca, to the moment our guests started chanting “encore” at our reception, we knew we made the perfect decision for our wedding day!
  
  Our first meeting with Becca was over Skype where we discussed “must play” and “do not play” songs to give her a better understanding of what we were looking for for our dinner and dancing playlists. Becca created the perfect playlist for both—her song choices for dinner were soft, elegant, and engaging, while still allowing everyone in attendance to have conversation. Her post dinner playlist is where the fun began! Becca and her team’s energy and precision made the whole entire night! There was not one moment of our wedding that guests were not on the dance floor, singing and dancing with the band- it is a part of our wedding that we will remember FOREVER! We are still being complimented on our choice of music and cannot tell you how many people have reached out for contact information to hire BKO for their next event!

  Where do we even begin! From the moment we met Becca Kaufman her enthusiasm, knowhow and skills were evident and completely contagious. Becca knows how to get the party started and go all night long. Our wedding was a multi faith, intergenerational, international, Jewish lesbian wedding ---and she and her band did not miss a beat. From 4 years old to 76 years old – the dance floor was packed until the last song. We knew that Becca and the band were great but they BLEW US AWAY at the wedding and the reception. The music for our wedding ceremony was simple, elegant and powerful. Becca was open to new song requests and helped us put together the perfect set lists for an incredible night. Becca helped guide us to not just pick our favorite songs but to add some missing pieces and to curate the perfect set list for an unforgettable night. Every one of our guests commented on how amazing the music was. We still cannot stop smiling or dancing!

  People are STILL talking about how amazing our band was, almost six months later. I've had friends call to ask me if the band would travel out of state for their own weddings-- they were that incredible! Huge song list, fantastic diversity of music, phenomenally talented artists who are fun to work with and make planning a breeze!

  What a phenomenal evening we had at my son's wedding reception with music provided by this band. What remarkable talent Becca Kaufman Orchestra & Beat Mix Music has and everyone loved every song. I don't think many people were seated all night. They did a great job and performed better than any band I have ever heard at a wedding reception. They are more than 5 star - excellent choice! You won't be sorry and worth every single penny!

  BKO was by far the best part of my wedding at the Modern Wing of the Art Institute of Chicago. At least 10 people stopped me to tell me that BKO was the best wedding band that they have heard! On top of the Becca and team are super nice. She calmed my wedding nerves, played without a break because we were behind schedule and responded to all of my emails within a few hours. She also worked with a guest singer and was super flexible. Hire BKO for your wedding! They are the best of the best!
