    Bell Limo were great. We needed to hire a limo at short notice and had been calling around until these guys were recommended to us. They were good value, the limo was good condition and on time for pick up/drop off. However, it was the driver, Larry, who was the star for us. On our drive out to the desert, he shared his local knowledge of the area which really added to our experience. Thanks guys.

    Driver was great

    Driver was great!! Customer service with the office staff could use a little work though.

    We hired Bell Limo to shuttle our guests from the GSR to our Venue at Mount Rose. We shopped around at other companies but this was the best "bang for our buck." Their communication skills were a bit lacking as sometimes asking questions took a little time for their response (via email, I'm sure if we called them we would have gotten an answer right away). On the day of our wedding the shuttles showed up as promised, and there were no hiccups on the ride to our venue. When the shuttles started running after the reception, there was one driver who did not abide by our schedule and we were left with a few guests without transportation back to the GSR. Luckily a couple of our guests drove up and were able to take those guests back into town. While we were riding in the town car we rented, we saw that shuttle driving up to the venue, we were worried we would be charged extra because the shuttle was running over what we originally booked, but we weren't. All things considered, it wasn't terrible service and we were satisfied that most of our guests got from A to Z.

    We used Bell Limo to get from our wedding venue at the end of the night to our hotel. The driver and the service were great, no complaints there. HOWEVER - we got charged an additional $65 after our ride which was originally $215 for the time allotted per their estimate (we paid this $215 a month prior). The company said it took an extra 1.5 hours than originally expected. There's no way our ride was that much longer. We went directly from the venue to our hotel, no stops. The general manager pretty much said he didn't care that we got charged, or if we told others. Really, for $65? At least a compromise or a good explanation would have sufficed. I mean it's nothing to them, and it's not the end of the world for us, but when you choose a company based on their quote, then they charge you a bunch more money for no reason, it's really sketchy. I even left a message for the owner, and never got a call back. Their service is awful. That's just bad business. I'm definitely going to let my wedding planner know too. I'd say go with a company that's a little more upfront!

    We booked Bell Limo and their affiliate business Airport Mini Bus to assist us with our wedding in Squaw Valley in October 2014.
    When searching for limo and shuttle companies, we actually chose Bell even though they were more expensive than some other smaller companies - because they came across as more professional. They responded with a quote quickly, provided a breakdown of the fees, had a wide selection of vehicles etc.
    The shuttle buses we used during the week to move our guests around Squaw, Tahoe City etc.
    Unfortunately for us, the limo for the bride broke down on its way from Reno to Squaw. Luckily for us they sent a replacement vehicle but it arrived 30 minutes after we booked it, it was the wrong color, and the bride arrived at the church late.
    During the week we spent over $1,500 with Bell. Not surprisingly, we wanted some sort of compensation from Bell for the inconvenience, stress and disappointment of getting the wrong color limo.
    We spoke with Alex Crosby, the manager and asked him how he proposed to compensate us. Alex's first response was "we will refund 30 minutes". This was the 30 minutes that the limo wasn't actually where it should be we might add.
    We told him that this simply wasn't good enough. He told us that we needed to look at this from the "other side of the coin" and that they did us a favor by sending a replacement car, and could have not sent a car at all (his words exactly).
    Alex eventually agreed to refund 1 hour. We again said that this was not adequate. Alex said that this was all that he was authorised to offer and that anything else would need to be approved by their VP Brad.
    We were provided with a 2 hour refund, and with it, the following comments were made by Alex "we provided you a service, you used our fuel, our driver, and our equipment, we feel a 2 hour refund is more than fair in the matter."I think this response sums up Bell's approach to customer service. Suggest you shop around.

    In transportation many things cannot be controlled, a vehicle breaking down is one of those things. We have 5 full time mechanics at Bell Limo, but sometimes breakdowns happen. As soon as it was determined the vehicle requested was unable to travel, we sent a comparable vehicle in a different color. We were more than willing to offer a discount to compensate Andrew, some people just cannot be satisfied. Andrew's response is that he would run our name through the mud on the internet, and here it is, mission accomplished Andrew.

    DO NOT USE BELL LIMO!! I reserved a shuttle bus from Bell Limo for my wedding. When I booked the shuttle, I received a tentative confirmation, stating I would receive a confirmation within 24 hours to allow them time to make sure the vehicle I had requested was available and about 4 hours later I received the e-mail stating that the vehicle was available and my reservation was confirmed. Sure enough, 2 days before my event I receive a phone call that they have over booked the shuttle I had reserved and I need to arrange other transportation, and I was in luck because they had 2 - 21 passenger buses available for my use (I had originally booked the 29 passenger bus). I informed the lady that I only had about 23 people to transport so 2 - 21 passenger buses would be a bit over kill and then I was informed that if we did book the second bus we would be charged for both 21 passenger buses. The lady did not apologize once for over booking our bus. I was able to move some things around and I went with booking just 1 21 passenger bus (which ended up being the exact same price as the 29 passenger bus). I thought that had been figured out and I no longer needed to stress. The next day I received a voicemail from Bell Limo just confirming the reservation, everything he said was correct about my reservation and never stated I needed to call back to confirm, it sounded more like one of those, only if there is a change do you need to call back, plus it was the day before my wedding I had quite a bit going on. The next day during my wedding around 9pm, I noticed that the shuttle was already there (I had requested the shuttle for 9:30 pick up), I later found out the driver read the paperwork wrong and though pick up was 8:30 and when we got on the phone with the manager, he informed we were going to be charged for the extra hour because I never called back to confirm and ended up being a huge a-hole to my sister. Don't use Bell Limo!
