    You Are In Great Hands

    You are in great hands with Kelly - during our reception we had an issue where the water pipe was broken at our venue that caused the toilets to stop working… an absolute disaster, but she handled it so well with her quick thinking and hard work. The venue’s staff was not of much help and in fact caused the issue… but Kelly was able to think of a workable solution quickly to help get the bathrooms running again. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty if it means making your day go smoothly!!

    We also decided to use her as our florist and are so happy we did. She and her team did an incredible job. Kelly is hardworking and will do whatever it takes to make sure your day goes smoothly… thank you Kelly!!!

    Where Do I Begin....

    Kelly is a dream! I recall looking for a wedding planner and from the moment I met Kelly, I felt heard. Other planners I noticed tried to push their own agenda. However, with Kelly....I felt understood. She never tried to push me in one direction or the other. She always reminded me of my goals and the type of experience my husband and I wanted. Kelly thought about different ways to do our wedding even with COVID-19. We were planning the wedding from out of state and Kelly was happy to tour venues for us via facetime. When I finally met her in person, I cried so hard. She represented hope to me during a time when hope was hard to find. Getting married during a pandemic was TOUGH, but Kelly always heard my concerns and addressed them accordingly. We changed our minds over and over due to COVID (from the venue, to the decord...just everything). However Kelly was so patient and understanding....and honest. She let us know when something might not line up with our vision for the day and that helped SOOOO much. Kelly thought about things we didn't even think about....like how we would get back to our hotel after out wedding lol. Kelly's team was wonderful on our wedding day and was so sweet to our guests. My husband loved working with Kelly as well. She made him feel so comfortable and I just can't thank her enough!! Also, on our wedding day, Kelly felt like a guardian angel. She would catch when my face looked weird (which means I thought something was wrong). She brought me a drink when I needed it, without me even asking. She made sure I ate. She was everything and more! We love her to pieces, so go hire her....you will too!! :)

    Absolutely Seamless Experience

    As someone who has worked in hospitality, I’m quite a neurotic planner. Kelly and her assistant, Brittany, were as good as they come. From the personal greetings and transitions between ceremony/reception spaces, our wedding felt like an experience rather than a traditional wedding. Looking back, we both agree that we would’ve taken advantage of Bella B’s services/offering even more than we did. They’re true professionals that are relaxed and take care of anything under the sun without sweating. Not to mention, we were always taken care of - endless martinis and beer and food for the entire night! We’re so grateful for everything Kelly and Brittany did to make our day so special and unforgettable.

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelly and her company! From the beginning, they answered all my questions and on the day of, I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail with our floral arrangements!

    Well done!

    Kelly and Team were wonderful to work with! From the beginning, she brought ease and flexibility when I needed it most! I was planning the wedding by myself, so of course, I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted. I hired Bella B in the florists capacity, but what I got was above and beyond. After ranting about a vision of what I hoped for at the wedding, Kelly helped shape and create a floral vision that was better than what I dreamed up. She immediately knew what to do with my colors and how to get it set up for me within our budget.

    She was very flexible, understanding, responsive and lovely. I had put her through the ringer while my fiance and I debated on final decisions, but she took it all in stride and gave us multiple price points to work with.
    When it came to the wedding day, the florals came out beautifully and better than I'd imagined! We were very happy with the final product and she certainly helped me feel like a downright princess at the ball!

    Superstar Coordinator

    I can't recommend Kelly highly enough as a wedding coordinator. She is flexible, open-minded, and takes on whatever challenges her clients ask of her. Kelly is very experienced in the wedding industry and she knows how to stay on-top of every little detail–nothing gets forgotten. Despite what many couples experience at their weddings, me and my husband got to sit down and enjoy our full dinner at our wedding! It was a magical evening overall and we have Kelly to thank for that.

    Hiring Bella B was the BEST decision we made.

    Bella B events was our florist AND wedding coordinator. I truly don’t know how they do it but they are absolutely incredible and just the best people to work with. If you’re looking, hire them. It was honestly the best money we spent for the entire wedding. I gave them a very vague pinterest idea for flowers and they somehow knew exactly what we wanted. Nailed it. For the coordinating side, Kelly and Brittany were there every step, we had multiple calls before to help us plan and they handled anything that came up before we even knew what happened. The Bella B team goes above and beyond and handles it all so you can be present and connected, the greatest gift.     Lovely work!

    My experience with Kelly was great all around! I booked her about 6 months before my wedding and then the wedding was postponed :( Her communication was great and she was so friendly!
    I sent her images from Pinterest for the arch pieces and the bridal bouquet and they turned out beautiful!
    In terms of price I thought they were reasonable because I was having a micro-wedding (30) and knew they would look amazing!

    Top of the line Coordinator for the Best Price

    Kelly from Bella B was THE BEST!!! She relieved all our stress for our special day and everything went very smoothly. We only hired her for the day-of, yet she made it seem like she was with us every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody. She was an absolute professional that had everything down pat. This isn't just some hobby for her, she takes it serious but also treated us very kindly and with such charm. Bella B is a very high end coordinator with very accessible prices compared to when we looked around. Hiring her was probably the best choice when it came to our wedding planning.

    Bella B is the Best

    Kelly is very professional and an amazing coordinator. She was very understanding of our busy schedule and worked to make our lives stress-free. She helped me to find the vendors I still needed. She made it so easy that after we discussed all the details in our initial meeting, we really just had to show up at the correct times and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Bella B. Thank you to Kelly and her team for such a wonderful wedding experience! It was beautiful!

    Could Not Recommend Bella B More!

    Kelly is an absolute gem. She made our wedding the best day of our lives!! I had high expectations for all vendors, and my wedding day but Bella B delivered beyond any expectation I could have set myself. Kelly ensured our day was seamless, but not only the day of -- throughout the entire process. Kelly is a dream to work with, she made everything (without even realizing) easy, and allowing us all to take a deep breath and handle every task leading up to the day step by step. There was not a single thing or hiccup our wedding day, and I know this is all thanks to Kelly. I could not recommend Kelly or her team any more, than by saying my day was absolutely perfect and if I ever had to have a wedding again I would hire her and her team over and over again. Kelly, thank you again for everything!!

    BellaB was the reason we had the wedding of our dreams!

    It's taken me over three weeks to write this review because I didn't know where to begin. A few weeks ago, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams; in no small part due to Kelly and her team. Being relatively new to the area, and the first of many of our friends to get married, we had no idea what we were doing. I was more stressed in the first two months of trying to plan things on my own than I was for the next 16 months of our planning process with Kelly by our side. And that was just the planning! The month of the wedding, I was able to enjoy the excitement of the wedding without worrying about all of the logistics and coordination of vendors. Kelly took care of everything! Day of, she continued to go above and beyond. She made sure that we always had a drink in our hands, that we had plates of warm food to eat first, that the timing of the day ran smoothly, and that I had help navigating the bathroom in my dress. If you're looking for a partner inn planning who can turn your visions into reality, Kelly is the person for you! We also hired the BellaB team for our florals, and they were stunning! The perfect enhancement to all the beauty we experienced that day.

    Great Value

    Kelly and team were very professional. On time and ready to take action. Kelly was in-charge just what I wanted in a planner. The only thing that would have made it better would be if there were two Kellys. Kelly was great and team members were awesome, however there was one member that seemed a little new or uninterested making her job a little harder and more demanding. The flow of the day was pretty seamless with only a few little hiccups due to road closures (to the venue) and timeline issues, with the bride and groom arrival times but it was very trivial. My only complaint would be that our cloth napkins were thrown out again not a huge deal, however I had planned on reusing them. In all Kelly is well worth the price she charges and is a great value for those who only need a month of/ Day of Coordinator (the service I chose). She provided the space for me and my family to enjoy the day with out setting up or cleaning up. Thank you Kelly and. Team :)

    Scam beware don't hire

    I contracted Kelly Bloodworth to do my florals in June 2022 for my wedding in March 2023. At first she was really responsive and had great ideas so I paid her a deposit. I discussed cake florals a few months after that, no problem. Fast forward to this month and I reach out about possibly adding another floral arrangement. Her email bounces back as Address Not Found. I try emailing her through the thread we had been communicating with, same thing. I texted her, called her cell and left a message, called her business line and left a message, sent a message through her website, and sent her a DM through her Instagram. NOTHING. Now her voicemail is full, her Instagram comments are deactivated, and she won't respond. I went to Yelp and now her business is listed as Temporarily Closed until Dec 17 of 2023!!!! Excuse me?! What about my wedding in two months?! left a Yelp review and had another past bride and groom reach out to let me know about their similar experience. THIS WOMAN IS A SCAM. DO NOT HIRE HER. Unless you want her to ghost you on your wedding day! Wedding Wire needs to remove her from their list of vendors. I reported her to the Better Business Bureau and opened an investigation to recover my deposit from this horrible business.

    Unprofessional and Very Disappointed

    All of the below we experienced with Kelly at BellaB:
    -Did not follow contract. Was supposed to reach out 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding but never did. I texted, called, and emailed before getting a response about 2.5 weeks from the wedding.
    -Leading up to the months before the wedding, I texted a few times with questions which were never responded to
    -The day of timeline she created was not accurate after speaking for 40 minutes. I had to make multiple changes and communicate with the vendors as she had the incorrect version
    -Eleven days before the wedding she let us know there was a family emergency and she wouldn’t be able to be our day-of coordinator but would be sending someone in her place
    -Ten days before I sent an email asking if her replacement would be at our rehearsal
    -Five days before the wedding she finally responded to my email and told us no one could be at the rehearsal in person. Our options she provided were: 1. Perform it virtually, 2. Move the rehearsal to Thursday instead of Friday or 3. Receive a $100 credit and have our officiant do it (who was my 85 year old father-in-law and never officiated before)
    -Since no one could be at the rehearsal, we found a new coordinator four days before the wedding and told kelly her coordinating services wouldn’t be needed
    -We also hired kelly for our florals but she provided the incorrect amount of bouquets or boutonnières. My mom’s corsage fell apart before the ceremony even started. And it was supposed to be a wrist corsage and wasn’t.None of the florals were labeled.
    -The chuppah was supposed to include florals but didn’t (supposedly on account of the wind but did they even try to put them on?) I’m sure they’ve encountered wind before and some better planning could have been done to accommodate this better
    -received an email three days before the wedding with a $600 invoice for our floral delivery and Chuppah set-up since we cancelled her coordination services
    -Did not receive our $300 coordination deposit back even though she didn’t coordinate anything (only spent 40 minutes on the phone with me the last year I’ve been planning my wedding)
    -Never received an apology or discount for the grief she put us through less than a week before the wedding
    -Overall highly unprofessional, especially compared to all of our other vendors. We wouldn’t recommend her services to anyone who wants things run smoothly or done correctly on your wedding day.

    Your meeting couldn’t be scheduled because you hadn’t filled out any of your details paperwork. The timeline was created as accurately as possible given the details we discussed. You made changes to your timeline after thinking over some of the items we discussed. We continued to make all your requested updates. We helped you create the flow of your day and timing for your day which you used on your day of.

    We were unable to distribute your timeline because all the contact information wasn’t provided to us, so you decided to distribute your timeline on your own vs supplying those details to us.

    All rehearsals have to be scheduled with us prior to booking for your wedding. Your day of contract secured our services for the day of. All other meetings, etc have to be scheduled with us. We can not guarantee a rehearsal on a weekend date during wedding season. We did our best to accommodate your rehearsal request. I did have a family medical issue and two staff members that had to quarantine the week of your wedding. This made it impossible for anyone to be on-site because they had to be at other events. This information was shared with you along with options including a refund for not being able to attend rehearsal. I did also apologize for this.

    Four days prior to your wedding you canceled your contract that hadn’t been paid yet and was passed the payment due date. We continued to provide you services even though your contract hadn’t been paid. Your retainer was used to cover all the services we did provide you up to three days prior and this was communicated to you as well. You still used the timeline we created for your day of.

    In booking both florals and coordination with us, we gave you a 15% discount on your florals which you were still received even though you canceled your coordination services. Your delivery fees were originally discounted to zero as part of the package combo because your floral order was small enough to send/bring back with your day of coordination team. We discussed this at the time of booking. By canceling your coordination services, you canceled your delivery. We couldn’t deliver florals to Santa Barbara for free. This was also shared with you and you were given the option of reconsidering canceling your coordination services so you didn’t have to pay delivery fees.

    It was horribly windy the day of your ceremony which was on the beach. Yes, of course, the set-up staff tried to hang your florals. It was discussed with your day of replacement and the florals were used on your sweetheart table at her choosing.

    We continued to be responsive, professional and polite even after you canceled your coordination services with us.

    Canceled week before!

    I was supposed to hear from Kelly at least 4-6 weeks from my wedding and I wasn’t contacted until I reached out to her 4 weeks prior to my wedding. Kelly would go days without responding to emails, calls and texts. Each time she responded there was an excuse and I tried to understand because life happens but when you get excuse after excuse, it starts feeling odd. She also didn’t show up to the zoom meeting with the event coordinator of our venue. Then, the unimaginable happened, she canceled on me the week before our wedding! My wedding was in September of this year (2021) and while she has a team that she says works for her, she didn’t offer anyone of her staff to step in. When Kelly emailed week before my wedding and suggested three vendors who I could contact to take on my wedding, I didn’t feel comfortable with her suggestions given her lack of professionalism.

    I didn’t plan to be injured at an event and I know the timing was very inconvenient. Though I wasn’t able to do your wedding because I wasn’t even walking, I did fully prep two different planners with the information I had from you at that point. They were both available and ready to step in. You didn’t reach out to either one.

    I did show up to the zoom meeting with your venue. After finding out I had been at the venue previously (which is why I thought you hired me), you abruptly disconnected me from the meeting. When you email us on Thursday evening/Fridays in the middle of wedding season, we can not respond until Tuesday (Monday is our one day off) which we explained on several occasions because we are on-site at other weddings.

    Yes, I was able to do a wedding four weeks later. In a boot for my broken foot and with crutches for my knee. Due to having a broken foot issue on the opposite leg, I wasn’t able to undergo immediate surgery for my knee.

    I have never worked with your rental company, or had to find a replacement for myself prior to this incident. It is shocking to me that wedding wire even allows this types of statements to be made. We have reached out to your rental company on this.

    I expressed my sincerest apologies to you at the time and am still very sorry that we weren’t able to be there for your wedding. We did try our best to make sure you were taken care of. Regardless of any work we had done up to that point, I provided you with a full refund because of the unfortunate circumstances.

    Thumbs down!

    We had hired Kelly to provide floral services for our May 30th wedding which was postponed by our venue because they will still be closed due to COVID 19. The venue changed our wedding date to October 3rd.

    She will not provide us a full or partial refund or any services for that matter.

    She will not provide any services for the day that we need. She mentioned she booked that day. I asked since she is a event coordination firm, If she could find another floral shop that can do the flowers the day we need it and she refused. She said no.

    We asked if we could use some of the deposit for flower stands and candles we still need to buy and what ever money so left over she can keep as margin and she said no.

    I have tried working with her and she has refused every option I have thrown at her.

    She said I would have to move my wedding date to her needs and if I didn’t, she can’t provide any services.

    I mentioned repeatedly to her, we didn’t have an option on a wedding date due to the COVID 19 situation and the available venue date given to us. It’s not like we wanted to postpone our wedding.

    She has refused every service I have requested.

    I would not recommend her to anyone!

    Jessica we have gone out of our way to try and help you. Even though deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable, we did let you know that we are allowing people during this circumstance to move their deposits to dates we are available. At your request, we held a new date for you for a couple of weeks. Then you came back saying you decided on a new date. Unfortunately, we are out of town for a different wedding Oct. 3rd. We provided multiple other options including the date you had us holding for you. Your venue also had several other dates that would work but you refused to select an available date.

    We did reach out to florists we would recommend and they were also not available Oct. 3rd. We also did share that with you.

    You also let us know that you weren’t able to purchase the original vases you found any longer and we found and provided new companies for you to order from.

    I am truly sorry you are unhappy; we have tried at great lengths to help you and are disappointed to see you post this.
