    Wonderful!

    Katherine and her team at Bella Baxter Special Events went above and beyond to help me with my wedding. It was a quasi-destination wedding and I lived far from the site so I really depended on Katherine to help me make sure all the details were in order and the weekend was well organized. She did a wonderful job even though she had never been to the site before. She quickly fit in with my other vendors and I didn’t have to lift a finger the whole weekend, which meant I was able to actually enjoy myself! Throughout the planning process she was always very responsive and her suggestions and ideas were very helpful. The room lay out she came up with was beautiful. She was very responsive to helping me stay in my budget and making my money go as far as possible. Not to mention she is a fun and easy person to hang out with, which is another plus in a wedding planner. She had a very good list of vendors she recommended; I used many of them and they were all outstanding as well. I highly recommend working with Katherine and her team- they are awesome and helped make my day perfect!

    BBSE made my wedding day absolutely unforgettable. They are the best of the best. They stayed true to the budget we set, but made the wedding look and feel like it was 100x more expensive than it was. Every detail was taken care of and I felt like the most laid back bride in the world because of Katherine and her team! I love them so much and they will forever hold such a special place in my heart because of everything they did for me. I would hire them again in a heart beat. If I ever have another event to plan, I won't hesitate for even a second to hire Katherine and the Bella Baxter Special Events team!! You won't regret using this special group of people tok plan your event.

    Hiring Bella Baxter Events for my wedding, was one of the best decisions I made. As a type-A with an event planning history, I wanted to plan it all out myself. But I needed someone to execute it so that I could experience my wedding day as the bride, not the event planner. As I planned each detail, Katherine offered expert and experienced advice. As we got close the wedding, she took over contacting all my vendors and volunteers to make sure plans were on track. I took her out of her comfort zone using so many volunteers and family for so many things, but she executed flawlessly. The day of the event, she coordinated everything by visualizing my dream perfectly. The end result was nothing short of magical! She did so much for me, and on a fee that fit my budget. I hope I have occasion to hire Katherine again!

    Bella Baxter was hired for a day of coordination for our corporate event. Attention to detail exceeded our expectations, leaving our guests very impressed!! Katherine and Teryn made it seamless, were patient, and so pleasant to work with! We hope to use them for ALL of our events, moving forward!

    Katherine is one of my new favorite people. She worked really well with me and my husband's crazy schedule to be able to meet with us during the planning. She helped coordinate both my American and Indian ceremony, indian baraat and reception. I could not have done this wedding without her. Many of our bridal party also commented without solicitation how great she was and what a good job she did. The reception looked amazing! She was even able to get us a refund for one of our ceremony charges when the venue made a mistake.

    I hired her for full wedding planning services- including helping me visit about 5 venues to choose my wedding spot, choosing colors, bridesmaids gowns, recommending all vendors, coordinating hotel room blocks, get things delivered during the day, submitting the day of itinerary to the wedding vendors, etc. Her and her team even helped run around town to get things the day of that we needed! Every vendor she recommended I would 100% recommend again- it was so nice being able to defer small decisions to her and trust her judgement without spending hours online creating my own vendor list of who is in my budget and what companies are professional and courteous. She already knew who to recommend, what they cost and how soon we needed to book them!

    When I had a death in the family 5 weeks before the wedding she was amazing at purchasing the hotel guest welcome bag items, typing up a welcome letter and distributing them.

    I would 100% recommend her to anyone and use her again. She is worth every penny! I can't say enough good things.

    Katherine at Bella Baxter was amazing to work with while planning my wedding and rehearsal dinner. She helped me edit down my thousands of ideas to a cohesive look that made a big impact! The weekend was flawless and completely stress-free for me - she made sure everything was perfect! A wonderful wedding planner, great friend and when I needed it, a fantastic therapist - Katherine is so knowledgeable about all aspects of weddings, vendors and how to get the biggest bang for your buck! It was worth every penny to have her expertise!

    Ok if you need a dynamic duo, this is your team. Katherine and Lauren are simply the best. They made our wedding go off without a hitch. They were super professional and very responsive. Even when I thought things were falling through the cracks they were on top of every detail. They set everything up and broke everything down for us. They are what made the weekend stress free for me. If there were problems (and I'm sure there were) I did not know about them. I loved working with them and I'm sad it's over! I definitely recommend working with these two lovely ladies!!! You won't regret it!

    Upon getting engaged to the love of my life, I was over the moon to start planning our special day. I had so many ideas and zero clue where to start. With my mom living 6 hours away and deciding to marry in a city that neither of us was from, I knew I would need help. Choosing Bella Baxter as our Wedding Planner was the easiest decision we made. As soon as we met Katherine, I felt an instant bond. She and Lauren listened to every small to large idea I came up with (and there were many)! They got to know us as a couple and as individuals; learning our style and interests. The planning process was so much fun and stress free with Bella Baxter by my side. My job for the entire 10 months of our engagement was to dream up what I wanted and let Bella Baxter do the rest. Using their experience and expertise, they narrowed down the many vendors and venue options to those that fit our budget and theme. They would then bring us the contenders and we would either interview the remaining or pick our favorite. Not once did they pressure us to make any decisions we were unsure of or push us towards a particular option over another. We were able to plan the wedding that WE wanted without actually doing any planning. Looking back at our March Wedding, I cannot help but smile. It was the BEST DAY of my life. Bella Baxter had every detail mapped out like a fine tooth comb. They organized all of the vendor’s set-ups and instructions, hotel reservations, wedding party timelines, transportation – literally, EVERYTHING. My Groom and I did not have to worry about anything the ENTIRE weekend. We were able to enjoy our special weekend with our friends and family without a care in the world. I will never and can never thank Bella Baxter enough for making my Wedding Day Dreams come true. I would recommend this fabulous company of incredible ladies to anyone and everyone. Thank you Bella Baxter for being so amazing at what you do! I am so lucky to have had you and now call you my friends!

    Lauren, Katherine, and Teryn made our wedding day WONDERFUL!!! They made my vision of a dream wedding come alive in every way and the best part was that I didn't have to lift a finger- they took care of it all! I got to enjoy my wedding day and so did my Mom. Bella Baxter is fabulous!!

    Picking a wedding coordinator was one of my hardest decisions and I am so thankful that I chose Bella Baxter. They helped be immensely in choosing a design/theme for the wedding and pointing me to trustworthy vendors. Most importantly though, on the day of our wedding, they were an absolute life saver!! I was able to sit back and soak in every precious second of my wedding day because they were there to handle everything and I had no worries at all. Believe me when I say that that is the most important thing you want for your wedding day. Everything went so smoothly which is amazing because it rained so we had to move everything inside and the DJ couldn't come due to a death in his family so we had to improvise. I can't imagine them not being there because I don't think I could have handled it without them. On top of that, they were so incredibly sweet and fun! I wish I could have another event so I could work with them again! Thank you Katherine and Teryn!

    Bella Baxter was the best!! I loved working with Katherine. She was professional and got everything done. Two weeks before the wedding I was practically twindling my thumbs because there was nothing left to do. She recommended great vendors for the price range. Any last minute changes that were needed were easy to make. The wedding day ran smoothly and was very easy. All I had to do was sit back, relax, and enjoy the day.

    Cannot recommend the Bella Baxter team enough! As a bride that was apprehensive about hiring event planners, I can tell you first hand that the Bella Baxter team pays incredibly close attention to every single wedding detail and does everything to make your day perfect and special. They were incredibly responsive to my phone calls/emails, and they handled every question and concern with the utmost professionalism. I couldn't have planned a wedding without them and their recommendations and suggestions for etiquette, local vendors and overall logistics. Katherine is on top of everything and does an excellent job of managing vendor contacts and all logistics. Lauren has an eye for all things that make your day beautiful and handles day-of operations seamlessly. They are truly wedding pros and make your wedding vision come to life!

    I was in Vancouver, Canada, planning my daughter's Little Rock wedding. We engaged BBSE to do 'day of' coordination. While we did all of the up front planning, we handed off to Katherine and Lauren on the Monday before. They offered great guidance and advice, without trying to change the feel of the wedding. Throughout the pre-wedding week BBSE worked with the vendors to ensure that they were ready to provide the services that we had booked. The rehearsal coordination was a great help.
    On wedding day we just showed up and enjoyed the ceremony and the celebration. Everything was looked after, from set up to take down. I had complete confidence in Katherine and Lauren throughout the day. I would recommend BBSE without hesitation. Thanks Katherine and Lauren!

    Katherine and Lauren made our day PERFECT! The entire experience leading up to the wedding was STRESS-FREE. That is so unheard of when planning a wedding! They were so professional. They handled everything with a prompt response and if I could do it ALL over again, I would call them immediately! I could go on and on about how wonderful they are, so just TRUST ME! These ladies are THE BEST!

    I am a person that is VERY indecisive, therefore I dreaded wedding planning. When I met with Katherine at Bella Baxter she was everything I wanted in a planner. She was friendly, professional, organized, and my "therapist" when I didn't know what to do. Katherine & Lauren, were incredible with planning every detail, even though I couldn't visualize how the wedding would turn out, it was amazing. We had so many compliments on decor, setup, and just how great the wedding was. They also gave me budget friendly options to help cut costs (which is always a plus). I would highly recommend these ladies.

    Bella Baxter Special Events was absolutely wonderful the day of my wedding!! I do not know how I would have made through without Lauren and Katherine. I have an OCD personality on making sure things are perfect, so I was not sure if I should hire someone to help coordinate my wedding. I am so thankful I did. They made the day run so smooth and flawless, even in the moments I did not think it would. They were patient, attentive and absolutely fabulous!!!
    I would recommend them to anyone planning an event...whether you need them for Day of Coordination or planning from start to finish, Bella Baxter Special Events is the way to go!!!

    I can say with 100% certainty that my wedding would not have been the same without Bella Baxter. Their services, their professionalism, their ability, their expertise, and their friendship! Every bride needs to have someone like them at their wedding.

    Bella Baxter worked with me to help finalize vital details that would make my wedding day special. I had a huge meltdown when trying to figure things out myself, and another mini meltdown the day of the wedding. Nothing was going right, everything was a total disaster, then the Bella team showed up and literally saved the day.

    I left the location early that morning before they arrived, and came back after I was dressed & ready for pictures. My heart stopped when I saw what they were able to accomplish. Everything looked exactly how I wanted it, and they had even thrown in a few touches that they had seen on my Pinterest wedding board. They kept me posted with things I needed to be informed of, and shielded me from any hiccups or problems so that I didn't get stressed on my day. They dealt with everyone: vendors, guests, family, and attendants. They managed, assisted, and kept the entire event and day in control.

    At the end of the night, my new husband and I were sitting down as the guests dwindled and we could not think of a single thing that could have made the day more perfect. We were so blessed and lucky to have someone else handling all of the details, especially on the day of. More importantly, our families were able to enjoy the event, too, without any of them having to step away from the fun to deal with a crisis because we had the calm and poised Bella team handling everything.

    Being able to rest easy and enjoy your day is not something that should be unique to just my wedding, every bride deserves to have that, and the Bella team was what allowed that to happen for me!

    The wedding planner with this vendor were the worse. My daughter's wedding was a disaster because the planners did not know what the were doing throughout the event. My guest did not hear the exchange of wedding vows because they did not ensure a microphone was available. There was no order to the guest sitting for the ceremony and people were confused throughout the evening. They also failed to ensure the food was served appropriately and the food handlers were appropriately dressed for the event. The bartender was collecting tips from the guest who had travel many miles to be at the event. Family members had to make request to the planners to bring additional mixers out to the bartender so that mix drink come be prepared. They had no ideal of what was going on or where their help was needed. It was very disturbing to hear all these complaints and more from my guest. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone seeking professionalism. Bella Baxters planner Katherine and Teryn did not have the know-how, professionalism and experience in delivering a proficient wedding service. Finally, I would say anyone who chooses to use Bella Baxter should also expect them to change their pricing as the events nears because inevitably they will say they are unable to handle the event with agreed upon staff. This, even though they had the prior agreement. Also, they will choose to avoid conversation with more age matured individuals(the parents) through the months of before the event and concentrate their conversation with the bride. My advise is tho steer clear of Bella Baxter at all cost.

    Kathryn almost ruined our wedding. The day that is suppose to be one of the happiest in your life should never be tossed aside or not taken seriously like Kathryn did with us. This review is a few years coming but needs to be posted. I hope it saves you from the what Kathryn did.

    First, Cheryl mentioned in another review: "Katherine and Teryn used other tactics such as talking only with my daughter and using her youth and inexperience to get more money." Yup. Can confirm. Further, Katheryn made inappropriate comments to my wife that stunned me when she told me. Kathryn, you are suppose to help make this a beautiful day for two people... why did you say those things?

    Second, the vendors she recommended weren't the cream of the crop. It was so bad the thought that Kathryn were taking kick backs from these substandard vendors came to mind. Though I hope this would not be the case. Anyway I took the initiative and found a few outstanding vendors with fair pricing. I thought Kathryn would be happy to add these vendors to her list so she could provide great options for future customers. She said that I didn't trust her and then did the unimaginable.. cancelled her services in the middle of the planning...

    Third, Kathryn cancelled her services in the middle! Actually, this turned out to be a blessing. My mother took the reigns and made an exceptionally special night for my wife and me.

    Kathryn, fearing the junky, unprofessional job she did, had a lawyer send a cease and desist letter threatening a lawsuit if I published a review of what she did to us. If a person needs to threaten a lawsuit because they fear bad reviews, this is a HUGE red flag.

    Keep the most happy day of your life, happy! Steer clear of Kathryn.
