  I found my dress for half the price online at Bella Illusion, they were very helpful. At the time of my order there was an issue with paypal, that had nothing to do with the vendor, and they were helpful with this issue.

  crappy customer service. I ordered shoes and they were suppost to be shipped in 3-5 business day... it is now 2 weeks later and still no shoes..no email or phone calls back

  I am a victim of fraud of this page. I asked four dresses and stole 1300 USD paypal and never responded to.

  This company was horrible-I ordered my wedding shoes from them and never received them. I have been calling and emailing them and have not even gotten a response- all I want is a credit for the merchandise that I never received. Spare yourself the headache and go to a more reputable establishment. This is supposed to be a customer service based industry and they failed on every level. I had to go find wedding shoes the week before my wedding since mine never arrived. The fact that I can not even get my money back is disgusting.
