    a dream team to work with!

    Bella Mystique is magic! 100 % was the best decision to work with Brittany as our event coordinator and style collaborator. We hired Brittany after feeling defeated about postponing our wedding the year before due to covid. Not knowing what this year would be like, we decided to bring her onto our wedding team and it worked out so great! She helped me out of my wedding doldrums and get excited about planning again. Brittany is professional, attentive, creative, and very talented at what she does. We had an outside the box, quirky, and culturally jewish wedding at a camp. Brittany was encouraging, listened to our vision and what was important for us, and helped every detail come together. Brittany is an excellent task manager! She helped us stay organized and stay on top of our timeline, and made herself available for support along the way. Brittany helped to make our day truly unforgettable, and a day that represented us, our love, and everything important to us.

    If you’re looking for an all star wedding coordinaor to dream up your wedding day with Bella Mystique IS THE BEST!! Thank you for being such a grounding and fun part of my wedding experience, Brittany! I absolutely adore you and can’t wait to work with you again!

    Absolutely Incredible - You Must Use Bella Mystique!

    Bottom line: our wedding would not have happened without Bella Mystic and Brittany. We used them for planning and day-of services for our wedding and could not be happier. Brittany and her team were not only able to make it easy for us to plan a wedding when we live out of town, but we had two ceremonies that went off without any problems – incredible. Here are a few of the things we loved about Bella Mystic and Brittany:

    - Communication: Brittany was always willing to discuss the details of our wedding and was amazing at keeping us on track. Without her reminders and helpful “to-do” lists we would have missed major items or not had them completed.

    - Fees: Seriously, use the full planning service. It will save you time and money in the end and will take a lot of stress off of your wedding day, so you can focus on the fun parts.

    - Design: Brittany had great recommendations for all the details of the wedding from programs to tables. Out jaws dropped when we first saw our decorated venue and how beautiful it was!

    - Attention to detail: Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was all because of Bella Mystic and Brittany. Nothing was overlooked, and they even made the planning fun.

    - Customer Service: At the end of the day, Bella Mystic understood that our wedding was the most important day of our lives. They not only listened to our thoughts and concerns but acted on them before we could even bring it up.

    Overall, using Bella Mystic was the best decision we made regarding our wedding and we highly recommend that you use them.

    Brittany and Katie were so wonderful to work with. We hired them as our Day-Of Coordinators, because we felt we needed someone in charge of everything to allow us to enjoy our wedding day. They really took everything out of our hands, and we had absolutely nothing to worry about except enjoying each moment of our day together. They are both so responsible, efficient, and easy to work with. They took any and all of our suggestions and helped to make our day exactly how we imaged. They used our flowers and decorations to make our venue even more beautiful than we had hoped!

    Brittany and the Bella Mystique team are talented and experienced, and are professionals in any situation. When my outdoor wedding reception was threatened by a torrential downpour, they were resourceful and thoughtful, ensuring that the event was still a success despite the rain. My guests commented that they had never seen an event planner work as hard as Brittany and her team, and I think it's because they treated my wedding as if it was their own - which is a lovely feeling for a bride to have! I would recommend Bella Mystique for any event that you're planning - they deserve 10 stars out of five!

    Brittany of Bella Mystique is truly a 5 star wedding planner/coordinator rockstar. From the very first meeting she was responsive, organized, and listened to our ideas. As a DIY couple, we didn't think a wedding planner and coordinator was necessary. In the end, Brittany’s experience and connections actually saved us a ton of money (and stress). Her service-provider recommendations were excellent. Best of all, her eye for design created a Pinterest-worthy wedding on a real life budget. We were very satisfied with her help and support throughout the planning process and blown away at the beauty and ease of everything on our wedding day. Thanks Bella Mystique!!!

    I couldn't have asked for a better planner. She thought of EVERY detail and was super attentive to MY needs throughout the whole process. She was available whenever I needed her and was able to answer the millions of questions I had. She literally thought of everything and therefore I wasn't worried at all the day of the wedding. 5 star service for sure. Don't pass up the opportunity to work with Bella Mystique!

    Brittany is so talented. She designed our Wedding invitation. I told her what I was looking for and she went above and beyond. She asked for feedback along the way ensuring it was exactly what I wanted. She truly wants to make it exactly the way you imagined it to be. We are so happy with her work. Our invitation looks way better than we ever thought they could. I would recommend Brittany to anyone. Thanks Brittany!

    Brittany is very personable, attentive and very easy to talk to and work with. We came to her a few weeks before the wedding and she pulled together so much in a short time. Brittany followed exactly what we laid out for the programs and put them together in a unique and very beautiful way. She also put together our decorations beautifully... just what we wanted. Our tables and name cards were awesome. Brittany was very attentive to our needs and checked on us frequently. We had planned our wedding a very unique way and Brittany made sure things went according to our plans through to the important dances.

    Disappointing experience

    Our experience with Bella Mystic was extremely disappointing. The attention to details and accurate communications was lacking. We paid for a Premium Package and what was delivered was a day full of mistakes that could have and should have been avoided. My daughter's wedding was still beautiful because of all the love that was present in the room but both she and her groom were interrupted during the evening with questions from vendors. We were greatly disappointed.

It is our duty to ensure that every aspect of the wedding day runs smoothly, and I apologize for any inconvenience or distress caused to you and your family. At Bella Mystique, we hold ourselves to the highest standards and strive for perfection in every event we handle, and it is disheartening to know that we fell short of your expectations. We take this feedback very seriously and are committed to learning from our mistakes. We are actively working to improve our processes and will be implementing more rigorous vetting and evaluation procedures for our vendors to ensure that their attention to detail aligns with our own. To make amends for the inconvenience caused, we are actively connecting with each one of your vendors and providing you with the proper reimbursement for these occurrences. We genuinely value your patronage and hope that this gesture can help rebuild your trust in our company.

    We hired Bella Mystique Designs for their day of coordination package for our August Wedding. To our dismay, the majority of the tasks we hired them for were not completed. My family, wedding party and other vendors ended up running around dealing with the "day of emergencies" caused by the lack of competence of Bella Mystique. The overall attitude of Brittany was unprofessional. Guests, Vendors, and our wedding party commented on Brittany being "Intense and rude". Her response to this when we met with her to come to terms a month after the wedding was "I cannot control how other people feel about my demeanor." I felt as though that was a terrible response given I had over 5 people make it a point to tell me about her behavior the day of the wedding. The lack of "customer focus" during the meeting was the worse I have ever experienced and no common ground was found. Furthermore, our venue has banned Bella Mystique to return for another event due to several issues they had with her. To those seeking wedding day of coordinators, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
