Jennifer Sent on 08/01/2016I cannot say I did not expect to find a dress, I can say I was never sure what to expect what I would find in a dress. Amazingly enough I found myself in a beautiful wedding gown that I would have never expected. Elizabeth, you knocked it out of the park with patience, indecision and "I just don't know what I want's". And to boot at the end of an extremely hot and busy Friday. You are awesome. To all Brides out there, when you have no idea or if you know exactly what you want, give that last dress pulled a chance (by the experts of course). I could have never done it on my own. I cannot wait til the day I get to walk down the aisle and see his reaction. -

I got engaged four months before the date we had set for the wedding and the owner, Elizabeth, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire four months. I'm a heavier girl so my options were limited for such a short amount of time, so I had to get a stock dress. but she still found my dream dress! And I was in there every couple of weeks to get the alterations done so that it fit just perfect on the big day (and it did!) my mom also bought a beautiful gown there for the wedding. We also got our bridesmaid (bought off amazon) altered there because they looked like crap before Bella novia got their hands on them! Anyway, long story short, this place is awesome. And Elizabeth is an amazing owner who truly cares about her customers and the integrity of her business. -

When I gave them my thoughts and ideas about my dream dress they pulled dresses that fit that idea exactly and knew how to maximize my experience! Even when I had to come back multiple times before deciding on one they were always very helpful and kind to me. -
User2028539 Sent on 02/01/2015Bella Novia was an AMAZING salon to work with for my wedding dress. The owner is so helpful and flexible. I bought my dress about 12 months before my wedding, and then decided I didn't like it about 3 months before my wedding. The owner was SO flexible and let me exchange my dress. She was so helpful in helping me find a dress that I absolutely LOVED and also with the alterations to get it to fit on time. Maria in alterations did a fantastic job taking the dress from a size 14 to a size 6. It looked perfect and you couldn't even tell that it was altered so much. The alterations only took two appointments and the dress fit like a glove. I would highly recommend Bella Novia to anyone who is looking for a wedding dress.

User1539403 Sent on 02/19/2014Bella Novia Bridal did a wonderful job with my dress. They did a great job doing the alterations. And the price was reasonable. The sales girls were all very nice and accommodating. I love the wide selection of wedding, bridesmaids, flower girl, and mother of the bride & mother of the groom dresses. My friends as well as myself have also purchased our prom dresses from them when we were in high school. They are so helpful. I can't tell you how highly I recommend them. They are wonderful!!

User1044445 Sent on 12/13/2012I made an appointment last minute to go in and try on dresses the week after getting engaged. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up finding the perfect dress that same day and walking out of the store with it!

User1693871 Sent on 07/03/2014Bellanovia Bridal did an ok job w dresses but I would not recommend this place for your tuxes/suits.
We had a LOT of problems and as the groom, I had to wear my jacket all night to cover my vest which did not fit at all, even after ordering 2. Staff admittedly 'forgot' to order the 3rd vest so I got stuck. They forgot to order groomsmen's suits too and it really stressed us out as we waited for vests, jackets & pants to arrive and kept going to the shop. Go to a place that tailors suits to the guys, like men's warehouse, because our guys disliked how baggy everything was.
Staff really needs improvement. The owner should educate staff or hire people who have knowledge about formal wear, tailoring, etc. Many girls in there utterly useless and very inept/unhelpful because of inexperience. They can't place orders to the suit rental company properly & its a huge problem. I mean, I'm only getting married once & this is an important day and they can't make sure my clothes fit?! Staff should know how to order based on measurements and be able to take some themselves. We waited for someone else to show up at the shop to take measurements many times (one time it took an hour!) And most annoying, theyre always on the phone, sometimes 20 mins! And whenever I tried to call them, they have no call waiting, just a busy signal which got old fast...It was really irritating to go back and forth to that place and just have to sit there each time and wait while they take phone calls and place orders-maybe place orders at the end of the day or in back of store? Many times when we walked in, the girls didnt say hello and just walked away & disappeared into the back of the store and we were stuck standing around.
