    My wedding flowers were so beautiful! This florist really understood what I really wanted. Lea was so nice. When I met with her, she went through the every detail everything came out just like we discussed! In addition Ruth was really nice as well she gave me some decorating suggestions that would go well in the catering hall. For example they had some beautiful sparkling silver table cloth and that really looked nice. I was amazed. They decorated the church so beautifully and the catering hall. They really do an amazing job.

    We worked with Lea of Bella's Flower Shop on the flowers and chuppah (marriage canopy) for our wedding, and we had a wonderful experience!

    My husband and I started by sharing with her our preliminary ideas. She provided excellent suggestions, and together we built a clear vision for the flowers, candles, and canopy for the event. A few days before the wedding, Lea called me to go over the plan in detail, and we sent photos back and forth to confirm that we had the same understanding and expectations. All the while, she was pleasant, encouraging, and professional. The pricing was an excellent value.

    We loved our experience working with Bella's Flower Shop, and our guests complimented the work. We recommend them very highly!

    I am BEYOND impressed with Bella's Flower Shop. I contacted Lea just weeks before my wedding, and she was able to work with me to figure out what flowers would be freshest, available quickly, would coordinate with my decor, and would fit within my budget. She took the time to really understand my vision, and worked well remotely (I planned my NYC wedding from Florida). We also worked with Bella's Flower Shop to rent our Chuppah for the wedding ceremony. We had small dimensions to work with, which required much creativity on their end - they were up for the challenge and worked well with the venue on this. The floral arrangements, bouquet, Chuppah and all other items we ordered from Bella's Flower Shop were fresh, absolutely gorgeous, and really elevated the decor. It was not until after I saw photos of the wedding did I even realize how many small details and extras they threw in to make sure that my vision came to life, even if I did not know to ask for them. I was so well taken care of, and the value of the products AND service I received was far beyond what I paid. The staff arrived on time, set everything up, and took down the Chuppah after the ceremony without incident. Everyone was pleasant and made it so I could enjoy my day without any concern or conflict. And my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous!!! I am drying it out so I can keep it forever. I really can't imagine a better outcome. I am forever grateful to Bella's Flower Shop for making my special day so easy and beautiful. THANK YOU Lea & all the staff at Bella's Flowers.

    Bella's Flower did an amazing job at my wedding I had a small budget and they were able to work with me I'm extremely happy with the turn out and I can de omen then with my eyes close! I had my wedding at The Kittle house the flowers and the garden at the venue really complemented each other !! Thank you Bella Flower for making my vision come to life at my wedding!!!

    This review was long overdue. Well what can I say about this flower shop? At first the impression I had with this shop was "ehh, price is low so we'll see". The shop was located in the Bronx accross BBQ, small, no place to really sit, flowers were all over the place. To be honest I was worried. But still on my mind they're price is good and the lady Lea was such a nice lady. Didn't have enough time since I only have one week for the arrangements to get ordered before my wedding. Yup, it was for my small intimate 40 people wedding that was being done at a restaurant Harvest on Hudson, Scarsdale, NY. This lady Lea was very patient with me and my fiance at the time. She was there with me all the way, I did not have any prior experience with flower arrangements orderring so she walked me through it sincerely. She was after our satisfaction not our money. When the day of the wedding came. I was in tears with the beautiful set up she had done with her crew. The Arch and reception setup were beautiful. The bouquets were also beautiful. It was like a dream wedding. So many pictures were taken and I had no regret on getting beautiful flower setups. Memories were captured beautifully. Everyone loved the flowers. I wish I can post pictures here for everyone to see. I would definitely go back to her again for any other events. I highly recommend them. Lea if you are reading this I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work you did in such short period of time for our special day. You have exceeded our expectations.     Bellas was prompt and the flowers were amazing!!! i left creativity in their hands and was blown away. Everyone loved my flowers and they worked well within my budget.

    Lea and her team were amazing! They provided the bouquets and boutineers for our wedding (the centerpieces were made for us by a close family friend). About two months before the wedding date I went to her shop to have a personal consultation and pick out the flowers and designs I wanted. A month before the wedding I paid in full, and on the wedding day her team arrived to deliver the flowers. I didn't ever have to worry about the flowers and they were absolutely perfect. We received many compliments on the bouquets.

    They did an amazing job. Met with us several times to make our vision come to life. Friends are still talking about how beautiful everything was.

    I contracted with Bella's Flower Shop (Bronx, NY) for Chuppah Rentals. I spoke with Lea, who is the owner. She was responsive until after I paid for the chuppah.

    PROS: Lea was helpful, cheerful, and informative. You pay for the rental in full via credit card over the phone or in-store, which is convenient. I asked for the simplest chuppah - just the 4 posts with canopy and drapery. It looked beautiful on the day of the wedding. The price was also very reasonable - one of the cheapest in the NY and northern NJ area. It was $545 for delivery, setup, and take down. Rental time is 2 hours.

    CONS: The flower shop does have insurance, but if you ask them to send a copy to your venue (and you venue will typically request liability forms from all vendors), they will charge you an extra $50. This was not something they told me when I paid in full for the chuppah. They only told me that they had insurance, but neglected to mention the extra cost. Luckily, my venue worked with me and waived the requirement since the flower shop was only doing setup and take down of the chuppah.
    They are not responsive at all. They do not answer emails unless you are asking about something that may eventually result in business/money for them. The month leading up to my wedding, I called 3 times to discuss timing. I was asked to call back 2 times because I wasn't bringing new business. If you are not calling to ask about services and potentially promise money, they sort of treat you like "money in the bag" and you get the back burner treatment. The third time I called, I asked her to arrive at 10AM for my 11:30AM ceremony because I wanted to have time for photos before the guests arrived. The chuppah was not setup until 11AM and I did not get photos. Lea was not as cheerful as before, but instead told me "if you consider us, we'll consider you". I was definitely put off by this comment. Not very professional and I honestly considered having my credit card company refund my money.

    Totally unprofessional. Arrived late, just 10 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Did not call either me or the hotel to warn that they were running late. The only contact number provided rang to voice-mail, which indicated that they were closed for the day. Ceremony ran late because of this, but more importantly, I and the venue staff were left scrambling at the last minute to come up with some alternate plan. Two days after the ceremony, I haven't received so much as an apology for the disruption. I would recommend this company if you enjoy anxiety. Otherwise, don't bother.

    UPDATE: I since received an apology, an explanation, and a partial refund from the owner. While I still did not have an overall good experience with the vendor, these actions demonstrate that at least the business has some ability for customer relations management, and will likely execute better in the future.
