  What dreams are made of!

  Belle Ame is such an incredible team! I truly don't know how to put their efforts and talent into words. I contracted with their smallest month-of package because I preferred to reach out and book vendors myself for our NYE wedding. Even at that, Jennifer was there for me every step of the way. Each phone call session we had was so helpful and kept me on track with my personal timeline. I loved hearing her suggestions too and adopted a few of them. I knew at the start that with her around everything was in great hands from rehearsal to packing up after the wedding. The day of, I couldn't have asked for a better person to have around! She and her team are so organized and kind - our families continue to rave about them after seeing how well they orchestrated the day. They really have your back and honestly they felt like part of the family on the big day!

  Best Day of Our Lives!

  There are not enough words to describe how amazing Jennifer and the whole Belle Ame team are!
  Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Jennifer provided great communication, input, and endless reassurance. On the day of, there was not one single thing we would have changed. Jennifer ran the whole day. She timed out everything perfectly and I did not have to worry about a thing. Any time I was stressed, she would reassure me that everything was great... and it was!
  Belle Ame helped us bring our dreams to life for our wedding and it was even better than we could have imagined. Jennifer also has great dance moves!!! ;)

  Simply the best of the best!

  Jennifer is truly my fairy god mother! I had a vision for my wedding: Pinterest boards overflowing, I knew what I wanted, but how to translate it into reality without losing my mind? Enter Jennifer!! She listened to my every dream, mood board, and request with the patience of a saint. Then, she transformed those ideas into a tangible plan that was somehow even better than I imagined.
  
  She helped me select vendors that were within our budget that also exceeded our expectations, while setting all of my appointments for us to keep on track. She anticipated every hiccup, navigated every hurdle, and kept everything running smoother than I could've possibly imagined. All I had to do was show up and soak in the joy, knowing that every detail was in her capable hands. It was the most magical, stress-free celebration of love, and none of it would have been possible without Jennifer and her team at Belle Ame Events who made it all happen.
  
  So, if you're looking for a wedding planner who's more than just a vendor, but a fairy godmother in disguise, look no further than Jennifer. She's worth her weight in gold - 11/10 would recommend!!! :)

  Jennifer is THE BEST!!

  Please book with her if you want to have the most beautiful wedding with someone who truly cares about you and your loved ones. She has the sweetest personality and she gets things done! My dress broke right before the reception entrance/ first dance and Jennifer had it fixed up in seconds - and let me tell you that baby wasn’t going anywhere! I cannot tell you how many of our guests came to us during and after the wedding to say how impressed they were with Jennifer. On the morning of, all the vendors were set up early and perfectly. I didn’t know wedding days could be so calm and seamless. She went above and beyond what we could have asked for. She has an arsenal of wedding items that will save the day. She is insanely knowledgeable about the area and knows everyone. She always has the solution, and you can count on her. We feel extremely blessed to have shared our special day with Jennifer and wouldn't have it any other way. If we could do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing and we truly feel it is all because of her! We love you Jennifer!!

  Best coordination

  So I thought that I didn’t need coordination for my wedding. Now I am so happy that I had Jennifer and her team. When I forgot the milk for our cookies, Jennifer sent one of her workers to go get so during our wedding. Jennifer was so professional, for the rehearsal, she knew exactly what to do and was so organized. She saw the vision and made it truly come to life. She has been a planner for 14 years and knows how to handle everything. When we were taking photos, her team made sure the right people were in each one. If we even thought about a drink, there it was like magic! She really made Dylan and I feel so loved and special on our big day. Belle Ame was the best thing. I would recommend them to everyone getting married!

  Jennifer is the best wedding planner out there

  Where do I even start 🤍 Jennifer is the most kind and caring person. From the beginning, communication was amazing and I felt comfortable and confident in Jennifer coordinating our wedding. She quickly had a timeline and a floor plan put together & was always quick with response time. Her kindness & knowledge of the industry always left me feeling confident.
  
  On wedding day - Jennifer and her team were a huge blessing. They made sure that everything was running smoothly and constantly were checking up on us! Every detail was on point & executed perfectly.
  Jennifer put together the most beautiful reception space I’ve ever seen.

  The best planner in Wilmington!

  Using Belle Ame Events for my wedding day was possibly the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process. Jennifer was such a joy to work with right from the start. When we had our initial call, she was so sweet and informative and I could tell by her calm and confident attitude that she knew what she was doing. Throughout planning my wedding, I had many calls and texts with Jennifer where she used her experience and expertise to help guide me through it all. We were planning our North Carolina wedding all the way from LA where my husband and I live, so it was great to communicate with someone who knew our venue well and was in town to help us with anything we weren’t around to do. There are so many details in planning a wedding that it’s easy to get flustered and overwhelmed (something I easily do), but every call with Jennifer provided the clarity and answers I needed. Jennifer and her team executed what my husband and I have only referred to as a perfect day. Our entire wedding party was raving to us about how incredible Jennifer was. We were all so impressed by her and her team’s ability to get everything done and do so in a calm and positive way. There was a bit of a hiccup when my mother was buttoning my dress and when she was done we saw a stain that we hadn’t noticed before (to this day we have no idea where it came from). Jennifer came in and calmly took care of it, and I have to emphasize just how calm she was because my mother was freaking out. As a bride it can feel very chaotic when the people around you are stressed, but when my mom was freaking out I wasn’t concerned because I knew that Jennifer or someone on her team would help us solve the problem (and they did!). My entire day went off without a hitch, and I am forever grateful to Jennifer and her team at Belle Ame for the part they played in our perfect wedding day.

  I would highly highly highly recommend them. Jennifer and her team were AMAZING! She took so much off my plate and brought up ideas/suggestions I had not thought of. We had a freak nor'easter storm blow in on our wedding day and we were supposed to get married outside. Jennifer transitioned the wedding inside and everything was flawless and I did not have to worry at all.

  Perfect Wedding at Wrightsville Beach

  I highly recommend wedding planner Jennifer Wilson with Belle Ame Event Planning in Wilmington. My daughter was married at a private home at Wrightsville Beach last weekend, April 17, 2021. It sounds corny, but it really was a perfect wedding. Jennifer made this possible.
  Jennifer worked beautifully with our small budget, and it was evident that she really can turn the proverbial sow’s ear into a silk purse! We were absolutely thrilled with each of the vendors she suggested to us for working within our budget. Throughout our planning process, Jennifer was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She was able to stay calm and provide support to our family as we navigated the very stressful wedding planning process. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy the day with my daughter, while Jennifer and her team took care of all the details.

  Beyond Perfection

  Jennifer Wilson is one special human! Picking a wedding planner was probably one of the more intimidating/harder decisions of the entire process. There are so many options, so many packages, and a lot of money on the line. From the moment I spoke to Jennifer on the phone, I knew she was the one for us. I chose the month of coordination and let me tell you, I got over and beyond what I paid for. Looking back, there is truly no amount of money I wouldn't be willing to pay to have her and her team there for our wedding. I tend to be described as very Type A - letting things go was hard but she handled it all with such ease. Not only did she meet us at the food tasting, she wasn't pushy and always helped me make sound decisions when selecting additional vendors and services. She was always responsive and the day of the wedding was made so magical because of her and her team. My family compared them to secret service agents. They wore headsets and were always 1-2 steps ahead of everything. Drinks that were spilled were quite literally cleaned up before they even hit the floor. After bridesmaid photos I had make up on my dress and Jennifer and Sarah were all over it. I never did not have a drink in my hand all night and I always felt like everyone knew where to be and what to be doing. Thank you endlessly, from the bottom of my heart for making our day incredible. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. We love you!!

  Our day ran SO smoothly with Jennifer!

  Jennifer made all my wedding dreams come to life on November 28. I couldn’t believe how she made every little detail look so amazing. My husband and I truly got to enjoy our wedding day because of her. I never worried about how anything from wedding party intros, dances, bouquet toss, etc was going to flow because she made it happen so effortlessly. We went over the timeline in detail beforehand to ease my mind and give me a mental picture but from there she took the show over and made it the most perfect night of our lives! 10/10 would recommend!!!!! Not to mention she’s the sweetest and most loving person ever!

  Jennifer was nothing short of phenomenal, and the perfect wedding coordinator. She was fun, knowledgeable, and a calming presence every step of the way. I truly believe she deeply cares for every couple as they take on this exciting stage of life! My husband and I were constantly reassured by her understanding of how to execute the perfect day, and her team proved to have just as much love and care for our day. I promise, Belle Ame is the right choice!

  Dream Wedding Planner!

  My husband and I got married on 01/31/21 with Jennifer as our wedding planner at Wrightsville Manor. Not only did Jennifer make our day absolutely perfect, she ran our wedding flawlessly in the pouring rain! Jennifer created a very detailed timeline that ran so smoothly even our guests were impressed and kept commenting how our wedding planner was killing it!
  
  Jennifer’s communication, response times, planning, and genuine caring about our big day was so nice to have, especially during this time. We loved her and you absolutely will too... so do yourself a favor and use Belle Ame Events!

  As soon as we spoke on the phone and met with Jennifer Wilson, we knew that we didn't want anyone else. She made us feel so at ease. I remembered after our first meeting with her, I told my fiance that she was the perfect planner. She took our vision of our dream wedding and budget in mind, and turned it into reality.
  
  She handled our day-of (which is month-of) logistics. She helped put together our entire wedding timeline for all of our vendors and was our main point of contact, and took care of every single detail on our wedding day. She coordinated our wedding beautifully; the entire 12 hours went by so smooth that we didn't have to worry at all! We were ON TIME for everything and got to enjoy every moment. As a bride, you want to be stress free and not have to worry about anything on your wedding day. Jennifer ensured I had water, my hair was ok for pictures, and plated our food.   Jennifer is a rockstar!

  My wedding was in Wilmington, NC and I worked directly with Jennifer Wilson- she is a rockstar! I thought I had everything figured out, but then I met with Jennifer and she stepped in, took the stress off me and handled everything. She had great relationships with the vendors, we were in constant contact, I could text her with any question I had. I couldn't imagine my wedding day without her, she took charge and let me just be the bride. She even decorated the mantle on the fireplace for us, she went above and beyond in every aspect and I would hire her for any event!

  Absolute Perfection

  Full disclosure: I'm writing this review not as a Bride, but as a recent Matron of Honor. While the bride worked closely with Belle Âme leading up to the wedding day, I had the privilege of working closely with Jen and Cheré on the week/weekend of the wedding (to try to keep any added stressors away from the bride). I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Communication was clear and open, they thought of everything that we never would have considered, and they made sure every single detail was carried out flawlessly. Most importantly, they did all of this while simultaneously making everyone in the bridal party feel comfortable and calm. It was an absolutely perfect day, and SO much of the credit goes to Belle Âme. Thank you!

  Chere was our wedding coordinator for our fall beach wedding and I would give her 10 stars if I could! She was a lifesaver as we were planning our out of town wedding - leading up to our wedding she was always accessible and super helpful and knowledgeable. On the actual day of our wedding she was amazing, and we were able to enjoy our day without worrying about anything, as she took care of it all. Thanks to her, our day was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and she was worth EVERY penny! Would highly, highly, highly recommend!
