Sam was so wonderful and made our wedding day perfect and stress-free. She was able to problem solve on the fly and answered all of our questions quickly. Stacy and Sam of Belle Beauty Events EXCEEDED our expectations! From start to finish, everything went flawlessly! Planning a wedding can be very stressful at times, but from the moment we met Stacy and Sam, they put all anxiety at ease! When they took over, we breathed a huge sigh of relief! We chose the Monthly Coordinator option and added a few extras (floral help ... and design). Stacy also designed a beautiful and meaningful memory table.
We had several meetings and Stacy knew what we wanted after asking questions and taking notes. Stacy is so creative and thorough. She gives strong and kind direction to everyone involved. I may add that Belle Beauty is also reasonably priced for the exceptional professional service we received. The wedding ceremony and reception were beautifully arranged by Stacy. We have received numerous comments that it was one of the most beautiful and fairy tale weddings they have ever been to.

Stacy and her team were everything my husband and I could have asked for in a wedding planner. Our August 2023 wedding was an ABSOLUTE BREEZE and I 100% give Stacy all of the credit.
From our first meeting, I knew she was someone that I NEEDED (not wanted) in helping keep me on track with all of her wedding planning check lists and deadlines. Even though my now husband and I had some idea of what we wanted to do for our wedding, Stacy was able to guide us even further and created such a delightful experience from start to finish. She was very patient during the final weeks and went above and beyond to make sure that I took deep breaths and trusted in the process. Stacy was an absolute dream to work with! Like many couples, we started off planning on our own and when we hit a wall, Stacy stepped right in and helped ease any of our anxieties and uncertainties and made wedding planning so much better and even fun! Stacy was easy to communicate with, happy to attend any vendor meetings, answered any and all questions we had, super organized, and professional. All of our vendors made several comments on how organized, professional, and wonderful she was to work with! She made sure we were always taken care of and our needs and wishes were met. Stacy understood our vision and I fully trusted her to make executive decisions when needed, especially during wedding day set up and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! She took our vision and elevated it! Wedding day was so smooth and we honestly couldn't have done it without her! She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, made sure that not only my husband and I were taken care of first, but also our families and wedding party. After the ceremony she had drinks and a plate of food in a private room ready for my husband and I, which was so so needed and a moment we will always cherish. We had a little trouble with the bustle on my dress but Stacy quickly problem solved and was able to not only save the bustle but made it better than originally planned. We also really appreciated her and her wonderful assistant Sam always making sure we had a drink or food, thoughtfully packing up our decorations and loading them into a car at the end of the night, and also making my husband and I each a plate of our wedding food and pie for the next day to enjoy. So we got to have our wedding food and dessert twice! I don't know how she is literally in a million places at once, but she was our go to person and knew every detail with ease, we never had to search for her she was literally always there to ensure everything ran smoothly and answer any questions that either we had or our vendors had. Our wedding guests are STILL talking about what a wonderful and smooth wedding we had even a month later! I did almost all of the planning for my wedding but I knew that once it became really close to it that I would need help and Stacy did an amazing job helping us with everything and all of the last minute changes. I recommend Belle Beauty Events 100%! Stacy and Sam gave us an amazing experience during my daughter's wedding! I must say they went above and beyond expectations. If you’re on the fence on hiring a wedding coordinator I say go for it! We had all vendors booked, all contracts signed and mostly paid for, and didn’t think we needed one but we’re so happy we got her. Stacy is 100% worth it! She made the rest of the planning a breeze. I gave her a rough idea on what I want (lots and lots of pink) and she executed perfectly. She is very detailed. She made sure that even the very minor details, thing that I didn’t even think about (like silverware) was taken care of. She came up with detailed timeline for all our vendors and took over all the communications. All our vendors loved her and raves about how detailed she is. Wedding day came and everything went off without a hitch. I was so relaxed the entire day and was able to enjoy the night. She made sure all the gifts/cards/flowers got sent home to the right person. Stacy made this 2020 coronavirus bride's dream wedding happen like there wasn't a worldwide pandemic. She didn't even blink!
Stacy has been an amazing asset to us planning our wedding and we could not have been luckier to have her services. She was so responsive, organized, and remembered every detail I ever mentioned. She even referenced my wedding Pinterest page for inspiration when making recommendations to me. Then when coronavirus hit, she didn't miss a beat rescheduling and coordinating our vendor's responses. There were so many things we had not thought of that Stacy knew were necessary to our wedding, she was an invaluable resource, especially on our actual wedding day. She worked harder than any other vendor and even picked up my veil to help me down the steps as I walked down the aisle. When you're a bride on a budget you might try to cut corners to save money, but don't cut corners on a wedding coordinator. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day and not stress, hire Stacy! She was so crucial to the perfection of our special day. -

Erik Bowers and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Stacy Elise Lunceford at Belle Beauty Design and Events By Stacy Lunceford. Stacy was amazing! She made it so all we had to do was show up and enjoy the celebration with our friends and family. She was intuitive and took care of everything without me even having to ask. She showed grace and tact in dealing with delicate issues that came up during the event and I loved that I could ask her to handle things and know they were handled! She is extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our day everything we had envisioned! Without Stacy, we also would not have been able to get nearly as many discounts and amazing contacts as we did! We received so many compliments and wonderful feedback from on how amazing all of the decorations were...especially the flowers and lighting. Most importantly, Stacy made us her top priority and made us feel like family. She made sure everything was taken care of and ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible the day of the wedding. Stacy and team were a fabulous resource throughout the wedding planning process. When we didn't love the rentals we picked out through our venue, she took us to her go-to rental company and knocked the design out of the park. The wedding itself was a doozy, at two locations and more than 170 people, and she pulled it off without a hitch (that I knew of, at least!). Stacy was wonderful to work with for our wedding. We met her at a wedding show about a year and a half before our wedding, and quickly knew that we wanted to work with her. We were impressed with the pictures she had to show us from previous wedding and felt that they matched our vision well. Additionally, she was super friendly, easy to talk to, and super confident! She definitely made the whole process a lot easier on me, providing a whole Google Drive folder of planning documents to help along the way. She drove all the way up to meet with us several times, and was able to find an amazing florist for our special day. While the day of the wedding is mostly a blur to me, I remember her and Sam being *on point* and on top of it all, and from my perspective everything ran rather smoothly. While there were some stressful moments in the week leading up to our wedding, I must express gratitude for Belle Beauty’s efforts in creating a beautiful day. However, there were communication lapses and last-minute changes that caused unnecessary stress. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the overall outcome and the lovely atmosphere they managed to create on our special day. -

Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this company for their planning services after the way my wedding day was executed. My wedding was on June 01, 2024 at The Outlook at Saddleridge in Chesterfield, VA .
While I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED with how my day went I cannot blame Sam (the lead planner who was in charge of my day) but instead blame the owner Stacy, who I hired and signed a contract with from the beginning to be the planner. Somewhere in the planning process she booked another wedding and decided to split up the associates between the two weddings. Something that was never discussed until after she signed another contract with another couple. Which to be honest was never discussed, instead was something I just had to deal with because I had already signed a contract with them. I think my wedding was underestimated and poorly planned. For example, my entire wedding party including myself was forced to be on site the morning of decorating the tables, ceremony, and all other areas because we observed what had not been done and had to take matters into our own hands. When we should have been enjoying ourselves getting ready together. I was asked to take photos of all of my decor items and then also put them into bins with labels and an itemized list of what was in those bins for the planners to know exactly where those items went. None of which matched the photos that I had originally dropped into the google drive that they had asked for. A list of things that were not done : -mothers and grandmothers NEVER received their corsages (I found them in the fridge the day after while cleaning up. This was brushed off like it didn’t matter which only left me more DISAPPOINTED. -My ENTIRE WEDDING PARTY including myself had to go to my venue the morning of to help get the venue decorated, whether it was due to lack of staffing, or one of the planners being a few hours late I will never know but it could have been prevented. - My welcome/seating chart was not only incomplete and missing wax stamps but the area looked nothing like my photo. Me and my brother spent an entire week setting these designs up for each area and then dropped them into the google shared folders and they still looked nothing like our original photo. -Champagne tower area was missing bows on the stems. (This tells me they again ran out of time) -I never once saw my toss bouquet. that was never able to be given to the mother of the bride because it was nowhere to be found. - the finer details like the bows on the goblet glasses were not only missed but instead placed sporadically on the bud vases. I’m sure it was due to lack of time but this is another reason why this company was unprepared. Had they told me ahead of the day that they didn’t think 2 planners would have been enough we would have gladly discussed adding another assistant because the venue was larger than they anticipated. -our timeline ran 30-50 minutes behind THE ENTIRE DAY because my wedding party had to make runs back and forth from my bridal cottage to the venue to help decorate because we saw how things were not being done. -my brother (man of honor) was drenched in sweat from decorating both the ceremony site and reception area and missed multiple photos of us getting ready because he had to take one for the team and finish Setting up the bud vases for the tables in the reception hall. I will never forgive this company for the way my brother cried from having missed out on those moments with me. - Sams assistant was close to 2 hours late the day of. -After spending and entire week purchasing, labeling, itemizing the bins, and putting photos of each area. The items were just thrown back into whatever bin was in front of them. So to me that meant they didn’t care at all about anything because my day was over with. -because of the timeline being so behind due to such poor planning my entire day was a circus. There were photos I never got with because we were SO RUSHED. I could go on but these reviews can only be so long. I cannot blame Sam for all of these things because she did her best to try and get done what she could as she is just one person. She also was extremely helpful with printing out my place cards for me due to printing issues, and helped me make one of my yard signs last minute because my cricut machine was not working correctly. So for her I am grateful and understand that she is just one person. I do believe all of the mishaps that occured on the day of could have been prevented with just a quick conversation about adding an extra assitant to our invoice. I expected this company to make my day easier but instead it was a circus. An absolute circus. It has taken me a whole month to even sit here and talk about the day because of how unhappy I was and still am. I even reached out to the owner Stacy, to set up a time to discuss how we felt and give feedback and she completely ignored my message. So my best advice to anyone looking into this company for hire is to DO NOT hire this company and look elsewhere. I surely wish I had. My day was a disaster and as a bride I feel I need to let others know exactly how my day went with this company.
