  The best of the best

  Tamara made the entire planning process stress-free with her professionalism and experience. I do not live in the Asheville area so I wanted to find someone who was familiar with and could recommend vendors with confidence. If you are getting married at the Biltmore you must consider Tamara!! As someone who is very detail-oriented I put my full trust in her for the entire weekend and was able to be present and enjoy the moments, so thank you, Tamara!!

  Tamara was the absolute best!

  One of the absolute best decisions we made during the planning process was hiring Tamara. From start to finish, she felt more like a partner than a vendor to us - she was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process and was knowledgeable and on the ball with virtually every aspect of our wedding. On the day of, everything went according to plan and we are convinced it was largely thanks to Tamara’s preparation and stark attention to detail to ensure a smooth day all around. So many of our friends in our bridal party who are married said their coordinators didn’t hold a candle to Tamara. Do not hesitate to hire Tamara - you will not regret it!

  Tamara was amazing!

  Tamara made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect! From our first phone conversation, she made me feel heard, supported, and excited as a bride. She was so helpful with all vendor logistics and wedding details as a whole. I never had to worry about something leading up to the wedding or over our wedding weekend, because she had it handled. I always looked forward to our weekly phone conversations and will miss them! If you are getting married, I highly recommend Tamara as your wedding planner! She is perfection!

  Tamara knocked it out of the park!

  I cannot say enough great things about Tamara! I truly believe she is the reason our wedding went so smoothly and perfectly. She was so organized from day 1 and was always available for any and all questions I had along the way. I never felt stressed during the planning process and it is because I knew I had Tamara in my corner! She is amazing at what she does, and truly enjoys it - which shows! Even after our wedding was over and she was finished with us, she tracked down something that I thought I had lost at the venue while we were on our honeymoon - she truly goes above and beyond in all aspects!

  I cannot say enough great things about Tamara! I truly believe she is the reason our wedding went so smoothly and perfectly.   5 Star Service for couple from Alabama

  My wife and I hired Tamara to be our wedding coordinator for our destination wedding at The Biltmore in Asheville, NC. Right from the start we were both very impressed with Tamara. Since we were from out of state, we needed someone that would be able to take care of things for us since we could not be in Asheville at all times. From the first phone call I know my wife felt very comfortable with Tamara and knew that we would be taken care of. From weekly phone calls to having check lists to ensure that everything would be perfect on our wedding day. Tamara is very well organized and does an exceptional job making sure that even the smallest details are taken care of. I'm not sure that we could have had a better experience. Tamara was an essential part to our wedding day and definitely helped it go very smoothly. I can not recommend her enough.

  Beyond exceptional.

  Tamara was beyond exceptional to work with—this is coming from me (the bride), my now husband, as well as both of our families. She handled everything impeccably and with my wedding taking place during Covid, this was not an easy undertaking for anyone… but Tamara made it all happen with such grace and professionalism at every step of the way. She is worth every penny over again and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone. My wedding took place in Asheville with the ceremony at The Basilica at Saint Lawrence, and the reception at The Grand Bohemian in Biltmore Village. Tamara was on top of every little detail—from the church to the reception… every second in between—transportation, photos, hair/makeup, florals, cake, keeping me sane!… the list goes on and on—she made everything possible for me and I am endlessly grateful to have had her support through the entire planning process up to my big day.
  
  Leading up to my wedding, Tamara and I had regular chats where we talked through every item on her list, crossing things off, highlighting areas we needed to work on and discussing logistics from all directions.   Wedding/Event Planner -> Friend

  Tamara was the best wedding planner for our wedding that didn't get to happen!
  
  We were to be married on 3/29/2020, right before the "world shut down." Up until the day that our venue decided to close due to the pandemic, Tamara and I were speaking on the phone daily, if not multiple times a day, to discuss our options - how we would make our perfect day happen, what would need to be a little different, etc. When our venue was forced to cancel our event, my now husband and I decided to get married in my parents' backyard with less than 24-hours' notice.
  While our wedding didn't get to happen even remotely close to as we planned it, I am beyond thankful for the friendship with Tamara that came from our months of planning! She is the best, whether or not you even get to have your wedding ;)

  The Best of the Best

  Wow, I truly have no words to express how incredible Tamara Heston is. She is the best of the best, and our wedding ceremony and reception at Biltmore went off without a hitch because of her. Truly, everything was perfect. From the beginning of the planning process to the end, Tamara didn't miss a beat with anything. She is beauty and she is grace handling every stressful situation with a smile and ease of expertise.
  
  I looked forward to my weekly calls with Tamara and was constantly impressed with how "on it" she was since the first time we met. Not only did she comfort me throughout the process, she also made time to chat with my mom and assure her everything was on track. I am super Type A, and it takes a lot for me to FULLY trust someone, but I knew after our first conversation that Tamara was my girl because she proved it. I was so grateful to know that our wedding was in the best hands from the moment I met her. I had always envisioned worrying on my wedding day, but everything was flawless with her, and I didn't have to think about a single thing. My husband and I had the most fun on my wedding night without a worry in the world, which wouldn't have been possible without Tamara. Pair her with the Biltmore staff and there is no doubt you will have a DREAM wedding. Thank you, Tamara, for making our wedding so magical and perfect. It still doesn't feel real.

  Flawless experience!

  Working with Tamara was so easy and everything about our wedding went off without a hitch! Tamara was super responsive throughout the time leading up to our wedding, and her expertise with the property (Biltmore Estate) was invaluable in making sure everything was executed flawlessly. I would recommend her to anyone!

Our wedding day experience was smoother than I could have ever imagined. I am so happy with how things turned out and I couldn’t have done it without Tamara! Tamara will make your wedding dreams come true and I HIGHLY recommended!

We had several phone conversations leading up to the wedding and I always felt like it was so easy to talk to her and express my feelings about what I wanted for the day. She was so great at keeping me on track and keeping things organized. She made a full day of plan that I could not have done without her. It was down to the minute! Everything was well thought out and you could tell from her experience she knew how much time each thing needed, etc. Not only did she help keep me organized and plan the day of, but she also recommended vendors and was always open to helping give advice on them or other aspects of the wedding. She was always very responsive to email! She handled the rehearsal very well. Kept us all organized & on track and for the wedding day, everyone knew what to do! On the wedding day, she did so much! Lined everyone up for the ceremony, kept pictures on track, delivered gifts for me, setup my personal decorations, helped get my train/veil in order before I walked down the aisle, helped the three year old flower girl down the aisle, kept the toasts to a minimum :), and made sure everything just went smoothly! She even picked up and delivered all my personal decor to the Biltmore Inn at the end of the night so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I would highly recommend Tamara and her team for your wedding! Took the stress away from the whole day and made everything easy :)

  ZERO Flexibility During Global Pandemic :(

  I was to be married in Highlands, NC on October 2, and hired Tamara to be my "weekend of" coordinator. Due to Coronavirus, and out of the safety of our guests, my fiance and I made the difficult decision to cancel our 200 person wedding, and instead have a small 40 person wedding where my mother lives on the same weekend. After delivering this news to Tamara, she terminated our contract with her as she did not want to travel to our new venue (less than 5 hrs from her home). Not only did she refuse her services to us at our new venue, she refused to refund our deposit. We would have been happy to have Tamara be a part of our "Plan B" wedding weekend, or if she did not feel comfortable with that, we would have gladly accepted a refund of our deposit. I was disappointed to see someone so inflexible to adjust, given the MAJOR adjustments we were having to make as a bride and groom. Aside from Tamara, all of our wedding vendors immediately offered us a full refund, or adjusted to our new "Plan B" wedding. As we hired Tamara to help us "weekend of", she had seemingly done no work for us but still felt comfortable keeping our deposit. We are grateful to all of the other vendors who were so willing to work with us during what has been a difficult year for everyone! As this Global Pandemic seems to be the "new norm" for the foreseeable future, it is safe to say lots of brides will have to adjust their plans, and I do not recommend hiring Tamara for that exact reason.
