Words can not describe how happy I am that I chose this vendor. Professionalism and Flexibility through the roof! Everyone raved to me afterward on being the FIRST wedding they have ever been to where the food was actually delicious. B. Chateau was always flexible when it came to my payments and last minutes changes on my part! Definitely will be using them in the future for events for my family and friends. 5 stars across the board.

Amazing!!!! Christina and her crew may seem rough around the edges at first, but once you begin to work with them they're a pleasure! I gave them a list of exactly how I wanted things to be set up and upon walking into my reception I thought I would need to move things around to how I wanted them to be, before guests arrived; to my surprise everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it down to last picture frame! I couldn't have been happier! The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. I can't wait to have another party here!

I love this reception hall and everyone who works there. Kristina and her team are amazing. I had the room with the tree, which I got married under. All of my pictures of this venue were gorgeous. The food is excellent and all of my guests had nothing but full bellies while on the dance floor. All of my requests were fulfilled.

Belvedere was great to work with. The venue is beautiful and one of a kind on the southside. The service and food was great-Best Polish food in town! The staff made planning super easy and they were very flexible. We couldn't have had our reception in a better place. Our family and friends are still talking about the sweet table!

My husband and I have been married 12 days!!! Our reception was held at Belvedere and I have to say we had the time of our lives! Granted we had to wait 18 months for our day but it was well worth it. The food was amazing. We had Chicken, Pork and Ribs, along with that of course potatoes, noodles and cucumber salad. We are polish so it was tipical. The service was prompt the organization was fantastic. The service of clean up and serving drinks was awesome. Whatever was asked was granted. Our sweet table was beyond our dreams and our cake was mmmm goood!
Our parents told us that many people were quite suprised by the grand look of the hall and the way that everything was done. The amount we spent for 275 people was amazing and I could not be more happy. We had the works, meaning chair covers, table cloths, candles and center pieces. Honestly money well spent and compleatley would recommend this hall to all couples who want a great wedding!

This location is very nice, I would pick them again for an event. My guest gave good reviews on the food. the style of the Garden room was lovely. Cost for food was right on for my budget. The only take aways that I have for them was the extra charge for everything else, and the hours that they are willing to allow you to set up. I will said that I paid nothing extra to have my cermony.

This was a excellent reception hall. Kristina and her crew were so wonderful to us. They had their servers come up to us randomly throughout the night to make sure everything was ok and would ask if there was anything else that they could do. They were extreamly helpful. They are always willing to answer your questions and help you out as much as they can. They set up my centerpeices and all the other decorations for me a couple nights before and made the room look stunning. I honestly couldn't believe how elegant the room looked. Everyone raved about the food how delicious, hot and fresh it was. We also got the cake through them. Everyone told us that it was the best cake they've ever had, people were even leaving with three or four boxes of cake! This reception hall is so reasonably priced, you get triple of what you pay for. The only small complaint I would have for them is that during dinner they only served one dressing instead of the two we chose and there is one staff person there that is not the friendliest, and was a bit rude to us. But other than that, it is a fantastic place and would recommend it to everyone.

We could not have chosen a better reception venue for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, all of the staff was very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. When I arrived at the reception on my wedding day, I was amazed with how they set everything up so beautifully! I had the Garden Room and in my opinion, it is the most amazing room to have any wedding in! Throughout the reception, all of the staff was very helpful and attentive and all of my guests had an amazing time! In addition, the food was amazing and I received many compliments from people on how delicious the food was! I would VERY HIGHLY recommend the Belvedere Chateau for any wedding or event and I hope to book another event there in the future! Thank you Belvedere Chateau!!!

This Reception location is absolutely beautiful! It has marble floors, high ceilings, and even walls made of marble. The staff here is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It is a bit more expensive than other banquet halls in the area, but you do get what you pay for. Overall a wonderful experience :)

The women at Belvedere are absolutely amazing! Friendly, understanding, patient, and most of all kind. They were able to accommodate by requests and also provided me with suggestions.

Beautiful Place for a wedding or any special event. I was unhappy with the fact that I wanted to get an estimate on the wedding cake we were going to get through them as well but they said since they were so busy with other clients they didnt call me back until about 2 weeks after I bought a different cake. Otherwise the food is soooooo delish and the place is sooooo pretty and they let u stay wayyy past your set venue time :)

We had our ceremony in the garden room. It was BEAUTIFUL. The night before the wedding there was a rehearsal mixup and other people were rehearsing in the same room as ours which was really annoying, but I think it was their fault not the halls and they wouldn't leave. Some of the waiters during the dinner hour seemed like they didn't know what to do, but overall I was very happy with the way everything turned out, mainly because the beauty of the room and flexibility of the owners who let us decorate for 2 full days before our wedding. Overall an amazing place for a wedding.

I had my wedding reception at Belvedere Chateau this past May.

Before the wedding, the girls working at Belvedere Chateau gave me advice on things I would never even know to ask. Advice on how big the cake should be, sweet table, appetizers, napkin, chairs, etc. Their experience in dealing with weddings helped me identify where I should maybe save some money.

On the wedding day, everything went very well. The room was decorated as requested even before my quests started arriving. My quests started showing up before the start time (6pm) and the banquet hall did serve my guests drinks. The bar wasn't suppose to start till 6 pm. Food was very good especially the midnight snack (beet and ham with sauerkraut). A few quests told me the bartender made very strong drinks which made people happy. There were so issues with the service. The only incident was during dinner service, one of the waiters forgot to serve food to one table but when pointed out, they were very apologetic and served the food right away. All the bathrooms were very clean.

I would definitely recommend this banquet hall.

I had my wedding in the West room, it was decorated beautifully! I had so many compliments from friends and family and the cost was within reason. Kristina was very helpful to make sure that all my needs were met prior to the wedding. Overall, i would recommend this venue to anyone i know!

From the moment I saw the Garden Room, I was in love with this banquet hall. The people working the office were a little cranky sometimes and they were not always flexible with us at first. Mostly because they didn't have to be. They fill up quick and if we didn't want to pay, there was someone else who would gladly take our spot. However, as time went on I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and helpful the staff was. The day of the event, all the staff was great and quick to get anything we needed. The hall was GORGEOUS! I don't think I've ever seen a place more romantic and lovely. It has a great enchanted forrest kind of feel to it that I just loved. The prices are VERY reasonable for what you get and the food was fantastic! Everyone raved about the beef. I was worried about working with the staff in the beginning, but in the end everything came together perfectly and everyone was very helpful.

This is a tough one to write because your experience will depend on whom you deal with. Kristina was very nice and accomodating. The other banquet manager was a bit rude and off putting. She told us at the last moment that there was no way that they could set up our decorations because they had another large wedding that day. That left us scrambling on the wedding day...very irritating and unprofessional. Kristina did her best to smooth things out and had the rest of the room looking wonderful by the time the reception started. That being said...the food was wonderful, the liquor top shelf, and the hall was absolutely beautiful. Without a doubt, they are one of the best priced venues in the area. Our guests loved it and were very impressed by the venue. This venue books up rapidly. We booked almost a full 2 years out and still were not able to get our preferred date! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is price conscious, looking for a beautiful venue with great food, and not demanding "being waited on hand and foot" but still getting reasonable service.

We had a disaster with our previous reception venue and had to find another 5 months before our wedding. Luckily, Belvedere Chateau had an opening. The venue is beautifully decorated- marble, crystal, great architecture, etc. The owner is not very kind, but the women that work in the office are great. They were flexible with some things, but very particular with others. All in all, it was a beautiful reception.
