My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Ben for both our engagement photo shoot and wedding day videography. We had talked to multiple videographers and didn’t love how cookie-cutter/impersonal some wedding videos can be, but when we found Ben, we knew he was undoubtedly our guy! His kindness, attention to detail, and love for his craft is evident in our wedding video- what we love so much about it is that while it focuses on our love, it displays such tender moments of those we love most in such a thoughtful way. We get misty eyed every time we watch it, and received SO many compliments on both our teaser and video. Ben has the distinct ability to make you feel comfortable while he is capturing your moment- something I was nervous about especially during our engagement photo shoot since I dislike being photographed. He is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, and we would recommend him to all! Thank you Ben! -

AMAZING!! When you hire a videographer for one of the most important days of your life, you want to know that you’re going to have someone there who truly cares about how special the day is for you! And that is EXACTLY what we got when we hired Ben! Apart from having PHENOMENAL talent behind the camera, he showed compassion, patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to capture your day in the way you always imagined it to be!! What we loved most about working with Ben was that it felt like you were working with someone who’d been part of your life for a long time!! He is very personable, very involved, while also allowing you to feel completely comfortable and stress free during your day!! He had GREAT communication, and truly made you feel like what you wanted mattered!! He’s FANTASTIC, and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who truly wants an INCREDIBLE film that’ll you’ll have for the rest of your life!! TRUST US, you WILL NOT regret it!!! THANK YOU, BEN!!! -

Our contract was for a 10min video, he returned a 6 and a 1/2 minute video. His website promises drone footage. There was 1 drone shot in the entire clip. We specifically asked for iPhone content for easy social media - to be shot by the second shooter. This request was ignored. The video was great but not quite what we were expecting.Ben Bashor Films's reply:
Hey there! I appreciate your feedback and I'm very sorry you were not fully satisfied with my services.
Per our signed contract and the video package chosen, the video length signed off on by all parties was 5 minutes, so my apologies if there was confusion about that.
One drone clip was included as a creative choice, and I understand if more drone clips were wanted in the final film.
The iPhone content request was not ignored, and was captured throughout the day. In a effort to put all my attention into getting the film delivered as quickly as possible and making it the best it could be, as well as the limited text message responses, I forgot to send the folder of iPhone clips. My apologies for that. I'd be happy to still send that to you ASAP!
