A Bride's Dream Come True

We hired Naomi as our wedding coordinator for our wedding in May 2024. She was an absolute dream to work with, super organized, proactive, working ahead all the time so everything was in order during the big day. I honestly didn't realize how valuable a wedding coordinator role would be until a few months into planning, and then it really hits home about a month before the wedding! She was incredible, coordinating with all the vendors on timing, set up, decorations, who/what/when/wherem etc, so that on the wedding day all I had to do was get my hair and makeup done, dress, and get married! I highly recommend Naomi, she will be with you every step of the way and point out things that you may not think of!

Excellent Company if You’re Looking for a Coordinator

We partnered with Krista from Bend Wedding Events for our daughter’s wedding. We could only afford the day of option and we were weren’t sure what that would entail. Krista was amazing! She held multiple meetings with us leading up to the wedding, helped us create an entire timeline for the day to keep us on track, she communicated and helped organize all the vendors, and was there for us and our guests for the entire event from the rehearsal to the day of. She was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best!

Naomi and the team at Bend Weddings and Events are simply exceptional! Their hard work and planning made it so we could enjoy our wedding day and not worry about a thing! We had several pre-wedding meetings where we went through ideas and discussed logistics . Naomi brought up so many things that we had not thought of ourselves. The weeks before my wedding were not very stressful because I knew Naomi was in contact with all of my vendors and getting the final touches done.
The value of this team is unbelievable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, so you can enjoy your party!!

Wonderful Experience

Bend Wedding and Events is wonderful! Naomi was the best money spent in all my wedding planning! I live out of town, and she was still able to help and support the planning process. As the wedding day got closer, she did a ton of work to connect with all the other vendors so everything was in order before the big day. My wedding day had some unexpected turns, and Naomi was absolutely on top of everything, so patient, kind, and truly a joy to work with! I would highly recommend Bend Wedding and Events!

Naomi is an all-star

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Naomi (Bend Weddings and Events). She was extremely prepared, thoughtful, proactive, and overall a great person to work with. AMAZING! Loved working with Krista!

Our wedding day of coordinator was Krista and she was absolutely amazing! She made everything from the beginning email stages to our actual wedding day seem less and perfect! She was a huge help in my stress as we were planning a destination wedding and she made sure that I knew all of the important information. At the rehearsal and wedding day she was simply amazing and made it so I had no idea if anything went wrong. A lot of friends and family commented on how great she was and overall would 100% recommend her and the business! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Incredible Wedding Coordinator

Our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding was last weekend at Sunriver Resort. Krista was hired as the wedding day coordinator, but provided so much guidance, assistance and insight during the wedding planning process. We had a minor wedding day dress malfunction and Krista came to the rescue immediately with resources to address it. She anticipated any issue. Destination Wedding Designed with Local Hospitality

We are San Jose, CA locals that fell in love with the beautiful backdrop that Bend, OR has to offer. We knew we needed help coordinating our destination wedding, so selecting the right person to help plan our special day was a choice we had to get right. We interviewed multiple coordinators and the moment we spoke to Naomi Russell at Bend Weddings and Events, we both knew we found who we were looking for. Naomi's professionalism, service, and extensive network of vendors experienced in weddings made Bend Weddings and Events a "one-stop-shop" for all our wedding needs. Naomi's scheduling app makes it easy to schedule phone calls. She also creates a gentle flow of wedding planning tasks through Aisle Planner which allowed us to tackle the many wedding "to-dos" without feeling overwhelmed throughout the process. An opportunity for feeling overwhelmed revealed itself the night before our engagement photoshoot with Ely Roberts, one of Naomi's suggested photographers. The night before the photoshoot, we were out to a nice dinner in Bend, OR and Naomi informed us our hair/makeup person was unable to make it to the appointment for the following afternoon. If we were on our own, this would've sent us into a panic and most likely ruined our dinner as we scrambled searching for a replacement. Even though Naomi was sick, she went to work and found the perfect substitute. After that experience, we both knew we found the right coordinator in Naomi. She was consistently there when we needed her and we can't imagine experiencing the wedding planning process without Naomi and her team. We leaned on Naomi for suggestions, guidance, and all the little things that we had no idea about, and she delivered for us.

Krista Jacques is a delight!

We worked with Krista to plan our wedding and cannot recommend her and Bend Wedding and Events enough! Krista worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track and pre-emptively reached out to all our vendors to coordinate their arrivals and timeline. We had to make some day-of changes due to weather and Krista made sure we were still on schedule and got in all the of the photos and setup that we wanted. We would have been so lost without her and are so grateful that she was there for us!

We loved our experience with Naomi through Bend Weddings & Events! To save money, we chose the simplest wedding planning package they offer; however, I felt I received even more guidance and assistance than I expected! Naomi was always quick to respond to my (many) emails and offered lots of vendor recommendations in Bend (several which I ended up hiring) as well as decor inspiration assistance. Our day of experience with Naomi and her assistant also could not have gone better. She was there from early morning through nearly the entire night. She helped set up the lodge and ceremony areas and brought our wedding vision to life! She truly made me and my bridal party/family feel at ease and our event went absolutely flawlessly...I did not think this was even possible! Truly could not have made our wedding dream come to life without Naomi and her incredible professionalism, expertise, calmness and organization.

Glad I didn’t decide to DIY this

We had a small wedding, so I debated whether this was even necessary for a long time. I’m the end, I decided a day-of coordinator would be a good way to avoid working my own wedding or passing undesirable tasks off to friends & family. Naomi went above & beyond, planning for things I hadn’t given any thought, & finding tasks she could do & ways she could help on her own initiative with no prompting. Great communication & work ethic; I highly recommend her services. Thanks, Naomi!

A Perfect Day!

Naomi Russell was a wonderful help planning my daughters wedding from a different state during Covid. She kept us all sane with recommendations and ideas. We hired her as a Day of coordinator and she made sure the day ran smoothly and stress free. What a beautiful day. Just perfect.

Consummately professional

Naomi Russell expertly helped the bride and groom plan and carry out a wedding that went through many changes. The process began 9 months ahead of time in December of 2019, encountered the difficulties of COVID restrictions and the last minute challenge of wildfire smoke on the days preceding and the day of the wedding. Naomi responded with cool expertise, confidence and completeness. She is very knowledgeable about the processes and etiquette of the wedding festivities, helpful with recommendations and alternatives, professional in her communications. We ended up relying on her more than we thought we would, especially when unexpected circumstances occurred. Well versed, tireless, extremely competent. She is a great ally to lead your team.

Magadalyn is AMAZING

Magadalyn was a godsend on our wedding day. I put together most of the details myself, but when it came down to execution, I knew I needed help so as to not overstress day-of. She was AMAZING. She took over, and got my vision without me having to explain much and really did well. She not only handled communication between all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the day, but that weekend too, as well as the set up of the reception/ceremony. When we threw a last minute second site at her, she rolled with it, even making sure that our decor stretched for both sites. She kept me calm, and even helped re-corset my dress when it was too loose after bridesmaids helped. I cannot recommend her enough - especially for those who aren't certain they need a coordinator. I didn't think I did and I don't think the wedding would have been pulled off had it not been for her. She was wonderful! And if we did it all again, I'd hire her sooner. Love her!

One of a kind

Naomi at bend weddings and events was the perfect choice for my day of coordinator. She was so worth the money and made both of our families and I at ease. The wedding went off so smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator.
