Shan Sent on 03/20/2018The best of the best - Rescued my Grandmother-in-laws invaluable ring. I had found Sami online after reading these reviews and hoped they were not too good to be true. In fact, they were under-rating him if anything he deserves 6 stars out of 5. I had recently taken my engagement ring to the 'best of the best' in center city and resized it down to be a full size larger than I needed- I left thinking something was wrong as the ring looked damaged but brushed it off. THANK GOD I went to Sami for the final resizing. He ever-so-nicely pointed out the damage done to the ring; cautious of bad mouthing another which I greatly respected. For half the price of the original resizing, Sami flawlessly fixed and resized the ring down and gave us a beautiful appraisal along with some fun facts about the history of the ring and it's coal region origins. We both went to pick up the ring and were in tears over the beauty he brought out in it. I look forward to working with him on my husband-to-be's wedding ring and all future jeweler needs. We're both thrilled that we have handmade rings rather than mass-produced items, and we love that we were able to support a local business. Sami's jewelery is gorgeous, and he was very wiling to work with us to create exactly what we wanted. We even had him design and hand-make necklaces for my matron of honor and bridesmaid, and they came out even better than we expected. Thank you, Sami!! -
