  Benita's was fantastic for selecting both my gown as well as the men's tuxes. We didn't have a long engagement, so I didn't start looking with enough time to order a dress custom sized for me, which meant buying something off of the rack. Many places either didn't offer off-the-rack dresses, or they didn't have a very good selection. Benita's had more options than I needed! They were able to get me in a dress I loved and alter it to fit me. When I was done, we got my fiancee and his guys in there to select what they wanted and be measured. The process was super easy, even for one of the guys coming from out of town that got measurement done locally and called them in.
  
  All-in-all, I think the women at Benita's are fantastic, helpful, and know their business to perfection!

  I went here to try on dresses for the first time and I had a blast. Kristin was my bridal consultant and she helped me so much. I found the exact dress I want and I will be going there next week to purchase it.

  I got my wedding dress here! The service was excellent and I was treated like a Princess. I got a Maggie Sottero gown and chose to add a jacket from Justin Alexander to make it more modest for me. I loved the fit of the dress and it was so gorgeous with the jacket but I wanted more sparkle. So one of consultants offered a suggestion of adding sparkle tulle underneath the first layer as to provide the sparkle that I needed. Well I thought that was a terrific idea and went ahead and made my purchase, along with a drop dead gorgeous Chapel length lace veil they made in store!
  
  I am so pleased with my purchase and my experience and will absolutely recommend this store to all my friends or random people on the street needing a wedding dress.

  The service I received at Benita's Bridal was fabulous. I had an attendant all to myself and she was extremely helpful and aided me in finding the perfect dress...and so close to home!

  I use to shop here for school dance dresses, so I popped in one weekend with my family. The value compared to the dresses I tried on in Seattle was outstanding. I found a unique dress, with all the beading and glitz I wanted within my budget. The staff was professional, kept appointment times, and genuine. I would recommend Benita's to everyone!

  Benita's Bridal has it all in my opinion. I went in last year to get my dress after I saw them at the Seattle Wedding Expo, and drove over an hour to go there. My mother and I were greeted immediately with friendly associates. They cared about me, my wedding, and the styles I was interested in and picked out amazing dresses in my very low budget, and they were all stunning! They nailed my tastes down right away. When I did found the dress 30 minutes later my associate made me feel gorgeous with all of her lovely comments, other associates came by to congratulate me. They had a great selection of dresses in every price range, many styles, and the women were knowledgeable on each dress they put you in. They are accommodating, and discreet, to me this place was the best, and I recommend them to everyone who is getting married! My favorite experience of the store was that as a plus sized bride I didn't feel different, and they had dresses to fit my body size.

  My bridesmaid had recommended this place, after coming here for her sister's wedding dress. We made it in to Benita's about a month before the wedding. (Travelling to Silverdale is a big thing for us... it's a whole day trip.) After finding out that dresses are usually ordered MONTHS in advance, and not being a tiny girl, I was worried that they wouldn't have very much available for me that I could just buy right away. But a lovely lady helped us as soon as we walked in the door. (I feel like her name was Kristena, but I have a bad memory and may be wrong.) She helped me figure out my dress size based on my regular clothing size, and said it would be no problem. She found dresses within our range and respected that it was a rather tight budget that couldn't be swayed to go hundreds higher. She helped me get into the dresses and made light conversation with me. She helped me in and out of multiple dresses more than once. I loved the experience. She even matched my veil perfectly. I am happy to say that I found the gown here, and it was just over $500 for the dress. If I ever need another fancy gown (their bridesmaid section was amazing as well) I will come back here, since the service was so great.

  I absolutley loved this place. I was kind of sad to take my dress home because that meant I didn't have to go to Benita's anymore. My dress was kind of small so they put a corset in for me and it was amazing. It looked like the corset was meant to be there all along! Perfect!

One bridesmaid was coming from the east coast and was 3 months pregnant of course after the dresses had been ordered and had arrived? Panic set in for the bride, but Benita's ensured us they would be able to fix it once she arrived for the wedding and not to worry at all. They were able to fix it easily within three days! Fabulous people to work with and I would highly recommend them. Very friendly!

  My dress got lost in the mail on the way to Hawaii and I had to buy a dress the night before I left. Benita's was great. They helped me find a new dress at a very reasonable cost and they even altered it that evening before they closed so I could take it with me. They went above and beyond.

  my dress was gorgeous, and the size we ordered fit almost perfectly, only needed hemming. great service for my dress however one of my bridesmaids felt they treated her poorly when she came in dressed down. also cost of alterations was very high. great selections on dresses and can even alter some styles! very helpful and knowledgable.

  Benitas has a great selection, and their dresses are reasonably priced. I had so many compliments on my gown... it was gorgeous. The people here are helpful and friendly. Even the seamstresses are great here. I love Benitas and would recommend them to anyone.

I still wanted to try to find the perfect dress since they were local. They were very responsive and so nice during the whole process. I also purchased my under garments from them and the girl that was assisting me picked one out that was two cup sizes too big. I did not notice because when I tried it on I was already half in my dress and couldn't quite see it. When I brought it home I realized that it was not a form fitting as I needed. Benitas usually doesnt allow returns or exchanges but when I told them that I would rather get one the correct size, they were very understanding. The price of their dresses is definitly moderate - high so be prepared ! but the value does reflect.

  The first dress I bought the sales person was more concerned about making a sale. The same day after buying my dress (hastily) I called to see if I could come and look at more dresses and possibly look at more, and was told NO all sales are final. Well the more I thought about it the more I was not happy with the dress that I chose. I took the dress with me back to the store and spoke to another woman there which was a DREAM... She talked them into taking my dress back and letting me pick out another one. Then I was able to get the dress of my dreams.... Thank you so much for allowing me to get the dress of my dreams. Wasn't crazy bout the 25% restocking fee but at that point whatever... I was just happy to be a HAPPY bride....

  I am so upset right now. I bought my dress from Benita's and was told I needed a bustier. The one we found was not the right size, but it "was the closest one we have". So I paid $60 for it. I wanted my dress to look perfect and I believed the salesperson who told me this would do it.

  No return policy is ridiculous when you are conned into buying something you don't need in a size that doesn't fit.
