  We worked with Dino to create the most beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen in my life. We had a ring from our past as well as a ring from his grandmother, and we used the ring and the diamonds to make a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. They were creative yet professional, and they were easy to get along with as well as amazing at what they do. We also made his wedding band at Bergstrom's and bought my bands there, and we could not be more excited with how everything turned out. The owner of the store even helped us with our ideas for quite awhile, and everyone had creative and new ideas to throw on the table. I have a beautiful ring that is truly one-of-a-kind, made with family diamonds and a ring that has sentimental value, and we couldn't have done it without Dino and the team at Bergstrom's!

  I adore Bergstrom Jewelers! My mother purchased a Bulova watch for my thirtieth birthday a couple years ago that I love, so I was thrilled when my fiance went there to buy an engagement ring. I was floored and overjoyed when he proposed with this ring. The diamond is absolute perfection! Recently, we went in together to pick out our wedding bands...and I was a little nervous because it was such a big decision, but the whole process was delightful. Bob Z. helped us pick out exactly what we had in mind walking in the door without any pressure. He also showed us some awesome new pieces of technology they have, like a engagement ring box with a tiny camera on it...that is such a great idea!
  After such a great experience for Ryan and I, we'd definitely recommend Bergstrom Jewelers!!

  My husband bought me engagement ring from Bergstrom Jewelers and we couldn't have been happier with my ring or the service we received. Mandy was helpful from start to finish and was never "salesy". Would highly recommend Mandy and Bergstrom Jewelers for any jewelry needs!

  We worked with Dino at Bergstrom and had a great experience. The only negative was that we weren't able to find a wedding band for me there for the right price to had to go elsewhere. They made my engagement ring custom for me because I hadn't seen anything I wanted there or anywhere else.

  We ordered my engagement ring from Bergstroms in St. Louis Park. It took 2.5 weeks longer than expected which ruined my fiancé's plan to propose :( The ring was ready and sitting there yet they didn't call and let us know it was ready. A couple of the workers are also a little snooty and unfriendly. Next time we will go somewhere else. My ring is beautiful and I love it. We just had a bad experience.

  Long story short, if you're just buying a diamond and setting they have in stock, this may be a good jeweler to go with. They are friendly, local and the price of the diamond was competitive.
  
  However, we initially had a pretty awful experience with this jeweler. They sent away the diamond my fiance had bought from them to A Jaffee to custom design a setting. For six weeks, yes six weeks, I didn't have an engagement ring or a good idea of when we would finally get it back. As a newly engaged girl, you can only imagine how that feels as people are constantly asking to see your ring, but I thought it would be worth it since I'll have my dream ring when it's done.
  
  After following up multiple times with the store and then them with the designer...and after 6 weeks...they let us know that A Jaffee could not design the ring setting we had wanted! 6 weeks of wait and having no ring on my finger for absolutely NOTHING. After that they tried to design the setting in house, which looked nothing like what we had wanted.
  
  Eventually we picked a different designer and they were able to accommodate everything in 3 weeks with that designer and the ring is now perfect, but I would never go through that heartache and wait again by letting them send away the diamond. We also didn't get compensated for that pointless wait in any way and spent a heck of a pile of money with them between the engagement ring and wedding band.
