  Berlin was the best

  I had a 300 person tent for my wedding along with a bridal tent. From the decorations to the coordinator Julie- My day was flawless- 100% would recommend.

  Easy going!!!

  To say Michele and her team at Berlin Event Rental made our dream wedding come true is honestly a pure understatement! They took all of our visions for our day and turned every last one into a reality. I've never seen a team turn an empty farm/ field into a wedding dream in 3 days flat. They worked with us flawlessly and answered every email/ phone call and question we had throughout the planning process.
  
  Michelle, Julie and crew made our day purely flawless! They made us truly feel like time stood still and that we were king and queen for the day. They did everything in their power to make sure neither of us stressed or even lifted a finger for that matter. We could never thank them enough and we highly recommend all of you for any future events!! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

  Berlin Rental has everything you need!

  I have known Michelle since high school, and when she had opened Berlin Rental, I made a mental note to think of her business when my next event came around. Fast forward to 2019, my fiancé and I found ourselves planning our wedding for May 2021. Unfortunately, like many other couples, we found ourselves making the tough decision to postpone our big wedding until 2022 due to COVID. But after being together for almost 10 years, we decided that we still wanted to get married and celebrate with immediate family and close friends on our original date. As I found myself now planning a minimony, I started to make a list of everything we would need and to find a place that had it all. My Mom mentioned to me one day that she saw online that there was a local rental shop that had great reviews, saying that we should look there. I immediately asked her if it happened to be called Berlin Rental and it was as if it was all coming full-circle! I reached out to Michelle and we walked through the needs for our backyard event. She asked what our plans were for the day and made recommendations based on the outdoor location and the number of people coming to the ceremony and dinner. Berlin Rental was very flexible considering that the tent and chairs needed to be in one location, while the other two pop-up tents and tables needed to be at another. The delivery and pick-up process was so easy, and all of the items we rented were in great shape and you could tell they were well taken care of in-between clients. My husband and I are so grateful that Berlin Rental was there for us when we needed to pivot and completely change our wedding plans. If you are planning a wedding, shower, birthday party, you name it, Berlin Rental will have everything you need to have an amazing event!

  Easy and friendly

  Berlin Rental was really easy to work with and very accommodating during the pandemic. The archway and wagon we rented came out perfect. I’d use them again!

  One Stop Shop!!

  The Event Place was absolutely amazing! We used them for multiple engagement parties and bridal showers at our family home, and it was a no brainer when choosing them for my wedding. The options they provided were copious and the quality was amazing! We used them for tents, tables, linens, chairs, bar, buffet tables, cutlery, dishes, and glassware. We also used them for an arbor and a dance floor. The birch arbor we rented was so unbelievably beautiful and they decorated it so perfectly. It looked as though we spent an insane amount of money on it and photographed unbelievably! The staff was incredibly helpful and timely and made it such a pain free experience!! I would 100% recommend them for any event you need rentals for! They've got it all--a real one stop shop!

  Great to work with!

  The ladies I worked with at Berlin Rental were fantastic! They had speedy responses and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed even if they didn’t have it in inventory (we had 210 people and I booked them last minute so needed a lot of chair and tables)

  Rented 2 wine barrels from them for my wedding on 9/24. They were beautiful barrels and were delivered on time. They went out of their way to make sure I could have 2 of them for my special day. They even let us use one of their signs, complimentary. Would highly recommend and will use if ever again I have a need for party rental.

  Rental Company for a good price

  Berlin Rental provided us with good service the day of our wedding once all details were put into place. We experienced some difficulties throughout the planning process. There is a mother and a daughter that work for the company and it seems that communication between them can be limited at times. It can be difficult to get details for your wedding regarding pricing, setup, etc... without going through a process of several emails and phone calls/texts. The pricing is excellent and one of the best priced vendors in the area for sure. As long as you are organized, I would recommend them as they did get everything correct the day of the wedding.
