  As a wedding planner it is important to have vendors that you know you can count on. When I hire Bespoke Strings on behalf of my clients, I can be certain that the musicians are going to be timely, professional, and give the couple a wonderful soundtrack to their day. The communication and booking process is easy and they are always willing to go the extra mile. I look forward to many more beautiful weddings together!

  In the highly crowded wedding vendor market of Charleston, Bespoke Strings easily rose to the top of our list. Their musicality coupled with the range of material and their wonderful arrangements made the decision instant. We booked them immediately, afraid we would lose our date! At the service, Bespoke played with panache, enthusiasm and romantic intonation while at the cocktail hour they played my daughter's contemporary choices with exactly what our celebration radiated - fun, joy and everything is wonderful in the world when two soul-mates find each other and are serenaded with their favorite love songs. Bravo Bespoke Strings!

  Bespoke Strings, LLC performed beautifully at our wedding on March 26th, 2022. The team flawlessly played for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Caitlin, the owner, was so easy to communicate with and was very prompt. I highly recommend this group for their talent, professionalism and ease of communication.

  Amazing experience with Bespoke Strings!

  I highly recommend Bespoke Strings for any wedding! It was very important to my parents that we have live musicians for the ceremony, and we could not have picked a better vendor. We contacted them with fairly short notice and they made sure to fit us in. They have an extensive selection of songs to choose from, everything from classical to modern! They played beautiful traditional songs during our ceremony, and played modern hits (Taylor Swift, Coldplay, etc.) during our cocktail hour. They also took the time to learn a new song especially for our ceremony, which made the moment even more special. Such an incredible group of musicians!

  Through Gena Buff of bWedCharleston, she secured the violinist with Caitlin who assigned our ceremony to Robbi. My husband and I were blown away!

  Our whole elopement experience was beyond our expectation and adding a violin to the ceremony added class and professionalism. Caitlyn and Robbi added such class to our ceremony, I’m forever thankful we decided to add a violin. I highly recommend working with Caitlin and Robbi. You will not be disappointed.

  Caitlin of Bespoke Strings played cello absolutely beautifully at my wedding. She has such passion for her music! I received the video of my wedding this week and was able to enjoy listening to all of the songs she played. If you want passionate and talented musicians to make your wedding day absolutely special and perfect, I hope you will hire Bespoke Springs!!

  Can’t say enough about Bespoke Strings and their incredible talent! Of all our vendors on wedding day, they were at the top of the list and absolutely flawless! Caitlyn was a pleasure to work with in creating the perfect blend of music and working with our soloist for my daughter’s wedding. Our guests were completely captivated by Caitlyn on the cello...the very reason my daughter chose Bespoke Strings! It was a magical day that was made complete with the most beautiful music this side of heaven. Highly recommend them for any special event!

The string quartet were extremely talented and have a playlist that includes just about everything! And they were easy to work with for one song we requested that they did not have on their list.   A 5 Star Quartet

  My wife and I hired Bespoke Strings to provide music for our ceremony and our cocktail hour at our wedding, and they were beyond everything we could have hoped for. They learned several songs just for our special day (including the Jurassic Park theme which we received compliments on throughout the day), but their playlist doesn't need any help at all. They know all the classical pieces and standards you would expect, but for us it was their arrangements of pop music and popular songs that stole the show. It seemed with every song they started a new ripple of energy zipped through the crowd as people reacted to and recognized the song. People really went wild for the Game of Thrones theme. On top of Caitlin and her group's unparalleled talent, BeSpoke Strings are just very nice and professional people. Caitlin was super easy to work with, very excited and agreeable when it came to learning our special songs, and the entire group very professional and courteous on the day. We even had a couple of additional musician friends of our own performing who said they loved working with and appreciated the help and collaboration from BeSpoke Strings. All in all a fantastic experience, in fact if I could do one part of our wedding day over it would be to take more time to listen to BeSpoke Strings.

We chose the string trio for our intimate dinner party reception of 60 guests at Planters Inn. Caitlin was incredibly responsive, helpful, professional and enthusiastic in every communication and conversation leading up to our big day. It was such a delight to walk into our reception and hear the group playing amidst our group of guests - they really created the absolute perfect ambiance we envisioned for the evening. The talent and range of genres provided by Bespoke Strings is remarkable - we had everything from Classical to Jazz to Taylor Swift. We chose not to have a dance floor and Caitlin's group kept the energy up, without overpowering people's conversations. We really wouldn't have changed a single detail, and I can't recommend Bespoke Strings enough! Thank you, Caitlin!

  Last minute decision was the best dang decision!

  Bespoke strings did a fantastic job playing at our ceremony and reception. All communication with them beforehand was quick and professional. They were punctual and were all set up and ready to go, the music for the ceremony was flawless and they even played hymns that everyone sang to. We had a duo for the wedding ceremony which is inside and a trio for an outside reception. I would highly recommend them!

  Caitlin Tarver and violinist James Anderson play a String Duo at our wedding. From the very start of our experience Caitlin went above and beyond with exceptional service. We live on the west coast and we’re unable to meet her in person before the big day however she got on the phone with my fiancé and I and educated us on the stings as well as helped walk us through the ceremony song options and accommodated all song requests. We received many compliments from our guests and the staff at the Colleton Golf Club where the event took place. I can’t rave enough about Caitlin’s professionalism, service, and TALENT. Truly a 5 star experience all around.

  Magical Ceremony Music

  Bespoke Strings was a terrific part of our wedding ceremony. From booking to day-of, everything went as smoothly as could be imagined. We booked a string trio, and they were incredible. We had them perform our ceremony music for walking down the aisle and then recessional and some music before the ceremony began. Selection was easy, communication was great. I can't say enough great things about them.

  We feel so lucky to have found Bespoke Strings! Bespoke Strings provided a String Trio for our outdoor wedding on 6/9/2018 at the Island House. They were incredible! So professional, organized, and the music sounded perfect. Caitlin is very kind, responsive, and flexible which we greatly appreciated. They are also very affordable compared to a lot of other musicians in the Charleston area. The trio played for the prelude and during the ceremony. They have a large list of songs they already know (both modern and classical) which made it easy to pick from. Highly recommend Bespoke Strings!!

  Catlin delivered the perfect backdrop I always imagined. Our guests said they thought they were in heaven...celestial, beautiful sounds wafting into the ceremony venue. Absolutely perfect.
