  Fantastic!

  Pete went above and beyond a normal DJ. He actually I helped position my train right before I walk down the aisle. (Pictured below) He would ask me about different songs during the night, he played in conjunction with a band too. He was an all-around rockstar. I would 100% use him again and was so happy he was at my wedding. Thanks Pete!

  I cant express how pleased we are with Pete's service! We were married on June 17, 2017 and Pete made the night extra memorable! He played every song on my playlist and always had a smile on his face! we highly recommend Pete and promise you if you choose him you will not be disappointed! Thank you Pete

  Pete was fantastic! He used a home made CD in order to personalize our ceremony and it was PERFECT! His upbeat personality kept all of our guests engaged in our different events throughout the evening. My FAVORITE was the photo booth with the scrapbook. It turned out beautiful. Every picture and hand written note perfectly displayed in a velvet book. Our scrapbook is my favorite keepsake from an amazing night!!!

  I cannot say enough about Pete! From day one he went above and beyond in helping my plan and coordinate my wedding. His responses were always timely and professional. He accompanied me to the venue during my planning in order to best prepare himself for the day. He even volunteered to come to my rehearsal at no extra cost. To my surprise, the day of rehearsal, Pete showed up with all his necessary equipment and completely took charge of the rehearsal. He made the ceremony practice flow so easily and took all the pressure off myself and my mother. The day of the ceremony, Pete showed up early, got set up, and proceeded to help everyone finish getting ready for the day. He sent all the wedding party down the aisle at ease and fluffed my dress before I walked. He turned the reception into a party and played the songs I wanted and then some. I got so much more out of his services than I ever expected. I highly recommend Pete to ANYONE getting married in the area, he definitely made a huge difference in our wedding!

  If you are looking for one of the best DJ's around, I would highly recommend Pete and Best DJ's. He goes above and beyond the normal duties of a DJ to make your event (wedding in my case) flow smoothly and is great at keeping everyone engaged in the event! During my wedding, there was an issue with the venue which pushed up the end time of the reception by over an hour. Pete was so professional and helped find a solution to this problem so my husband and I as well as our friends and family could enjoy our evening. Pete kept the reception perfectly paced (even after the end of the event was moved up) without making my husband and I feeling rushed or stressed. In addition, he did a spectacular job at choosing music that kept all of our guests (of all ages) on the dance floor and having a great time. I could not have asked for a better DJ for my wedding reception and would recommend him to anyone that wants a fantastic, fun, professional DJ that goes out of his way to make your event (whatever it may be) a huge success!

  Again, I will disclose that Pete is a friend/client but I could NOT be happier! It came down to the wire and I was having melt downs. Pete took TONS of information in a VERY short time and made it into an awesome playlist and awesome day. We had some issues arise and he was there to smooth them over every time. He kept us on schedule as much as possible and seemed to appear from nowhere at the best moments! He was not only the DJ but turned into the coordinator, too, helping us with everything from figuring out the best route to walk, to who should walk in what order, to who seated the mothers. He was AWESOME and I can not thank him enough!

  Pete at Best DJs Texas smoothly executed the dream reception for my bride and myself.   We worked with Pete from Best DJ's Texas and he was great! He was not only the DJ that played music but he did a great job letting our guests know when things were happening. He had a wide range of music and did a great job reading the crowd and keeping them on the dance floor. He was great to work with and I would recommend him to any bride!

  Contracted color lighting with Best DJs Texas the Wedns before my Sunday wedding and Pete was great in helping me out. He added a few extra lights for free to my order and the lights where set up in time at the venue.

He helped us with everything from the start to finish and was very friendly and knowledgable every step of the way. Pete started by getting an idea of what kind of ceremony we wanted and then tailoring the music and announcements around us. At the wedding, Pete helped with announcements and pulled off the music we requested without a hitch. Best DJ's song bank is also really wonderful. They have so many songs that even some obscure requests were available. Everyone enjoyed the music thoroughly and Pete had a true sixth sense for helping with any extra announcements that were needed, even on the spot.

  The music really made the party great! My husband and I wanted a nice classic ceremony followed by a great celebration filled with dancing and Pete gave us just that! The music was non-stop and he played great songs that got everyone on the dance floor! I still have friends who tell me what a blast they had at the wedding! That is just what we wanted. I tell all my engaged friends to call Pete if they want a great DJ!

  I found Pete from Best DJs Texas because we booked his company for a photo booth through Living Social. Pete was so kind and met with us on his own time and prior to our wedding to discuss the packages he had available. His services were definitely the best bang for our buck. I know he was going through some difficult times around our wedding, but he was still there with a smile, and made the show run. My husband and I did not worry about times, or what to do because Pete made the whole wedding flow--even at the ceremony, he made sure all of the correct people were ready for our processional and that I came out at the correct time. He made sure that we mingled, and that we were ready to line up for the send off on time. The photo booth from Hill Country Photo Booths was also inexpensive and a hilariously good time for us and our guests. Thank you, Pete!

  Pete was our DJ on 6/22/13. While Pete interviewed very well and actually went out of his way to meet with us in Houston while we were still trying to find a DJ, he was very hard to get a hold of after that. I would send an email and not hear back for weeks, although he was slightly easier to get a hold of via text message.
  
  Overall, he seemed unprepared and iffy about the scheduling of the evening. I had sent him revised playlists with updated song requests, but on our wedding day it seemed that he had not even look at the updated requests. The father/daughter song he played was incorrect, and several of our requests didn't get played at all, while at least 4-5 other songs were played more than once. We had to ask him at least twice to turn up the volume (since the music was barely audible from the dining area in our outdoor venue), and at one point we had to take over the mic because our guests simply were not listening to him. He seemed very scatterbrained and preoccupied with something else... we assumed there must have been something going on in his personal life.

  I take a passion in what I do. I feel that I am on the spot to make your day/evening the Best ever / "Perfect". There must be a flow to the reception and timing is everything. It sure looks bad when an announcement is made for to your guest that you are about to cut cake and the caterer isn't prepared to serve cake to your guest or the evening is over and we'll be sending you off to farewell and you walk out and the get away car isn't there.
  Preoccupied - sometimes. Scatterbrained NO.
  Personal affairs and problems are left at home, I am there for the Bride and Groom.

  HORRIBLE! The morning of my wedding he called to say he had lost my e-mail with my music list and could I e-mail it to him again. It has been over 6 months and I still have not received my photo cd from the photo booth. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He doesn't return calls in a reasonable amount of time and never answers the phone. I would not recommend him for anything.

  HORRIBLE! The morning of my wedding he called to say he had lost my e-mail with my music list and could I e-mail it to him again. It has been over 6 months and I still have not received my photo cd from the photo booth. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met.   We had booked Best DJ's Texas for our wedding and Mr, Aranda was initially responsive to our requests. My now-wife had scheduled an appointment with him to finalize the song list in Austin, which is over an hour and a half drive from our home. My wife waited for over an hour and he did not show up or answer his phone or emails. She thus wasted her whole afternoon. We had attempted to contact him multiple times over the next four days without any response. It was now less than one week until the wedding with no contact from him. We did not know if he had another gig, if the business closed down, or if he was otherwise incapacitated. We were short on time and had to book another DJ company on that short notice.
  
  A few days before our wedding, the DJ finally called us back. His explanation for his unprofessionalism was that he went to visit an ailing relative and did not have his phone. He stated that he understood our predicament and that he would refund our deposit.
  
  We called him after our wedding to inquire about the refund. He then refused to return our deposit. We were able to contact the owner/boss of the company after much internet searching. The owner said that he'd look into the matter, but later refused to answer our phone calls. Again, we attempted to contact Mr. Aranda. He responded back by calling my wife and threatening her over the phone. We filed a polive report that very day for the threatening call.
  
  The company no longer responded to our calls for a refund. We sent a certified letter requesting the refund - again, no response. We finally resorted to disputing the charge with the credit card company and had our money returned. The credit card company said that the dispute was uncontested.
  
  This was an incredibly frustrating ordeal that we sustained while planning our wedding. Phone threats? Really? We cannot endorse such unprofessionalism.

  This Bride got married at Villa Antonia and with the passing of the previous owner and the new management team there. They have gone under many cahanges. It is unfortuniate that the venue steped in and changed the brides entertainment package. However read the fine print at the bottom of you contracts, a client is not able to cancel a contract and expect a full 100% refund 7 days before the event. Our policy states that a part of the funds may be returned not 100%. This was not enough for this client, but it isn't fair to the DJ whome has turned away other brides on the same date to be at this event, then to be canceled at the last minute. This client was returned 100% through deress and is still not satisified, that would be the venues fault do to the change in their policy not ours. We were scheduled to be there and preform, we were there, the venue made the change for the client, not us.
