  There are not enough glowing words to describe how wonderful Beth and her team are (Susie Kheel, we love you!). My husband and I had a really rough year leading up to our wedding, and sometimes when I met Beth and Susie to talk about floral arrangements or linens, I was in tears because some new disaster (family illnesses, long trips out of town for said illnesses, car accidents, you name it) had popped up to make me worry that we would have to reschedule the wedding because the bride and groom were so preoccupied. Beth and Susie never, ever let us down: they stepped in to consider things we never would have thought of, little touches that made our wedding the happiest day of both of our lives (barf, cliche, but true), and those touches were so personal that I knew that they understood us completely. There were times when we had to ask for help -- when the dress hadn't arrived, when we couldn't figure out how the Excel guest spreadsheet was eating our aunts and uncles +1's, when I had no idea what colors looked good with other colors -- and we were always told, "Don't worry, relax, here's everything you need." And there it would be: everything we needed, and more.
  
  Our wedding was small, but everyone felt so well taken care of. All of our guests commented on the little things that made our wedding non-traditional and very much a reflection of our personalities: the bumper stickers, the art deco chairs around little clusters of candles, the hangover kits waiting for guests in their cars, the welcome packages with avocados and Coronas and chips. We couldn't take credit because all of those things were due to Susie and Beth's hard work, mad skills, beautiful design aesthetic and the time they took to get to know us as well as some of our closest friends: we were happy to tell our guests that those things came from our brilliant wedding planners.
  
  My only moment of sadness after the wedding was when I realized how much I would miss Beth and Susie in our lives. I hope that they will be friends forever, and I feel so lucky that they made our wedding what I never dreamed it could be (considering I'm neurotic and didn't know what I was doing): absolutely perfect.
  
  I can't recommend them highly enough.

  I remember meeting Beth and her team for the first time when I was interviewing planners - it really took all of a few minutes for me to realize that she was the one for me. Not only was she attentive to what I wanted, but she also respected by vision and most importantly, my budget. Do you know how important it is that a wedding planner tells you that she can execute your vision, while not blowing your budget? So key.
  
  She planned the most beautiful wedding for me, and until today, people rave that it's truly is the best wedding they have ever been to. It actually RAINED on our wedding day, and we were planning on an outdoor ceremony. But Beth had the most awesome (and gorgeous) backup space, and it turned out even better than the original ideas we had. I mean, it was breathtaking.
  
  I had a BLAST on our wedding day. I did not have to worry about anything at all. She made sure my family was taken care of, she made sure that everything was seamless and beautiful.

  There is not enough praise in this universe for Beth Helmstetter. She is an absolute genius and adorably cute to top it off. She is: kind, considerate, professional, creative and proactive. She is so unbelievably good at what she does and we felt very fortunate to be able to work with her.
  
  The day of my wedding I was in a daze. It is hard to come down to reality when you are living in something that was for so long just a dream in your head. She took everything that I said to heart and turned it into a reality. She was also great about giving me suggestions when I could not make a decision about something. I felt like she was a friend throughout this whole process and it made me feel so relaxed. She is reliable and right on target.

  Beth and her team are wonderful to work with in every regard, and I recommend to anyone considering her to go for it! Here is a bit about our personal experience with Beth Helmstetter and company...
  
  We were engaged in Santa Monica, and had planned to marry there. I found Beth's name via a wedding website, and we met for a meeting. We instantly felt comfortable with her and loved her ideas, so we hired her to plan our California wedding. She helped us find a beautiful estate in Malibu, set up food and cake testings, offered ideas for flower vendors, etc.
  
  Surprisingly, due to unexpected family matters, we had to move the whole thing to East Hampton, NY! Beth could not have been more patient, understanding and comforting as we made that big decision. And then, she happily and excitedly relayed that she would help us see our day realized on the east coast, which she did with aplomb.
  
  Throughout the entire process ~ from our first meeting until my thank you cards were being sent and beyond ~ Beth was really wonderful. She is such a pleasure to work with -- she's calm, creative, kind, friendly, helpful, organized, inspired, efficient, detail-orientated, resourceful, and ready-for-anything! Though she had not previously planned a wedding in the Hamptons, she found the best vendors and worked with all of them so well. In fact, many of our vendors relayed directly to me how lucky I was to have such a great planner.
  
  My two favorite things about Beth are her outstanding creative eye (our wedding was BEAUTIFUL, and truly, so much of that is due to her!), and her calming presence (though I promised myself I wouldn't stress, it's nearly impossible not to, and her composure throughout the process grounded me).
  
  I highly recommend her for your own wedding!

  I interviewed a dozen wedding planners but felt an instant connection to Beth because she put me at ease. I knew that I could trust her immediately. She was incredible to work with. My husband and I changed our minds about almost every detail along the way but Beth just went with it and made sure that we were happy. I can't recommend her enough. I want to renew my vows just so I can hire her again!

  I have to write on here to recommend Beth Helmstetter as a wedding planner/coordinator. Beth was amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process, but the time she REALLY showed what she was capable of was the night of the rehearsal dinner/ the day of the wedding. I did not worry ONCE that things were not being looked after. Beth and her team, were there every step of the way. From filling up guests waters, to adding stylish touches, to making sure we were comfortable the entire time. People commented that on the day of our wedding, I seemed so calm and relaxed and I will tell you I could not have been that way if it weren't for Beth. Her team always ensured my husband and I were fed, that we knew what was going on and what to expect next and just kept constantly checking in on us. I was incredibly impressed with all of the work she did that day and the days leading up to the wedding. She is a magic worker!!!

  I adore Beth Helmstetter! I knew from seeing her work in print and online that she had a fabulous sense of style and an eye for great design and detail, which was very important to me. I had an overall idea of the style of wedding I wanted, and Beth just made it better! She had so many delightful ideas on how to make our event special and full of charming details that our guests noticed and admired, but didn't overwhelm them with DETAILS. You know you did something right when guests tell you it was the best and most beautiful wedding they’ve ever attended. Yay!
  
  Beth helped assemble and manage an amazing team of vendors and worked with each vendor closely to ensure that every detail kept with our theme and created a cohesive environment. Beth helped us navigate through the vendor proposals and contracts and followed up with all vendors in the days leading up to our wedding, which was a HUGE relief!
  
  Our wedding planning experience was fun, collaborative, inspirational, and best of all, stress free for me and my hubby. Throughout the entire planning process, friends and family commented on how calm I was and I owe that completely to Beth! We actually got to enjoy our engagement and our wedding and take it all in because we had total faith in her, and she delivered.
  
  Not only is Beth a truly talented designer, she is a wonderful person with a calm and approachable style, and I feel so lucky to have worked with her.   While living abroad, we decided to plan a destination wedding in California 18 months out (I now realize in hindsight having this long length before the nuptials must be dreaded by planners - I can't count as high as the number of emails we had over those 18 months, but Beth never made me feel bad for it). A recently married friend recommended Beth as she had enjoyed working with her so much on her own wedding. Without knowing anything about Beth's status in the industry, and based solely on one recommendation, we hired her after talking to her on the phone because she put me at ease with her relaxed manner and confidence about my wedding planning from afar. Beth is a fellow midwesterner so all the celebrity stuff hasn't gone to her head. We didn't have a big 'vision' about what we wanted our wedding to be, except we wanted it to be refined while cozy. Beth helped us create this vision perfectly with beautiful ideas on candlelight and table cloths. Given we had a list of priority items we wanted to splurge on while saving in other areas, Beth gave us fantastic ideas and ensured they were executed on the day. For example, we recycled the chairs from the ceremony to the dining room (the hotel chairs were hideous). People still comment on how beautiful our wedding was.
  
  Beth's little black book of vendors is priceless. We hired all her recommended vendors and were pleased with all the selections. I've loved watching how all of their businesses are flourishing. Beth has continued collaborating with all our vendors on subsequent events and the results are beautiful.
